The staff is extremely rude and do not care about their customers. I will never shop at this store again. The manager has lied to me 2x over the phone and gets an attitude whenever someone needs any sort of help. 0/5 stars if i could.

The staff is completely uneducated, extremely rude. I have no idea how this place is still open, but I will absolutely never step foot in a Sallys ever again! Trash, just straight trash!

Been shopping here for years... Recently paid $169.00 plus tax for hair extensions that are not returnable. And got totally ripped off.. I will never ever buy extensions from Sallys ever again... I bought the platinum colored hair which was the most expensive they carry.. First day they were beautiful. . Only theyre were only 4 pieces unlike the cheaper one which had more... Washed them the following day and they started falling apart... Were super dry.. Split ends badly and tangled up easily even after following directions... The girl who worked there said they were dyeable, curable and u can use a straightener. . I only washed them and they look like they came damaged when I bought them but I wasnt able to see them in the store. . They keep them locked up.. Didnt see how many or that they were badly dried out and damaged. . Ill shop someplace else.. I understand for sanitation reasons why they dont like you to return them but why sell something thats already damaged.. And not let you see them or feel them or know how many until you purchase them .. Im out $169 plus tax and the treatments and I will have to go elsewhere and purchase more because there were only 5 sections a complete rip off. Very disappointed. . I have spent tons of money in these stores.. I will do my shopping elsewhere... They could at least taken them back and returned them to the manufacturer this is so upsetting when you have a loss of hair and thinning for health reasons and depend on these to cover it.

Worst customer service at a Sally’s. I normally don’t do 1 stars but after being hung up on twice, I’m mad.

They ways have what I need and the other day I had bought three qualifying products to get a free bag. The sales girl and I both forgot and I didnt get my bag. Went back the next day for something else and remembered about the free bag.With proof of purchase, I quickly recieved my free bag! Yay!😆
