One star is way too much for them. There needs to be an option to have zero stars. Back in March I had sent him my drone for repair. Did they charge me for everything under the sun, YUP, even return shipping. After receiving the drone I noticed that my gimbal cover was missing. I immediately responded via the ticket and they said they would ship me out a new one....NEVER SHOWED UP. Months pass, totally forgot about it, but went to use my drone and what do you know, no gimbal cover. I email them, and again, they said they would ship it out. BOTH TIMES they would not provide me with a tracking number. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Still not gimbal cover, no response to my emails. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I ordered a drone from Amazon and 10 minutes after I ordered I tried to cancel! I left several e-mails to company. Seems they ignored my request, charged my CC and is shipping out my drone. I told them I would refuse delivery, but it seems if someone does this they will charge shipping both ways! I sent at least 5 different communications to them within 10 min to an hour and all went ignored!!
