Zero Consistency. It’s hit or miss if you will get the A team or B team, or a confusing mix of them. Either way you will pay the ultimate sacrifice here: 1. Your coffee will taste like Jiffy Trip or… 2. Your coffee will take 34 minutes and you will be forced to deal with a slew of Caren baristas. The Enid Starbucks needs a full regeneration with new employees that care about consistency and can deliver great coffee.

Staff is always friendly, bathrooms well maintained, clean and organized. Maybe a little slow when busy but its to be expected

I will say their service has gotten better within the last few months. They used to often get my order wrong but it hasnt happened recently. We always order on the app and pick up in the drive-thru. They tend to take a while but that is to be understood because it is not a fast food place unlike how other people try to treat it. If you are in a rush I wouldnt stop here if you dont have 15 minutes to spare. If any issues occur in the order they are always nice and willing to help. No one in my family likes ice due to having very sensitive teeth which we have to drink everything room temperature.

Delicious as usual but, there were some space cadets working today. My order sat on counter for a few minutes while we waited for someone to hand it to us. 🤔

I mean the coffee is always going to be up there when you know what you’re ordering. The service is what gets me here at the Enid Bux. You have a few workers who really get it and they love what Starbucks represents and they do it passionately, but then you have too many who are just there for a paycheck and possibly benefits. I usually get lucky at the window, but I don’t think anybody there even knows my name.

This is a great starbucks, but at times they run out of things, like coffee sometimes! There is almost a consistency like a mcdonalds ice cream machine where you have to ask do you have this today? I still come here and will continue to because hopefully they get past these growing pains.

Over priced. I just went to use the free wifi. Give me Community coffee from New Orleans any day

I heard it had a new staff, but thats no excuse. I waited and waited in front of the register, but no one asked me for my order, or if I was ready to order. A good 10 mins. Went by. Finally I had to ask kinda harshly if I could order that Id been waiting and waiting. There was no apology. Service was badd!

After waiting 15 minutes for a large Pumpkin Spice Latte. I had to get a refund and leave because I couldnt wait any longer. I was the second person that had to cancel their order and get a refund.

It’s good and the service is usually fairly good as well. It’s just so small - drive-thru is usually too packed.

I have loved Starbucks since I visited the first ever location in Seattle Washington. This location has it rough due to being the only one around for 60 miles so theyre always busy but most of them are doing their best. The manager is very nice and accommodating and theres a girl with a long blonde ponytail who should be bumped up to assistant manager because she always makes the drinks correctly(matcha tea-shaken) and even under pressure shows composure to upset customers and quickly gets to work on making them happy.

Wonderful employees, great service, I love this place, very clean, and tidy too!!! Cozy!!! I hope anyone who needs some morning juice from this Starbucks passes the word around!!

The caramel mocha tasted really good, better than some other locations. Drive thru was a little slow, but it was a long line during the lunch rush. Employees were very friendly and fast.

I wish that you can add custom amounts of money onto your gold card from your phone, but you cannot. The coffee and service are almost always good. It tends to get overly saturated with customers around peak times and makes things drag on for both the customers and partners.

Cant even get a black coffee rightI wish this wasn’t the only Starbucks in town, if you want a coffee from here make sure you designate at least an hour

I only drink plain coffee with cream, i dont like theirs. My wife is the one that will pay $8 for a calorie and carbohydrate rich coffee shake.

We used to order here all the time. Service and product consistency is absolutely horrible now. Save your money and frustration, just go to DaVincis instead. Just threw out a $6 Frappuccino, because it tasted like watered down milk with no flavor.

I love Starbucks. Food & drinks are always great but the hours recently have been so inconsistent with some days being closed as to no reason why. Being the only Starbucks in Enid, this place definitely needs to improve on its business side of things to serve its customers better.

Almost never has any drinks or food in stock and when they do the drinks always come out watery and gross. Nothing compared to the other Starbucks I’ve been to. Save your time.

The most patient and knowledgeable employees who create master drinks with kindness and quickness. I generally prefer local or cheap, but I cant beat the variety and service from this specific shop.

Ordered the tie-dyed Frappuccino, and instead I got a yellow drink. Tasted alright, but was extremely disappointing visually. Then on top of that, I pulled up to the window just as they were finishing it, but had to wait 5 minutes until the guy was ready to give it to me.

Slowest service in the town. There are at least 4 people who are working but there is consistently a line through the drive-thru that sometimes reaches upwards of 30 minutes. Would not recommend. Go to 580 Coffeehouse downtown

Tea’s are good coffee is not. Food is good. Very nice and comfortable. Walked in the other day got a green smoothie and ordered a tea, never got it . Kids were playing with each other instead of doing their jobs. Will not order any thing till I get what I paid for.

Legit the best coffee in town but a bit pricey

Yesterday my friends went to go get Starbucks, and they went to pickup my order too. Their drinks took 30-45 minutes and they took half the time for a water. My friend had to remind them twice to make my order after 40 minutes. They finally got the order but they noticed the workers were messing around. After getting my order my frappuccino tasted like coffee when I ask for no coffee in it. Now for the worst problem, my friends and I didnt feel good after it. And one of my friends even threw up. I am gonna ask for better workers, customer service, and to make sure that the orders wont give anyone food poisoning again. Im quite mad about this experience. Please fix this, thank you.

What is the point of a mobile order if I still have to wait upwards of 45 minutes in the drive thru line instead of picking it up? This is the second time in a week Ive waiting 30+ minutes and they havent had what I ordered or wanted. They are definitely short staffed, its painful.

The store needs to post online the store hours during Covid. Today 1/4/21 is my daughter’s birthday and was going to get her free drink but NO it was closed at 6:30. Thanks a lot

This is the only starbucks in Enid. Here are my thoughts.Pros: The coffee is great, quality is on par with what youd expect from the most famous coffee chain, Starbucks. The employees are always friendly no matter what time of day it is or how busy they are. Ive never had someone mess up my order there. Fast service. They have seasonal beverages.Cons: Like I stated, this is the only Starbucks in Enid, let alone the only drive through coffee shop thats not downtown, or a McDonalds. So theyre really really busy most of the time. The drive thru can be a nightmare sometimes, Ive seen it go all the way around the building and through the adjacent parking lots, even out to the street. Even the parking is alright but its definitely lacking. But that whole parking lot can be crazy, the whole plaza, so its not just starbucks. Theyre also pricey, so it probably cant be an everyday thing for most people, but again, thats pretty commonplace for Starbucks.Apart from the price and drive through issues though, its still great coffee.

ABSOLUTE SLOWEST PLACE IN ENID, absolutely ridiculous. I do a mobile order everytime but the inside is always closed and I have to wait 35+ mins in the drive thru. Can’t stand it. Love the coffee but the employees are either extremely under staffed or have no sense of urgency.

Top Notch! Stopped in 6:30a and 2 of the nicest gals were working the entire shop, including nonstop drive-thru service. How they were pulling this off, while projecting perfect attitude and tone to all customers, I have no idea! I enjoyed a great flat white, and wonderfully hot egg bites in the roomy, clean interior.

Customer service at its finest, always fast paced due to being busy but they always put customers first and treats each customer as individuals not just orders. Tried my first pumpkin spice today and loved it!

The barista didn’t give me what I asked for, I asked for a small cookies and cream frappe with no whip, and got a tall chocolate cookie crumble frappe with whip, make sure to get it right next time.Also had very bad service, kind employees, but bad service.

The biggest problem I have isn’t really the fault of Starbucks, but the people going through the drive thru can’t form a line to save their life. It is the most frustrating drive thru I’ve ever sat thru in my life. I’ve sat in line for 20 min before only to be cut in front of by others who inexplicably decided to form another line and just cut in front of everybody in the already established line. It’s ridiculous. That being said, as busy as it always is, Enid could use a second location.

Too bad I can’t put no stars!! Apparently they had a COVID outbreak so we can’t even go in to get a mobile order. I called and asked why they didn’t have something on the app about having to use the drive through to get a mobile order and the rude lady hung up on me. One of the employees in street clothes walked in and got their drink so I’m wondering why they couldn’t have just walked it out to me since I can’t go in. This place has horrible service and no courtesy whatsoever.

Always a disappointment. They are always out of pumpkin, and they don’t know how to correctly make a matcha drink. I’m never satisfied visiting this location, so I mostly avoid it. I came here this morning to treat myself to a pumpkin cold brew, and I shouldn’t be surprised that they “sold out of that yesterday.” Urgh! Now I have to talk myself out of letting this ruin my day!

Frappacino was delicious! Was impressed staff was wearing masks and they are practicing social distancing.

Employees were playing around too much and trying to work on too many orders at the same time. Out of 3 drinks ordered - 1 was left on the back counter, one left on the mixer, and the 3rd was not made to order. Not a good visit!

Went in today, met a lovely person named nan, seemed a bit shy but was still very very amazing. She took my order and made my very delicious drink (thankyou!) I’ll never stop coming here thanks to a great experience like this.

Ordered two mochas, didn’t say anything about a frappachino and was given two frappachinos, one didn’t even have coffee in it. The barista was nice enough to remake our drinks and i still can’t taste the espresso. Our drinks taste like straight up milk, and to top it off, she acknowledged she made us the wrong sandwhich as well.The ladies were nice but when your one of the only coffee shops open on a Sunday, you should serve coffee - not steamed milk.

Consistently the dirtiest Starbucks.Update: Returned after two weeks. Still dirty and this time instead of being out of grande size lids they were out of cold brew coffee. 🙀. Thankfully, there are other coffee options in Enid.

Absolutely filthy! The counters were covered in coffee grounds, matcha powder, milk, and other substances. The floor behind the counter looked as though it hadnt been mopped in weeks. There was lids, cups, and straw wrappers all over the floor and the employees were just walking over them. The floor on the customer side of the counter had coffee beans and grounds everywhere. Not a single employee was making an effort to clean despite not being even remotely busy. Ive never been into a Starbucks that wasnt impeccably clean until this visit. Highly unappealing and quite disgusting.

I rarely frequent this business because of the common behaviors. Today was the worst of all. Not one person greeted me, smiled, or made eye contact with me that worked there. There were three customers behind me that received their drinks before me. After waiting 15 minutes for my drink, I went up to the counter and she slid it across the counter and walked off. I said thank you, and I don’t think she even heard me. I work in a profession where professionalism and common courtesy is of the highest degree. I also own a business. This is not acceptable.

Poor customer service, poor management of drink orders (I got mine 10 minutes before my wife got hers and before the poor woman with two active kids that ordered before me), long wait times (there were 10 people working with maybe 7 people in line and it took 15 minutes to get a drink after you ordered.) I dont know who runs this place but my 5 year old could have organized this place better. I dont think think this is what Howard Schultz has in mind for his coffee shops. We will be going to the 580 coffee shop from now on and will encourage everyone we know to do the same.

I come here fairly often in the morning just after they open. The people are very friendly and the drinks are made well. The lobby and bathrooms are always clean. This is a great Starbucks location if I do say so myself.

I love this place, especially because every time I pull into the driveway and get in line, it just brings back very happy days spent with my granddaughter, CarriAnn, who recently moved back to Cali to attend the same high school that her dad attended. I live and miss her so very much. I hope she returns and finishes her Junior and senior high school years here in Enid Oklahoma.

I ordered a venti java chip frappuccino and ended up having to buy a reusable cup to get a venti because they were out of venti cups. Then I had to get a peppermint mocha because they were out of java chips. Then it took over 5 minutes to get my order and it was like milk instead of frozen like a frappuccino.I was not happy today with the service and should of saved my $10 and went else where .

The only person working at the time I went in which was a little after 4pm, was amazing. She handled the rush hour like a pro. She made each order as it was suppose to be and did not get flustered or make a mistake.
