I gave Access Movers 4 stars because they didnt call me with an estimate after initial diagnostic even though its their stated policy and I asked them twice to call me. Instead they decided what is OK for me.Other than that Access Movers did perform a very good job on detecting and fixing the problem and did a good maintenance on my mover.After all I recommend this shop.

My Echo weed whip was a bear to start. It is 15 years old. I had Access Mowers put on a new carburetor and fine tune it. Now it starts in two pulls after you pump up the fuel bulb. It cost less than 70 bucks, well worth it. Great job.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. RUDE BEYOND IMAGINATION. I was told by the counter staff to be ready any time after 4:30pm, when driver arrived, it was 6:15pm. Asked how I was, said not the best, been sitting around waiting almost 2 hours. Proceeded to tell me he doesnt get off till 4:30, hooks up the trailer and ready to go by 5pm. Told him, I dont know his schedule, perhaps he should let the counter staff know. The driver stated he did not appreciate my attitude, I told him, I dont really appreciate his attitude either, he told me to F*&% you. Great customer service.While waiting for him to arrive, I sent an email to the owner (since it was the only contact info I had). I asked if he could contact me. Well today, 4 days later, he did. Here is what he told me.PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT YOU WERE INFORMED BY OUR COUNTER STAFF THAT YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY WAS FOR FRIDAY AFTER 5 PM. THE DRIVER HAD NUMEROUS DELIVERYS AND YOU WERE ON THE ROUTE.THE DRIVER DID NOT NEED TO TAKE THE VERBAL ABUSE ABOUT HIM OR OUR SHOP / THE WORK PERFORMED WAS AS REQUESTED WHEN MOWER WAS BROUGHT IN TO OUR SHOP / YOUR STATEMENTS WERE BELLIGERENT & TOTALLY UN-CALLED FOR.OUR SHOP HAS A VERY GOOD REPUTATION FOR DOING WORK REQUESTED & NOT OVER-CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR UN-NECESSARY WORK.IN THE FUTURE - PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A HARD-TIME.When the rider was returned, I noticed the tire was flat, he said it was not brought in for that. Yes, that is correct. But when you go to the Doctors office for a cold, they check your blood pressure, even though that is not why you are there.I will be thrilled to take my business elsewhere, AS YOU SHOULD TOO.

Ive been doing business with Access Mowers a couple of years now. I have a Snapper tractor mower and an Echo weed wacker I bought from them. The service and support has been fantastic. The entire place is incredibly neat, prices are good and the staff is very pleasant. The service department is incredible. They know what they are doing and are exceptionally competent. My Snapper was worked on recently and they returned it looking like new. I had a warranty service need, they contacted Briggs & Stratton and everything was taken care of. Its just an extremely impressive place! I also have aviation FAA maintenance licenses, and I can easily recognize a good shop!

Place is very busy and back logged on repairs but they give you the option call you when they are able to work on your equipment. They are honest on prices and will tell you if its worth fixing.

Sharon was very helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Access Mowers, and dont forget to scratch Zeus between the ears !!
