I have purchased a piece of furniture where I needed to install my existing TV on the wall to make the new piece of furniture work in my living room. These guys are ameutuers who demonstrate terrible customer service. They offer inadequate refurbished merchandise at a inflated cost that doesnt work right. I am going to buy my electronics new from now and on because buying used electronics is not worth the headache and mistreatment, especially when you are spending your hard money. I would give you a long drawn out account of my experience shopping here but I will keep it short and tell you to avoid this place at all cost.

Great store. Great guys running the place. I bought a refurbished Mac Mini there for $400, took it home and a few days later it crashed. Totally just crashed! Wouldnt boot up at all. I took it back and they were just super nice and really apologetic about it. They offered me another Mac Mini that was $150 more and knocked $50 off. But it was just more than I wanted to spend. They really wanted to make it right so they replaced the hard drive in the one I bought, completely re-configured the drive and now the Mac Mini runs like a champ. I could not be happier!

Not only that, but I can go to Walmart or Target and actually get a TV for the same price that is new, if not a little bit cheaper. The store smelled like marijuana which was not pleasant and the customer service was minimal if at all. I can tell you we will not be coming back anytime soon. I thought this was going to be a lot better than it was, but sadly I was sorely disappointed. If you guys get more stuff, and make your store a lot better then we would come back and try it out.

I purchased my MacBook at this store 3 years ago at an amazing price, they told me my exact computer had only been charged 14 times and I believe it!! It run like new and has been such a good computer. But it recently started to slow down a little (after 3 years of constant use and little maintainance, it’s to be expected) I took it in and the super friendly and very helpful staff removed old software updates and cleaned it up for me in just 30 min! I thought it was time for a new computer but was delighted when they got my old one running like it did on day one again!! Moved into town today and realized that I had forgotten my power cord for my Vizo tv. I went in to the store as a Hail Mary. And to top that the same TV at Best Buy, Sams Club & Costco was priced at $4300 + tax. We paid less than 1/3 of that with tax & surround sound included! We just purchased a new Samsung tv and had Jordan come out to install it. From start to finish, staff were polite, helpful, and thorough. They knew exactly what we needed before we even knew it. Jordan did an excellent job with the installation and has a real talent for placing a tv so the eye level is perfect and the spacing is just right. Our wall is in excellent condition and he covered the wire holes very well. He explained how to use the tv and answered all of our questions. This place has horrible customer service issues and a general manager with a poor attitude. No accountability for dysfunctional tv. Twice I had to return a 75inch tv cause they had alot of issues. Both times the gm was disrespectful by insinuating i was lying that the tv was bad even though I had multiple videos. He plug the tv in for all of 2 minutes and told me its perfectly fine. Funny how that works when I bought the same tv from best buy and have not had a single issue but its my wiring in my home he says. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone as there attitudes are poor accountability is low. I mean these are refurbished tvs not like they will never have issues right.i was instructed to bring the tv back for a full refund which I have on call recording. Yet when I got here they charged me nearly 300 dollars for a restocking fee cause the gm said theres nothing wrong with the tv he figured that out in the 1 minute he had the tv on.

Picked up a Macbook Pro from these guys a week ago. Did a ton of research and opted for about a 50% discount in buying used rather than buying new. The computer is in excellent condition and they offer a warranty. I went a few weeks ago and they didnt have much selection but I guess they randomly get huge shipments in cause this time I went and they had over 60 in stock. Best deal emailed me a replace the tv with a diferent tv and gave me a 6 month worrenty for my trouble....... use to think this place was great and loved the open box sales. I went back and bought another from them and thought the prices are higher than they were before. When I got home I noticed that the box was marked refurbished. After a few hours of operation the TV starts acting up so I contacted Best Deal and they said if I bring it back they will try to fix it but wont replace it. So end result I dropped a 1000 bucks and I have to reset the TV several times a week. ... BEST DEAL CONTACTED ME AND MADE IT BETTER WITH A REFURBISHED REPLACEMENT...

Found this place on Facebook with one of their daily deals. Got an insane deal on a 55 Samsung LED for $450 and a wall mount for 40 bucks. I also picked up some of their $5 HDMI cables that were the cheapest Ive been able to find. The TV I got happened to have some scratches on the casing and back of the TV (both of which I could barely see) so it was discounted but I believe they had the TV in perfect condition for a little more. They have a lot of inventory - could probably use some more organization. But I will definitely be back in the future cause theres nothing else like this in Denver.

Bought a tv there and not only did they give me the wrong legs for the tv, but noticed the best day they gave me the wrong remote and wrong manual. When I came in they gave me a pair of headphones for having to come back twice, the headphones dont even work. Definately reccomend going anywhere else than here.

This place is amazing! I saw a facebook post they made for a wall mount and decided to stop by since I was looking to mount a TV in our new place. The price on the mount was only $30, so I thought what could it hurt to get one and maybe look at their tvs. Well their prices were the lowest I could find. I checked other stores and even online and couldnt find anything cheaper. In the model I was looking at, they had one in perfect condition and another with slight scuffs on the casing, looked like it was caused by the styrafoam packing in the box. I took the one with the scuffs since it was $100 cheaper and the scuffs could barely be noticed from any sort of distance and I used that $100 for my wall mount and a bunch of cables and a blu ray player. Nick helped me and was friendly but not pushy. I have told all my friends about this place and will continue to get my electronics from them!!

I usualy dont write reviews but i had to for these inconsiderate, selfish, louses. I had a  really bad expirence from coming here. Yeah they have a good deal, but crap for customer service. He is a fool for a business owner Nick the bafoon.  After spending well over 1000$ youd expect to be met with excellent customer service and appreciation being they are a small business in our community but no instead they care more about the dollar than serving the customer. I only say that because of personal expirence I had to endure when i purchased a t.v. and wall mount from these bloodsuckers. From the beginning I called and asked them if they had a TV in stock they said they did so I went in the t.v. business that smelt like a fish tank and come to find out they didnt have it in stock but another guy said they had one left in the back but one of there good customers is coming in for it later, as if i was not a customer. It was already closing time but they said come in tomorrow they are getting a shipment in. So i came the next day and paid cash. After purchasing these items I was told to pull around back so they could load my wall mount and t.v. . . Halfway home 25 minutes into my drive i found out they didnt load up my wall mount! I drove back and they were closed! They took my number down and didnt even give me a call to let me know! What was the purpose of taking my number down.? So then I call Nick the bafoon again, and he said I can drive back. but I had to wait 25 mins in parking lot for that.! He got out the car revin his engine i dont know what for. And says my bad. I said yeah your bad can you compensate me. He said yeah with 2 bucks, for a 45 min drive. And was going to give me change until i stated change is ok, just shows how you run your business then after that  he threw 10 bucks on the floor and drove off all quick doing a burnout on way out. Screaming dont bring your business back DICK!. Really just ticks me off for a business owner to run a business so poorly, extremely unprofessional. Support a rare, truly local electronics business that knows customer service and stands behind their warranty.Long: I was thinking about upgrading my TV and was doing a lot of research online, AV/Home Theater Forums, etc... Once I had an idea of what I wanted I started looking for places to get a good deal (e.g. WalMart refurbs, Best Buy open box deals). I stumbled across Best Deal In Town and looked them up more online and checked out their Facebook page before finally walking in the store.Once I walked in the store I could see that it wasnt a huge electronics store, but in the end that was one of my favorite aspects. This place only stocks reputable manufacturers (Think LG, Sony, Samsung, Vizio). There isnt any junk or cheap brands. Store is in an older building, but clean and bright. They stock a solid range in size and expense for each brand and have around 30 on display with lots of others in stock that they will pull out for you (TVs range from current offerings to last years model..so no outdated dinosaurs). However, if they dont have it-- they will probably eventually get one in (thats what I did with the Samsung I eventually got).The benefit to the seemingly limited selection is that everything in the store is a great value. Also, Jay and the owners son both talked to me for a significant amount of time about various sets I was considering. I was genuinely impressed with their knowledge and it confirmed a lot of my research (knowing the actual native refresh rates, back/edge lit, and other features). I told them what Id mostly be watching and in what kind of room. Their suggestions aligned with what I had already learned about the type of set I wanted which gave me confidence in purchasing from them.The other thing that encouraged me about this operation was that they sold a lot of the components from Monoprice. Essentially, they werent swindling people with overpriced Monster cables that add nothing of value. Monoprice has always given me reliable, quality accessories at an awesome value. This just confirmed that this place was a no BS operation where you can get a fair deal on TVs that are open box/returned.Been enjoying my Samsung for 2 months now and couldnt be happier. It was still wrapped in the plastic and everything. Saw the exact same TV at Costco on special for ~45% more a week later. I had a pretty big grin on my face.Finally, I do want to address their warranty. While I was there a gentleman came and had an issue with a few dead pixels on his screen. They were really hard to notice, but you could see them when the screen went to full white. The guys immediately pulled another one for him and confirmed that it was good to go and loaded the new TV in his car for him. He was out the door in 5 minutes and you could tell was relieved/shocked at how professional and accommodating the employees were. I personally have to say that it makes me feel good to see a local store in the community establishing itself as a place to get a fair deal in a market dominated by big box stores with disinterested teenagers helping you.I would recommend this place to anyone. Whether they are looking for a budget TV, or a top-of-the-line, huge Home Theater set. Go talk to these guys and theyll genuinely help you out and try to earn your business. Similar to their Tempe az location I decided to stop by while I was in Colorado. This store is set up much better than the store I normally shop in az. Much more organized and the prices seem even lower. Nick - the owner - said the prices are going to be lower in Colorado for the first few years until more people in Denver know about them.
