Would not let these people work on vehicle again. Did not fix the problem and tried to tell me there was no issue. Also they charged me two fees for the same issue calming we didnt tell them about one of the issues and they had to rediagnose twice.
Not a good for me! I was getting so excited ! And Ray Ray was right ! They were great ! Seriously they were ! I just am glad my son talked me out of buying the Jeep it was a standard ! Have a car with auto start and all sort of for $8000. WOW
We met a salesman, Kent. I suggest you ask for him if you go. We bought a Rubicon from him on a Friday. The following Tuesday my daughters car broke down and we went back on a Wednesday to shop for her a cheap, reliable vehicle. Kent was on his day off, but rushed in to help us. We ended up buying two cars from here in one week. Kent is honest and dependable.

Screwed over. I was sold a car by Jeff who is no longer there who ignored the mention I said of noise in engine and they said that was the only car they could get me into. The truth was they wanted that specific car off the lot. First time I had to call the tires day 2 inside tread was bald, 2nd time few months engine was failing and sounded like transmission was going bad like it did from when they sold it to me. I was told they would fix it no problem. Of course happy customer thinking they were fixing Jeffs bad. Wrong! Today the problem is still happening and I called the auto care department and they said I could bring it in but it would cost. Im not paying for what they said they would pay to fix when they sold me a car that was bad and knew it. I just called 3 days ago because we havent had the car a year and battery died already and we see the battery isnt even a Jeep battery or one that should be in the car at all. The battery is a Chrysler small engine battery. I had to replace the battery 179.00 later. I had even asked before they tried to fix just to put me in a simple to and from work car. Not anything fancy,but they cant do that. I just feel really screwed over all together. Everytime I get talked to by someone they use the typical salesman way and butter me up. Well I know the way I am a saleswoman and its not working. I was screwed over and now have a car i dont trust for my family and still owe almost 10,000 on the car.
