Angelica was awesome. Extremely friendly & helped me for nearly 90 mins while we got my new phone up & running & everything transferred from my broken phone.Manager checked on us & several other associates asked if I had been taken care of. Great service.
Tiffany helped us and was great! Went in to drop unused lines on our plan. We had to call in to the loyalty department to drop a couple of lines and she made sure we had the right department and went over our plan to show us our other options. She helped save us $ and upgrade our plans. Next is phone upgrades! Going back to see her next week!
They are always out of the phones I want so I settled for what they had. I had to replace my phone because it quit working correctly.

Rude and not much help. Keeps me waiting in the store forever! Have the main person on the account as a person that has been dead for 4 years!!!!!!!! And added back all the phone numbers that were taken off 2 years ago! When asked what was going on, got no response. Just snarky comments and bad attitude! And made the bill almost $800 with no help on how that amount came to be. No idea what happened but you still have to pay it. So done with this type of customer service! WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!! EVER!!!!

Horrible. Dissmissive towards me as soon as i explained why i was there. Kept shutting down the conversation with the same response towards my issue. Would not look at my account and service information. Informed me that they were only sells reps. Had no interest in helping me in any way. Encounter ended with the rep telling me that apparently i didnt know what i was doing while setting up the device. After, sitting in your parking lot on the phone with the tech support i was told to contact. I had to go back in to the store where i stood for 15mins with out being so much as greeted. Once i was assisted The staff who was on the phone with tech support was very snarky and had a good laugh amongst another employee and a customer .I was there not only for help but i was wanting to upgrade two cell phones at the same visit. Not now. Now i am looking into switching carriers and Ive been with /supported AT&T since 2004.
Rachel spent a good deal of time helping me find a better plan and telling me about ways to save. She did an exceptional job of listening to my needs and finding solutions. In the end I was able to upgrade my daughters phone and upgrade two watches and my bill will stay almost exactly the same. She also helped resolve an issue with my iPhone and my husband’s watch. This was by far my best customer experience ever in an AT&T Store. If there’s a gold star for associates, Rachel deserves two!

Uncooperative. Needed a sim card to replace a damaged one - they immediately tried to sell us a phone. Lied about phase out of the phone we had, we know this because we could download the document, from the ATT website, covering the 5G phase out and our phone was still shown as working!
Bad customer service and they will take your money for theirs own mistake. My brother went to pay off his last phone bill but they didnt tell him to call their customer service to cancel the line so they bill him again with the same line he was already closed. They told him he need to pay the bill again since the line was still active because he didnt call their customer service to close the line 😱 how would he know? if you didnt tell him to call to cancel the line? This phone company would rip you off. This is crazy i would you let someone to pay for the line that they already closed and not telling them to call to cancel it. I cant believe and i will never ever open an account with them. I dont recommended!

I went in here yesterday wanting to buy the IPhone 11 Pro Max, because on my iPhone 8 Plus the screen cracked terribly yesterday morning and decided it was time for a new phone. Along with the Pro Max, I was going to buy a screen protector and case. But no employee even acknowledged me when I came into the store. I was in there for a bit, and still not one employee asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I don’t even know if I want to stick with AT&T anymore now.
This was the best experience I have had with At&t in the last 5 years or so. Enjoyed learning about 1st Net and how it helps first responders! A huge shout out to sales rep Jamie W for helping us with all our questions! She made the experience a welcomed one for sure :)

The service here is amazing! We always ask for Mindy because she is really great at her job, and gives us the best service. Im not very tech savy and a lot of the technical lingo goes over my head and she explains it in a way that I can understand. We were in a hurry the last time we were in and were unable to wait for Mindy, but we still received exceptional service. If you ever need help and need someone with a lot of knowledge and patience, ask for Mindy!

Went in to start two new lines of service and was totally dissatisfied with the entire experience. Delt with a sales rep that would ask huh to everything u ask or said yet refused to remove her personal earbud from her left ear. Total disappointment and hope for the sake of grace I dont have to deal with her again.......
Love the company hate the person who helped me. She was very rude I have never seen a worker act the way she did her name is Mindy💀 She didn’t even set up my phone. I took my cousin there and a guy helped him he was friendly and patient.
Recently looked into direct tv due to being so disappointed in a competitor. Rachel helped me and was so professional and helpful. I had to go back a couple times with questions and she was very patient and helpful. So much happier with direct tv and the great customer service by Rachel!

Was in with my bf and spoke to Rachael... bf got a new phone and she was very helpful.. and she checked my plan to see if I was eligible for an upgrade ... I am... but didnt upgrade yet... but she did review my plan and she saved me 45 dollars per month... it seems I had been paying for a family plan on my insurance for 2 years... wished I could get all that money back... and she removed the hot spot... didnt know I had hot spot service... paid on that for 2 years also... but at least Rachael caught it... when Im ready to upgrade I will come see her...
As usual, this store nailed it this morning. I went in with several nagging iPhone and FirstNet issues. Bryan had it all fixed in a few minutes, and gave me some really good information for better results in the future. Well done!

If you go when theyre not busy theyre very helpful. If its busy you get put on a waiting list. The wait isnt too bad. If you need to pay your bill, you can skip the social interaction and go to the kiosk. Just make sure you know your number and plan.
I came in with my mother-in-law to help her get new service. Rachel helped us and was very patient with her. My mother-in-law can be quite a handful and talk too much, but Rachel was so accommodating and polite, and explained everything in detail.Please give her a raise or promotion. Now dont think that just because my son works for AT&T I am going to give them a glowing review. Im going to give him a glowing review, because they deserve it. I started with AT&T back in 1974, when I first went out on my own and got my first phone. I have been with them ever since, in one form or another, and they have always treated me right. If you need a good phone service, you cant do better than AT&T.

Too expensive compare to others
I hate going here because it takes forever.I also hate the pressure they put on you to get things you dont need. I got talked into a tablet a year or so back. I was told that the tablet was 99 cents and $10.00 per month for data. I asked if that was all the costs and was told that was it.I had 30 days to return the tablet. Well, 30 days later I was out of town. On day 31 I opened my phone bill that came the day before. The bill showed that they had added an extra cell phone number to my account for the tablet. I wasnt told this. So its counted as another smartphone, but my unlimited data plan doesnt apply to it.My grandson had the tablet in the car and I forgot it was in there. I started getting one or two messages a day saying that I had exceeded my data and they kept adding $15.00 to my bill. I couldnt get an answer by calling AT&T. Theyre impossible to work with anymore, nobody can handle everything like it used to be and youre transferred around until you just give up. Turns out that my grandson had left a window open on the tablet, so I racked up $90.00 in extra data charges.I cannot wait until the 2 yrs are up on the tablet contract! I dont like it anyway, so it sits, and I use my Amazon Fire, which does everything I need a tablet to do.My complaint about the local office is that they told me nothing about being charged for another cell phone on top of the data charges. I was in there a couple of weeks ago and the wait was almost 2 hours just to get a SIM card replaced.

They almost got me in a bind when there was a miscommunication changing my plan. Fortunately, I noticed the same day while I could still fix the mistake. Otherwise, I would have never been able to get that plan back that Id been grandfathered in on.
Management and staff was very patient helping me through some technical issues and I will always remain AT&T customer. I have 12 phones on my plan and I’m also evaluating the GPS tracking system.
I was going to try to come to this store tomorrow to get a phone, but they would not answer and finally picked up and hung up on me. I will never give you my business when I can just order online and have it shipped to my house. I’d rather wait a few extra days than deal with rude employees!!
LOVE this store located in Enid, they break things down with you and they go above and beyoind to resolve any issues you have they helped me get my bill figured out and get signed up for wifi.Saddie.

Walked in to this fine establishment to buy a new case for my galaxy s5, was immediately hounded by the sales staff, when I all I wanted was a new phone case. I picked out the one I wanted and proceeded to the line of people waiting to pay for their items. Then the clerk asked if I had been signed in yet. I said no, I just want a case, I dont need to be signed in. She then proceeds to tell me to find some women to get checked in to pay for something that I was able to locate on my own before I could pay for the item that I found by myself... this is ridiculous.
Soooooo done with AT&T have tried 3 times in the last 2 months to get my phone unlocked. Bill has always been paid phone has been paid long ago and yet they keep giving me the runaround. They want to know why we switched......heres part of the answer.
Was totally shocked and offended by how rude the staff was to everybody that. Want there to purchase something... Staff was not knowlegable about anything to help my friend whose phone had been jacked and then told her they couldnt help her do anything to help get her acct recovered or even change the number ... AT&T really should train staff better or hire people who actually are qualified for their storr
The staff is very friendly and efficient. The staff is also unable to answer the phones at times due to high traffic and helping people in store. Dont assume you know why the phones arent answered. At&t doesnt make the price of the phones, the manufacturers do. At&t provides excellent service and reliability!
