They literally charge you for air. Highest gas prices in town. AND- The food and drinks are also equally high priced. Its a very convenient location so I think they are getting away with that for now. How long until WaWa ruins their party? I dont know but one can only hope that it is soon.

Most of the stores now have a variety of pizza that is very good and priced right.

Whatever new upgrade they did to the computers/software at the pumps is horrible. I have to fill a fleet vehicle here twice a day (closest station to my route, not approved to deviate further). Out of the last 7 fill ups, 4 times the pumps havent worked. The screens lock up and I have to keep moving to different pumps to find one that works. The receipt printers are also empty or jammed most of the time, which means I have to go inside and wait to get a receipt (which is required by my job). I am allotted a limited amount of time to complete my route and standing in line after driving from pump to pump is making me go over. This used to be the best place to get in and out quickly, but theyve screwed that up royally. Go elsewhere if you dont have a lot of time to waste

I went in around 1:30 in the morning and this guy who worked here named Alex was very kind and treated my family so nicely!!! The new building is really nice and 100% recommend this place for the customer service alone! Thank you Alex for being such a nice human being

Staff are friendly, nice people. The prices and selection are ok, gas is mid level price for town, once in a while its the cheapest.

This place is great. Always clean. Lots of pump stations so I never have to wait. Lots of parking. Great food and clean restrooms. A nice outdoor seating area. Their brand new coffee machines grind the beans immediately before it brews and offers many different bean selections. The pizza is awesome, especially for a gas station. I actually prefer the pizza here over some local establishments. Great place.

The 1 Star portion: Drew Perett is a Terrible manager. He harasses customers and even threatens to kick you out if you do not agree with what he says. He is the rudest employee I have ever met at a racetrack. I went in there trying to buy gas as I was on empty the other night and Drew instantly calls me out and belittles me. I took my business elsewhere even though I was very low on gas. This nightmare of an employee should be fired. I advise the GM looks at all the low star reviews on here. They almost all point to the same manager.5 Star portion: 2 awesome dudes are always working diligently and happy to help customers. When I come in at night the slender dude is usually busy with a task yet he takes a moment to greet the customer with 5 star service. The fat dude is usually at the register and always says hello. These are the employees that know what they’re doing. Thank you gentlemen.

Gorgeous new station. Very modernly built, and wonderful staff. Their customer service was flawless, and if there was no problem. Im almost certain there was no problem. The pumps were fast, and responsive, and the bathroom is in pristine condition. If youre looking for a stop on a long journey, or a place to take your break from work. This would be it.

Outstanding. Latest state of the art gas tank. No fuel contamination. We fuel my wife 97 Jaguar & a 90 Mercury. All of the food that You need on the Run. Top qualities. Super staff. Clean,clean restrooms. Top Dog area manager, keep everyone in check.

I was horrified at how the manager there behaves. This store is located at the top of my block so it is quite convenient. I went into the store twice on Thursday morning and both times I was harassed by the manager there because he thought I was some girl that he had an issue with. I repeatedly told him that he had the wrong person. By early evening that day my fiancé and I assumed he’d be gone and that it was safe to visit the store on our way out.However, he was still there. Once again he began to harass me and because I asked him to finally just leave me alone he swiped all of my items off of the counter that another cashier was ringing me up for and told me to get out that I was no longer allowed in there. The police were then called and I was trespassed from there. Oh, and so was my fiancé who had been outside in the car when all of this went on. This man abused his authority to the highest extent possible all because he couldn’t admit he had the wrong person.This managers name is Kevin Johnston

Nice new station. Lots of traffic. Getting in from Winchester is a tight turn in our RV, but we can make it. McCall aka 776 always has a lot of traffic.

Love having diesel fuel on this side of town. Store is beautiful as well with made to order food and nice outdoor seating.

Funny how the owner only responds to the good comments which arent many ...all these problems with a manager that abuses his power but never gets reprimanded. Nice clean store yea but untill they get better managers stay away from this store especially when Kevin is working there if u dont know who that is hes the fat one who looks like Sal from impractical jokers

The racetrack at this location was recently built with a beautiful custom food and drink ordering system. This upgrade is what put them close to the same standard as WaWa in my opinion. I have loved this option and choose to get my gas, beverages, snacks etc here as well since I am coming to get a freshly made custom sandwich almost daily. Well, today I am greatly disappointed because this location has removed this ordering option. They informed me today that they are no longer accepting custom food orders. In my opinion this downgrades Racetrack to the same level as any other gas station in Englewood. There is nothing special about it anymore.

Great RaceTrac. It would be better if their current 2nd shift manager wasn’t there. Telling customers they aren’t co-workers they’re HIS employees and everyone better listen to him. I also over heard him arguing with a customer for their reward points and how he is always right and the customer is wrong. The guy also looks very unprofessional with his chest hair and belly bursting out of his shirt. Even my co-workers complain about the guy. There will be happier customers and some customers will come back if he is gone. I’ll get his name next time I’m in there and edit my review. This is the current 2nd shift manager currently 2/28/19. Btw this has happened more than once

These people are liars and claim their ATM& debit dont work when the storm was 2 weeks ago AND everyone else in our town has power this should definitely get looked into!!!!!!!! Cash only sounds like one big scam!

I have been twice since they opened. First time they were out of gas so I havent been back until today and the pump was painfully slow, until it shut off at 3 gallons. I can only assume they are running low or out of gas again. The inside is nice enough but if I cant get gas there is no reason for me to go inside. Walmart is building a brand new station down the road so you would think Racetrac would try and get it together before then.
