My husband asked a simple question of Mary Jane, trying to get more information about the difference between two drills. He figured that her working there, she would have a bit more to say. Instead she says, rudely, “Can’t you see? They’re not the same product,” and then walked away. No duh. My husband has spent thousands in this store. His membership goes so far in the future that we’ll have to see if our son can inherit it. Everyone else here has been wonderful to him, but this lady just seems to be so mad at even having a job. (He loves the lady with pink hair. He’s sorry he couldn’t tell you when it happened, but it really frustrated him.) This is the only problem he has ever had here.

I know people bad mouth them and their products but Ive never had s problem in twenty years... until today. I bought an electric grinder and it didnt work, brand new and it was dead. I go back to the store to exchange it and they wouldnt let me test the replacement grinder. I Geithner the defective and didnt buy a replacement. Very poor customer service in the store. I called the customer service number and the associate on the phone was not any better. SMH, itll be a while before I go back.

Very easy to find what I was looking for. Definitely not like other stores of that type the staff doesnt just come up to you and greet you ask you if youre finding everything you need you have to go find them yourself but other than that pretty awesome place

Stood in at the country while everyone was walking around. Didn’t get acknowledged. One kid, Jacob wash brushing his hair and take someone else that came in after me when I was standing there for some time. He seemed to not know what was going on and was rude. The only person there that gave me the correct info was an older man. Didn’t catch his name.

They were nice I had to do a return for a jack that would not fit underneath my car. And they came out and got it out of my car and brought it back in. They were really nice I really like them no problems easy peasy. I actually go to this harbor freight quite often and they are always kind and polite. And helpful.

Wow! I didnt know there existed a discount hardware store until I happily walked in and out of Harbor Freight Tools with all the items on my list, for 1/2 the cost. Go HFT!

The register lady with purple hair needs to find another job where her skill of extreme rudeness is more welcome. Or possibly, the store manager needs to be replaced for one who maintains a better staff before I consider coming back. Either way, I need tools for my profession and I’m a HarborFreight credit card holder, so I buy A LOT from this company. This location is the easiest and most convenient to me, and I still go out of my way to visit other HF stores. Time is money, so I’m actually losing out by not using this location.

Worst customer service always shop and deal with harbor freight never any issues until i came to this location both associate and manager (Larry) couldnt do anything about a broken pressure washer that went bad 4 days after being bought even with proof of receipt. They were rude and unprofressional. Will never come back to this location dont waste your time or your money at this location.

Great convenient location. Found great deals in the clearance section and all throughout the store. The tools have gotten better over the years and have most special items when only needed a few times but a necessity to have.

Good prices and wide variety of stuff. Not just tools. They have a little bit of everything. Staff was helpful. Their prices are generally quite a bit lower than most hardware stores.

My philosophy on harbor freight tools is simple and i know alot of people will disagree but if you need a tool even if your not going to use it much well this os how i see it.The tools may not be top of the line (although they have imptoved on alot of their tools) of theres a tool thats needed fast for a job get it at harbor freight and if ot makes it through that job then its not only saved you time its paid for itself and if it gets used for another job its a bonus.Ive burned alot of their tools up and have been able to return or replace it with another.Some tools you obviously are going to want a higher quality tool but in a bind i rum here first till i can get what i want later.

Love shopping in there store so many tools and such to help with DIY projects. Used to buy my tools there when I was an aircraft mechanic. Still shop there for tools and gadgets for projects at home. Very helpful staff.

I like Harbor Freight but am tired of labels that are almost impossible to be removed. If the package is shrink wrapped why not put the label on the plastic instead of the product?

This place is great! I feel silly that we hadnt discovered this place earlier. The prices are incredibly low! I bought scissors that are multipurpose and proving to be the best Ive owned for the price of two ramen packets. The selection is great for any hobbiest, worker, or crafter. I will be back and even have Christmas gifting ideas now!

They got cheap stuff of all kinds if u go here and dont get something before u leave, you just dont have the money for it.... just sayin!!!!!

Super friendly staff, Cortney the cashier, didnt catch the other gentlemans name, but very friendly and quickly helped me load a large greenhouse into the back of my truck. This is a great store, theyll be getting a lot more business from me in the future!

Not much selection when I went & the staff not very friendly.

All locations seem to have a distinctive smell. Hand tools are decent enough for the price and since I consistantly lose or misuse them this is where I restock. This location seems to have unpredictable inventory. Good luck.

The manger was cool helpful short glasses professional but the tall spanish lady gave me an attitude i understand people have bad days donot fake it but donot take it out on me your not the manger to dictate am buying with respect just do your cashiers job and shut the F UP.....

Harbor Freight is my favorite spot for a wide assortment of tools and accessories. They consistently have the best prices along with completable brands. Become a member of there coupon catalogs and you will be amazed with the deals they offer as well as there 20% off coupon and freebies. Dont let the low prices discourage your opinion of quality, I have purchased several tools or other items from this store which I still own and use daily. Next time check out Harbor Freight first.

Good for somethings, GREAT for others, and yet awful for other things. Heres the deal, near everything is a lot cheaper than anywhere else and made in China for the most part. Some items are actually decent quality, but you need to have some kind of item and tool education to know what you are looking at. If you are not educated in tools and what you are going to be doing with them, stick with Lowes, Ace, Home Depot, etc., and just pay more. Tjat or have someone who knows what they are looking at escort you. Sometimes those cheap screwdrivers are all the simple homeowner needs. However, you put those screwdrivers under any torque and they will strip out or snap like nothing.So, yes, Harbor Freight can be good for saving money, but know what you are getting and for what applications.

Needed a hand dolly to load a truck. Found a cheaper yet better one here than at Walmart, home depot, or Lowes. The ones around $50 at those other places had small rubber/plastic wheels. The one I bought here for $40 had larger inflatable tires which makes carrying boxes or larger items up or down stairs so much easier. Great place to shop for quality items at a lower price.

I received bad customer service today. I did it with a manager named Patrick at the Hampton location in Inglewood and he told me that I could not return my purchase because it was five it was older than five days old so he told me I can get in-store credit or a gift card when I had my receipt I just called customer service and customer service said that it had to be 90 days or older I’m never going to this location ever again and I advise anybody that likes good customer service I want to be treated like a human being never go here ever again! And if I could not rated this it would have no stars!!!

Ive been a loyal customer for years. Went in there yesterday to buy some gloves to protect myself from the virus and the shelves were empty of gloves and a sign said they had donated every single glove to local hospitals.I have a rescue job and I have to go out every day and i must buy my own supplies. Harbor Freight left nothing for us to protect ourselves.I wont ever forget that.

Pretty good place to get tools & power equipment for really cheap. Especially when you need something on the fly and dont care about quality - just enough to get the job done. Staff is helpful but could be a bit more attentive in customer service.

Called to see if they had something in stock since online wouldnt tell me, first a lady answered and put me on hold while she logged in. Call dropped so I called back and she answered again, I told her sorry called dropped I was the one who just called. She asked for the stock number I tried to pull it up on my phone but couldnt, she totally changed like she was annoyed and mad, forgot what she said but was all snotty about it and put down the phone trying to have someone else help. Then another lady answered and told her what it was in looking for and cant pull it up right now then she put me on hold and someone else answered and I told him your the 3rd person now but told him what it was im looking for and went to check said they had one left and he was gonna put it on hold for me he also seemed a little rude. So all 3 people had some type of attitude and I never went to pick up not wanting to deal with rude people!
