Worse Place Ever! The management team is a complete joke. They will Lie as much as possible to keep all of their mistakes hidden and never own up to any of their responsibilities. Save your time and money and go with someone else, who will actually care about your business.

One of their vans just blew through a 4 way stop sign where several children were present waiting for the school bus in Fort Collins. Very disturbing the LACK of Safety and basic Humanity especially with children. Very bad look for your company.

If only I could give ZERO stars!! Absolutely HORRIBLE service! First, made an appointment to get our Ceph Machine fixed, they called last minute and canceled. Said they had to pull there tech to another job. Then to re-schedule they pushed it out almost 3 weeks! We use this machine everyday. Then when they finally came out, the Tech cracked our screen and didn’t even tell anyone. Called the manager, Albert Kendall, and he came out and said they would replace it. Well...... 8 months later and multiple emails and messages NOTHING! Worst company and service ever.

One of their vans illegally passed me in Steamboat Springs, CO. The van flew pass me on the shoulder of the road, which isnt a passing lane! 😨 The van continued driving aggressively until I reached my destination.

Terrible service. Zach caused damage to my brand new office and then denied it and acted very childish. Completely unprofessional and difficult to work with.

Horrible costumer service. We had a compressor break a week ago prohibiting us from using our suctions. Keep in mind the whole week we have a full schedule. We had a technician come and tell us he would over-night our repair kit due to the severity of the problem. We receive the part the next day only for Henry Schein to tell us the supervisor pulled our technician from the job and he will now be here the following Monday. Come Monday, we call again only to find out the technician is now scheduled for Wednesday and the reason they were pulled from the job was because they had another higher paying customer who needed a small repair. They apologized only after finding out they placed our ticket under the wrong name and realized we are in fact one of their highest paying customers. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would give no stars if possible.

Dont waste your time with this company. Service is terrible and they no show you for scheduled appointments.
