Never was able to get any help in this place. I tried to write down some names of the people but the only one I could remember was Kristine being rude and passive aggressive. In order for a business to run, you need to have some empathy. If she is what represents Rocky Mountain Ear Center, I would look elsewhere.

Thank you Dr. Lupo! He was able to read my CT and MRA scans and find the source of my whooshing. He also performed my surgery to correct the issue. He communicated the issue, the surgery, and the post operation expectations clearly. I cant thank him enough for investing in my case and not brushing me off with its probably all in your head. He also went to bat for me when my insurance denied coverage for the surgery for not being medically necessary . Thank you Rocky Mountain Ear Center for all you did for me!

They were pretty behind schedule but they took great care of me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our appointment today 2/23/2021 could not have been better. From the scheduling to the front desk check in to the actual exam with the audiologist.. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. We truly appreciated the thoroughness of the exam performed by Ms. Kori Zedaker, Au.D.,CCC-A. Kori spoke to us and explained every detail of this exam and the reasons behind each step in a way that we felt truly educated. She walked us thru the results of our exam and helped us make informed decisions on the best recommended next steps for dealing our hearing loss concerns. This place failed me as an ent. There is a complete disconnect front the front desk to doctors. Iv waited almost half a year for test results the front desk says they can’t find. Therefore no answers. Went to uc health and they completed task in 10 days

The staff here is not only the best in Colorado, but nationally. Im grateful I found them before my sons cochlear surgery. No one even compares.

Never got in for an appointment, receptionist on phone was impolite and seemed hassled by me trying to set up an appointment. Eventually she faked not being able to hear me and hung up without calling back

I had a great experience with Dr. Lupo. He is kind and compassionate. He fixed a problem Id had for almost 2 years and seen multiple other providers for. I was always happy with the care I received as well as the helpful MAs and office staff. Id definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Lupo is not only an incredibly caring physician, but he is also very talented. I trusted him in surgery with my five year old daughter a month ago. The surgery was a complete success and barely left a scar. This was a complicated surgery and will have lifelong benefits for my daughter. I will be forever grateful for this careful, kind and talented physician. Thank you Dr. Lupo! The world needs more wonderful people like you!

The staff is wonderful and organized. Ive also seen a handful of the Audiologists, and they were all fantastic.Dr. Lupo is AWESOME.I put off an ear procedure for years because of a bad visit at another practice. I didnt like the staff, the doctor, or the Audiologist. Going to RMEC instilled the confidence back in me and I got everything taken care of.5 stars.

Dr. Lupo is an exceptionally outstanding physician. As a healthcare professional, I am very careful and picky about who I refer my patients to. For the past 4 years, Dr. Lupo has never let me or my patients down. He has been a wonderful partner in the management of our mutual patients. Anytime I have a question about a patient or need to get an emergency patient scheduled he is very timely and accommodating. I can count on him to always provide my patients with compassion and a long term plan for their chronic and acute health conditions. He is thorough, patient, and kind. I could not recommend him enough. Thank you Dr. Lupo for all that you do!

My son has been a patient of Dr Kelsall’s and Allison Biever’s since 2009. He was almost 2 years old when he received his first implant by Dr Kelsall, and has undergone two more successful surgeries at Dr Kelsall’s very capable hands. Our Audiologist, Allison Biever, has been an instrumental and irreplaceable asset to us, as has our speech therapist, Nan Thompson. Thanks to them, my son is a highly functioning CI recipient with no limits to his auditory and speech abilities. I wouldn’t trust my son’s hearing to any other team. In fact, when we moved out of state, we decided to continue care under RMEC and we gladly travel for his appointments with their team. If you want to be proactive and diligent about treating your or your family member’s hearing loss, this team is the very best you could have on your side!

Never get a call back. Seems as if no one cares. Do not waste your time

I was referred to this clinic by my doctor on 4/11 (Wednesday) and was told that they would call me to schedule an appointment. I didnt hear back from them as on 4/13 (Friday) EOD - even after 3 days, so Im looking to schedule my appointment elsewhere. Is their scheduling service good or bad - you decide!
