This was the least stressful computer repair I’ve ever had. I walked in and they fixed my MacBook Pro in under an hour for a VERY good price. The whole team was super nice and accommodating, especially Jimmy and Aubrey. I’ll be back for sure.

- I posted this on Yelp too but I was so impress that I wanted to post it everywhere. These guys wont waste your time and wont screw you over from my experience. If you get some weird screwdrivers you can do it yourself. Dont be scared as I was. Here it is-These guys are the real deal. I walked in and the first thing that I heard was an earnest argument in the back room about how to truly kill Superman. They are the cast of Big Bang Theory. They also will tell you just how to fix whatever you have wrong with your mac just like they did for me.I ended up fixing the macbook trackpad for $180 less than the geniuses at the Mac store were going to charge me. They had great advice, great prices, great service and just felt like the mac store would if they were allowed to.A tad hard to find but call them when your GPS gets you close and they will get you the rest of the way. Please shop here for all of your Mac repair needs so they will still be around when I need them next time.As a side note. Shouldnt a real genius have the integrity to tell you that you have to take out 10 screws to do the repair you are needing. The true geniuses at Beta Mac will.

Not knowing anything about macs, It took a few tries to land on the perfect laptop for an old pc guy. Each time I showed up they were professional, polite, patient and helpful. Highest recommendation

They were very accommodating and not only had the part I needed at a reasonable price but offered additional suggestions for me. I will return there again when I need something for my older MAC.

I am a professional photographer and bought a used macbook from Beta Macs. I was totally happy with the product, service and communication to a point I will never buy anything computer related from anyone but them.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. Do not waste your time.
