I was charged 5 weeks ago for lamps and they cant find my order. When trying to get to a manager (to refund my credit card charge) I was repeatedly hung up on. They repeatedly transferred me to people unable to deal with this minuscule issue. Update: they finally refunded my credit card, I just checked my call log and it took me 8 calls to get this accomplished! Lousy Company and Lousy Employees.

This company has gone downhill over the last couple years, they have been untimely and inaccurate with my orders lately or out of items completely. I only go there for the occasional good deal on wire anymore.

Quick service had a part I was unable to find at the larger chains. Great for wholesale electrical supply.
