Joshlyn, Audry and Misty are absolutely wonderful!! The quality of their products are top-notch and their service second time none!! They are super responsive!!

Purchased flooring and hired this company to install. There was an issue with a third party company delivering transition pieces. They left our floor partially completed for months. Zero comunication from AE Howard about what was going on and any time I called I would be told it should be next week and then I would never hear from them again or they would promise to check on a solution and call me back and it would not happen.

Wonderful experience .... helpful customer service ..... carpet installers were friendly knowledgeable and enjoyable to have in my home . Highly recommend.

WOW !! I love AE Howard. They are so great at design and the product selection. I just built a house and they helped me with all the tile in the whole house! They all very friendly!! They have a large variety of products and the pricing is very competitive.

I went to ae howard after a couple rather horrible experiences at another flooring store in town and a typical, meh big box store experience... I immediately felt like I was not at all inconveniencing them and both women chimed in, began grabbing samples, started searching online and in books for what I was thinking I was wanting! I often feel like people know the limited options in town mean that people have no choice and so do not try to make you want to use them... I did not at all feel this way here. If I didnt have my kids with me and didnt already have in mind what I wanted, I would have loved spending more time, looking at what they had in their store!

Love the stone and carpet AE Howard installed in our home. They were friendly, helpful and the installers did a great job! I went in with a few ideas and came out with a whole new look that I never dreamed about! Awesome direction and they made you feel like you were part of their family brainstorming up fantastic ideas for your home!It is a blessing to deal with a local business and beat the big city prices!
