Keith and his sales team were very easy to work with and I felt like they understood my needs. My salesman Connor was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and my last minute phone call with my bank. The Finance manager Dimitri really made the paperwork a breeze. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by everyone I came into contact with. Even a few days later when I returned to purchase new rubber floor mats, I was greeted by Karina with a warm smile and a wave from across the showroom. Even the parts guy (I cant remember his name) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Really appreciated the information and interaction with Tom David regarding the service for my vehicle. Tom provided me with all the details including multiple options / variations available. He was honest and upfront about further parts that needed to be ordered and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will be sure to request Tom for any / all of my future service needs.
Bought a used car here sales team was attentive and also was warned that the car had been modified and then was taken to Ford to be returned to stock but they conveniently left out that the car had hail damage all over the roof which was hard to see on white car in sunlight when I got home all was well until I noticed the roof looked like a golf ball under my garage lights. I just find it shady that it’s sold as is but they won’t tell you about hail damage that they 100% knew about. I personally won’t got back to them although they did order a new tire after I found a big tear in the sidewall.I contacted the dealership was pushed off to another person that handles the used cars was told that they had no knowledge of the hail damage since it came from another one of their dealerships. I also pointed out that the damage to the tire was caused to the tire because they had someone “repair the wheels” which was someone taking an angle grinder to alloy wheels which I provided in the pictures. It was done on their watch because they put new tires on and when they spray painted the wheels there was over spray on the tire also in the pictures. This is not good being a mechanical engineer when you take a grinder to alloy wheels it changes the mechanical properties of the metal, I pointed out to them this could be a safety issue the person they push me off to did not care. I would recommend this dealership be avoided for used cars since they do not care about potential safety issues. They also know that the two piece lug nuts from ford were bad and just slapped them back on I had to take the car back and buy my own lug nuts since I could not get them off myself.
Just bought a used BMW X6 from here and worked with Josiah through the process. There were no frills and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (from performance specs to a thorough maintenance history) which greatly satisfied the car enthusiast in me.He was also very clear and concise with payment and financing options which made the experience pleasant. I never felt pressured and nothing felt gimmicky like other dealer options I’ve explored. The financing process was painless and professional. I was presented with numerous reasonable options and am very satisfied with the outcome.I definitely recommend this place, and I especially recommend asking for Josiah!
I got the chance to work with Cody. He helped my father and I track down a car and was completely professional and so helpful even when he didn’t get the sale because I had to go somewhere else. I will use Cody and buy all my vehicles from AutoNation Arapahoe from now on! Highly recommend. Thanks Cody!
Over 3 months now and going on a 3rd transmission and still this place is a total disaster. The service department will screw with every female that walks in the door. I took my jeep here trusting that they would take care of me as I bought my jeep here. Theyve been insulting and milking the money. Do not buy here, they lie upon sales, so do not service your jeep here, theyll take advantage of you. The GM is never in and the service manager is as a big of a joke as the advisors. Theyre not about taking care of anyone. Their specially is taking advantage of women.
Took my Jeep in for some 4WD issues and it came back to me a week later a whole new car. This jeep is busy but I was impressed that the techs could diagnose the issue and get it fixed so promptly. My advisor Adam was on top of everything and was extremely friendly. Thanks again!
Had an appointment for an oil change at 12 PM. Arrived early. Literally still waiting here for 3 hours! This is totally unacceptable. I was told 30 more minutes at 2pm. 2 comes and I’m told 20 more minutes. Horrible service. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored! It’s now 3:02 and I’m still waiting. Was able to drive away at 3:12 free of charge due to the inconvenience
I bought a car here. It was a weird buying experience. For example, they didnt even give me an overview or follow up after the sale. Threw me the keys and we were done. I like the car though. They also should have my info on file, since I purchased a car from them. They can call me if they want to make it right. Ive already given them enough of my money and time.
EDIT:The general manager called me the same night and apologized for the issues. Similar to many businesses these days, they are having issues finding qualified employees and this day they unexpectedly had a single person to perform the necessary oil changes and tire rotations. My experience was still less than satisfactory as they couldve informed me up front that they were short handed and it would take longer than expected. Then I wouldve had an informed opportunity to make a choice to wait it out or come back another day. However, when your shorthanded, I understand it isnt always possible to be 100% effective in communication. I appreciate the manager giving me a personal call to explain the situation.I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 hours they still hadn’t started on my car. After a while longer I walked back up to the tech to see if it was done. The keys were on the desk with a time stamp 15 minutes earlier. They didn’t bother to come tell me it is done. Unfortunate customer service experience.
Extreme issues with service department - Even a 1 star is too much!!! 2016 Jeep, 63,000 miles never had an issue with the Jeep until it just died at a stop light. Brought it to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe and they told me it was just a fuel pump. Had to wait due to COVID strain over a month for the fuel pump to come in. Come to find out it was not the fuel pump but the engine is shot! They misdiagnosed the issue and want over $2,000 to cover the cost of parts not even the issue. They quoted me over $8,500 for a new engine. Ive been a loyal Jeep customer this was my second Jeep. Tied to work with Jeep on the warranty. No help at all being over the 60,000 warranty. I completed my service on the vehicle as required and this is the end product. Will never purchase another Jeep again! Definitely do not take your vehicle to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe!!
My experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe was phenomenal! I found a vehicle that I wanted online and the online sales team and finance department did a great job throughout the purchase process. When the papers were completed, they shipped me my vehicle, which was delivered to my door. Thank you Cody and Patrick!
Karina is the best, she’s always on top of things, following up with your order, even after you cancel the order and it still makes its way to the dealership. I’m really happy she let me know my 4xe came in even though I did cancel it and she gave me first choice if I still wanted to purchase it. She’s a great saleswoman and I highly recommend her.
I had a great experience here. While shopping for a used car can rank about as fun as poking needles in ones eye, the team here made it very streamlined and simple. Destiny and the sales manager had me in and out in under 2 hours, all in all done, with the car I had problems finding and after being very disappointed with another dealer in town.
We had an appointment across the street at another dealer ship and they clearly bated us by posting a car at a great price and we called the night before just to make sure it was still there. They told yes see you in the morning which was the first appointment. We got there and we were told it was sold. SUPER disappointing especially driving 1 and a half. We were going to drive back home and we saw AutoNation Jeep Arapahoe across the street and decided to stop by. We talked with Travis who was amazing! He listened to us and had 5 cars ready to test drive right away. He did not pressure us which was really nice . I also traded my Kia for a far price. Great place I highly recommend buying a car from AutoNation Jeep Arapahoe/Travis!
Rory was THE best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. Such a joy to be around and answered all my questions ever step of the way! I would give him 12/10 if I could! Just amazing!
Gary was a wonderful salesperson. Unlike the majority that like to toot their own horn, he was refreshingly humble. I enjoyed our interchange and would definitely recommend him and this business to my friends and family. Thank you.
Our car broke down on the way to Phoenix from Nebraska. They told us they wouldnt have an appointment until Wednesday so we left the car and rented another in order to continue on our trip. By Monday, we got a call stating our car was ready. Was very pleased with the quick turnaround. They diagnosed and fixed a problem with the oil filter housing on our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We spoke with the service rep and stated we would pick up the car the following Monday, as we were on a week long vacation. My rating dropped due to them not washing the vehicle, as it had what appeared to be soot from the mechanics hands. They also didnt even bother to fill the oil, as the car had a leak (which is why we brought it in.) Upon further inspection, the car was missing a quart of oil. We were on short time as we are on our way back to Nebraska, so we dont have time to wait for them to wash and top of the oil. This should have been taken care of before hand. Now Im not so sure I trust the job that was done on the vehicle and we have and 8 hour drive back home. Should have listened to all the bad reviews and gone elsewhere. This dealership has shown they have low standards in regards to their customer service and quality of work....go elsewhere.
Cody and Gus made buying our new truck a breeze. I bought a 2017 F150 sight unseen from them and the truck was way cleaner than I expected. I’m very happy with our purchase. Thanks guys!
Service is better else where. I got an oil change and when I left there was a check engine light. They told me they would not fix, need to charge me a diagnostic check even though the light came on after the oil service. My lease is up in two months and theyre not trying to take care of me so I will be getting new vehicle at a different company.
This place is a nightmare. We’re here after my parents were in a horrific accident and were airlifted to Colorado. My parents needed a vehicle to get back to Arizona in. We did the research on the car my father wanted and came in. The salesman rushed through everything but insisted they would fix anything we checked off on a list together. Not only did that NOT happen, we’ve been given the run around since. Waiting HOURS at a time as they won’t make an actual appointment just to be told they can’t do whatever service we need that day. Was just there for 2 hours to get a headlight replaced only to be told it would be $400 dollars for that service. This is after they only replaced one of them right before selling it to us last month. It’s a $40 bulb online. If you’re looking for people who want to take advantage of you- look no further. These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and how they run a business.
So far, not so good. I went in for a regular oil change/tire rotation and came away with a host of issues (20k mi).I went in 5x for the dealer to repair the throttle body. As soon as I got the Jeep home, I now need to have the power train looked at.Nice folks at AN but there is a significant issue with the way they get work completed.*Brand new Jeep that has only been serviced by AutoNation Jeep.
For a car dealership that does occasionally sell a Jeep that has a sticker price near 100K, the premises do not represent that kind of high end product. Dirty, run down waiting area with no refreshments is not what several of your competitors have out there. The larger issue I had with my service appointment was the lack of communication and the length of time it took to get a simple oil change.I had an appointment and was originally quoted 1:00-1:20 to get it done and it took close to 3 hours…completely unacceptable in my opinion. Zero communication from the service guys as I went and asked twice what was taking so long.Jeep makes a nice product, however the service department at Arapahoe Autonation leaves a lot to be desired.
Great experience with Harlow, Sales Associate. He explained the issue and what they are doing to correct it. Unfortunately, a part has to be ordered in, but as the vehicle is drivable, I will have to take it back when part arrives. But, the customer service part was great. Keep laughing as it makes a bad situation tolerable!
It was a great car buying experience. I tried all the 3 models I wanted and was very satisfied with the overall service. Keith Mason was on top of everything I asked for and he is just awesome! Pre sales or post sales, he kept offering me all help and assistance possible.
I ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from AutoNation Jeep on Arapahoe Road. I was extremely stratified with the experience and service I was provided by all staff at the dealership. I was extremely pleased with my experience at the dealership I ended up ordering a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealership. The sales guide (Noah) was extremely knowledgeable about the Wrangler and Cherokee and helped me decide on what package to order on each vehicle. The General Manager of the Dealership (Eric) took time to speak with me and was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
Several weeks ago my fan on my 2008 Wrangler wouldn’t shut off without having to manually disconnect the relay. I left my jeep and was told a relay switch needed to be replaced. It was, and I picked up the jeep only to have the problem continue. I took it back and this time the TIPM had to be replaced. I picked the jeep up, and again, the problem persisted. Looking at the invoice, it appears both parts were replaced with “known working parts”. I assume this to mean refurbished and not new? Anyway, I picked up the jeep a third time, and so far so good after a few outings. However, the pictures show how I picked the jeep up. I was not told, instead I had to be surprised on my way home. Maybe I shouldn’t have left it with the top down, but I never would have thought a major dealership would allow a vehicle without the top on to sit in outside in a rain storm, especially with so many covered spaces. So now, I’m stuck with carpet that stinks, and who knows what other issues this will cause. There was literally over an inch of water in my cup holders, over an inch in my center console, and a lot of water everywhere else. It’s disgraceful that this happened, but even more so that no one had the common decency to let me know it happened. I gave two stars instead of one, because my rep, Travis, was polite and professional at all times and I would like to believe he was unaware of my issue.
I emailed my vehicle sales agent for assistance in obtaining a needed vehicle document, related to my newly purchased Miata from AutoNation. Two weeks later, my sales agent still had not returned my email or sent me the required document. After leaving an initially unsatisfactory review, AutoNation management and my agent reached out to me promptly, explaining and apologizing that my email had been misplaced. My document request was then promptly handled, and I received my vehicle document via e-mail within hours.
We had a very pleasant buying experience with Victor at Auto Nation Jeep when we traded vehicles. We have been very satisfied with our new vehicle, and after the sale when we discovered we had only one key fob, we called Gus and Victor and they were kind enough to contact the previous owner, get the second fob and then mail it to us. We would buy there again.
Went to buy my lease. We had financing already from USAA. Was told we only needed to come and sign a few papers. Wed be done in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later after just wanting gap insurance. And being encouraged to get a warranty. We finally refinanced with just gap insurance. She tried to convince me to get the extended warranty telling me that my radio if it goes down again will cost me $4000. The warranty was $3500 with a discount. We opted for just gap insurance. My husband found the radio on Amazon for $900. If it goes out for the 3rd time. The first 2 replacements were on the warranty.
After my experience here Id tell everyone to seek a car elsewhere. We called in on a vehicle, set and appointment, showed up on time, and had to wait 45 minutes to be told the car battery is dead. So they try to jump it, no dice. After more waiting the manager informed me the car had been rolled in a day or two before and wasnt in running condition at all. They basically were listing and showing, an inoperable vehicle. Thats called a lemon in most every book. Which you are not supposed to sell. Dont waste your time, money, or safety shopping here.
The staff was professional at all times. I took my daughters vehicle in to have a part replaced that another company had said was leaking and wanted to charge over $1k. After the technician inspected our vehicle the advisor called and said the vehicle was in good condition and no repairs were needed, he assured me they inspected it twice and no leaks were found. Very satisfied with the honesty and professionalism.
This is the fourth Jeep we have purchased from Jeep Arapahoe! This time Keith and Chris took care of us. They hunted down the Grand Cherokee L that my wife was looking for (not easy with the limited selection out there). Very smooth transaction and the purchase process did not take all day. We will certainly be back!
My daughter bought her first car here (Ford Focus) with the help of Noah. He made sure her car got the repairs and upgrades included in the sale with frequent updates, and loaned her a fun Jeep to drive during that time. All in all, a positive learning experience for this first-time car buyer. Thank you, AutoNation!
Purchased a car and got it checked out right after. The inspection caught a leaking shock, dirty filter, and I also noticed a crack in the windshield. Autonation covered the cost of these repairs, but the process has taken time including 3 trips to the location of purchase and 6+ hours waiting to get the car serviced. The purchasing process was also more stressful that anticipated. After waiting for 1.5+ hours, the Autonation warranty was confusingly built into my financing plan and I felt pressured to make a rash decision. It would have been great to review the warranty options while I was waiting to purchase so I could have walked out feeling confident in my decision. Overall, it has not been the best experience.
Had an awesome time buying my new car here, Thabk you to Mike Huffman, and Ayden for the help! Mike did a great job and deserves a raise 👏🏼
We ordered our Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the specs we wanted through the assistants of the sales team. When the vehicle arrived, it was a hassle free process. After about a week we had a small issue with the vehicle and when I notified Autonation Jeep Arapaho they went above and beyond to take care the issues immediately.
My experience with the service department at AutoNation Jeep was quite poor. Initially when I setup my warrantee service work I was told I would be given a loaner vehicle. When I arrive for my appointment there not only was no loaner vehicle available for me, they dont have any loaner vehicles ever. So right off the bat setting up my appointment I was lied to. I decided to leave my Jeep anyways with three issues. One which was easy, an alignment, was solved. The other two they claimed they could not reproduce the issues. I picked up my Jeep late after all the service reps had left and before leaving the dealer lot one of the issues they claimed they could not reproduce was already happening. Very frustrating dealing with these issues and in the future I will try to avoid this dealers service department.
I leased a vehicle from this location in June 2019. Along with a lease comes 2 free oil changes per year for the first 2 years.A little background on my lease - I paid for 15,000 miles per year. Due to COVID-19 closing the world for about a year, I am now into my 3rd year on my lease, and Im only at about 18,000 miles. I took my vehicle in for what I thought would be a free oil change (since I had only used one of the free ones), and to my surprise was charged full price. They explained that they only last for 2 calendar years, which I understood. Since the pandemic closed everything down and I wasnt driving anywhere - and didnt NEED an oil change - I thought it wasteful to get my oil changed just for the hell of it. I asked if they could extend the courtesy of extending the 2 year limit (which was expired by only one month) for the current oil change. They refused. IMO, that was pretty terrible customer service.
Super friendly and very helpful! Even when I couldnt park my own car! New tires and an oil change for a good price!
Juaquin was attentive and found a car I really loved. He recommended a great color, really advocated that I got the best deal, and made sure to follow up to ensure I was kept abreast the entire time. If you want a no-nonsense person with exceptional instincts, go with Juaquin. Thank you for everything!
I bought my car here about a year ago and it was great. My tail light connector went out (it was obvious) they wouldn’t listen that I knew what the problem was (whatever they had to run a diagnostic anyways.) When I got there the customer service was great and they gave me a key to my Jeep that had been missing since I bought my Jeep from them a year ago. I was SO appreciative that they didn’t charge me and wanted to get me the key right away.
Im sayin 4.5 stars, It would be 5 stars as the purchase was easy and comfortable. Only problem was a bad address on plate registration, delaying my plate transfer, but after a few phone calls/texts its hopefully being taken care of today. My salesman Noah drove across town to pick me up to make purchase as my vehicle was broken. Many thanks Noah, I appreciate you professionalism.
UPDATE (03/26/2021): Larry H Miller Jeep on 104th ordered me a replacement.ORIGINAL:I purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 2-door JK equipped with wheel locks but discovered, a few days later, that I had no key to remove them.According to the CARFAX report, these wheel locks were installed by AutoNation Chrysler Jeep prior to originally putting the vehicle up for sale at the end of 2017 when it was new. I never even thought to ask about it when I was purchasing it as a certified pre-owned vehicle from the same dealership.I contacted my salesman, Marc DiBella, and was told that AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe didn’t have the key and that I should reach out to their parts department to see if they had the master key that a replacement could be ordered from.A member of the parts department tried about 8 different keys before stating he didn’t believe they had the correct one. He advised I would need to contact the service department and they would give me a quote to remove the wheel locks.I reached back out to Marc explaining my disappointment and stated that I had no intentions of paying the dealership that sold me this vehicle to remove the wheel locks. However, I did suggest that if the service department would remove them at no cost, I would pay to have new ones installed. Marc stated he would “get with his used car manager and see what they could do to help”. That’s the last I heard from Marc or AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe. There are several things that I could point out here as a learning opportunity for the dealership:1. Someone brought a vehicle into their inventory without making sure they had all of the necessary items needed to change a tire.2. They chose to sell the vehicle without addressing the fact the wheels can’t be removed without risk of the new owner damaging the lugs.3. This vehicle is certified pre-owned and is supposed to go through a rigorous inspection. How were the brakes, rotors and front-end control parts checked without removing the wheels?4. They stated they would follow up and never did. Even if I didn’t get the answer I wanted – any answer still would have been better.I felt like this was an easy sale for Mr. DiBella. I found the vehicle online, sent an email, talked to Marc briefly and within about an hour or so was onsite purchasing this vehicle without any haggling or asking for anything additional during the sale.As part of the process, I was sold a “Platinum” extended warranty from Meghan Boxley which added approximately $4,000 to the amount of my loan. I intend on exercising my 60-day opportunity to cancel this warranty as this situation has left me with very little confidence in the accountability of the dealership. If they can’t make something this trivial right, what can I expect when some new technician in their service department cross-threads my oil pan plug or someone forgets to reconnect a sensor? My assumption would be the same lack of accountability and I’d be on my own again. The Internet has drastically changed the car buying process. The buyer can shop inventory around the country without ever getting out of their pajamas. Prices and options can be compared easily and vehicles can be shuffled around to meet the buyer’s needs. The only unique offering that a dealership has now is it’s customer service and the ability to bring the customer into the dealership’s ecosystem after the sale by selling them parts, maintaining the vehicle, selling them additional vehicles and creating a disciple to sing their praises to other potential buyers. All of that, however, hinges on trust that the dealership is equipped to be fair to the customer while pursuing a profit.I like the vehicle I bought and I believe, based on my own research, that the price was on point with other dealerships. However, any time someone says, “nice Jeep”, I will reply with “thank you” and then tell them this story.
Wes and Matt took care of the issue I was having with my vehicle and were extremely courteous. Thanks for always being so helpful!
I brought my Jeep in for a oil change, multipoint inspection, tire rotation and to get two light bulbs replaced at 11:45am (SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT), I received a call at 5:00pm stating that they could not complete my tire rotation because my Lug nuts were swollen and they could not safely rotate my tires and in order to rotate my tires I would need to pay $566 to replace my Lug Nuts. I declined service. My car was there for 5 hours and they didn’t have time to change two lights bulbs, they didn’t conduct my multipoint inspection that was apart of the package that I paid for. Extremely disappointed that every time I take my Jeep in to a Jeep dealership for a oil change I always get the run around.
We were visiting family in Colorado from Texas. I could find a 4 wheel drive Grand Cherokee in stock anywhere in Texas. AutoNation Arapahoe had the vehicle we were looking, made the purchase relatively painless and gave us a good price on our trade even though we were buy from out of state.
This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. The sales team is fantastic and responsive. They’re very welcoming and willing to help the customer in any way possible. A huge shout out to Keith and Victor in sales. They were more than accommodating during our truck buying process. We will definitely be doing business with them whenever we need a new vehicle. They take great care of you and will make sure you’re satisfied. If you find a vehicle you like here, go test drive it and out an offer in. The sales tags are always great to begin with and they’re willing to negotiate on trade in values. This dealership is all about the customer!
Anyways really friendly advisors. Wait time is a little much, but I’m patient 😉. Love taking my Jeep here.
Had a great experience here! John the sales manager was fantastic to work with. He was never a pushy sales manager always gracious with his time keeping us updated on inventory we were looking for we definitely recommend John to work with when buying a car!
Another super awesome experience with the crew at Autonation Chrysler Jeep on Arapahoe! Purchased my Jeep Wrangler here last year and the whole experience was incredible. This was my first time hitting up the service department for her oil change and am impressed. Super quick, kind service and the guys were awesome. Love them! ☺️
SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW:Orig. appt. 09/28 was delayed so long I had to leave before they got to my vehicle - no communication about deal which was the annoying part Wes Studer (sp?) service manager got me back on on Friday 10/1 which was appreciated. On that visit service team did not check/fill air in tires - I asked before leaving as they said low and was told system resets in 3-5 miles, drove 10 miles home and not reset - came back and they filled up tires and it was all fine. Car notification still says oil change needed so likely computer not reset after work was done - as Im assuming it was actually done.I went in three times to get a simple oil change and tire rotation - how do you think I feel about your company right now?
My service manager, Tom, got my Jeep in for service while I waited. After completing the service he provided me with excellent coupons which saved me close to half on my service. Excellent services and excellent quality. Thanks AutoNation
This is a car STEALERSHIP. Cami, the sales person lied about everything from how long she was on the job, to pricing, to negotiating and much, much more. One of the lies is she said that our credit scores and debt-to- income did not matter when it came to leasing a car. She said all rates are figured on average credit. She said that we were either approved or not approved. We have an 800 credit score and no debt.It took us 3 times to ask her for our keys (on our potential trade) before she finally gave them back to us.I would never, ever, ever, ever go to this dealership. The managers should have observed and listened to what she was saying rather than let her lie to us.
So helpful! Really made me feel appreciated. 5 star performance on this one!
Customer service Representative Adam at Auto nation is a good person to work with I was able to get my oil change and tires rotated Without waiting 2 or 3 hours
I worked with this group on a lease for the last four years, overall, they were great. This was the third car I have leased. At the end of the lease I received a bill for DOUBLE what my monthly payments were the last four years, for an End of Contract Term that was hidden within the contract. No notice, no heads up when I dropped off the car, just a nice big payment. If youre doing any deal with them, ask about EVERY fee
Joey in sales was fantastic and helped me find the right vehicle and has been responsive and helpful after purchase! However, had several issues with the service department immediately after purchasing car. The check engine light came on several days after bringing the car home. After bringing it back in and waiting 4 hours, I was informed that they accidently crashed my vehicle when moving it. They provided a loaner car while my car was being repaired, but did not provided any updates during the two weeks it was being fixed. After coming back to pick up my car the the service manager handled the entire situation very poorly and was not apologetic whatsoever for the trouble he caused and my multiple trip back to the dealership. I understand that issues and accidents happen, but I would expect it to be handled better after purchasing a car with them.
Not sure how an oil change got so expensive ($102 after taxes)? Service and people great but that expense is ridiculous for a simple oil change. The dealership has to understand dollars and cents for a simple task of an oil change that there are plenty of other companies charging half of that so Ill be going to them until that price comes back down
We had a painless experience and found our perfect car. Joaquin was very efficient and made it so easy to find us the car we wanted. No BS and up selling us or showing us cars we weren’t interested in. He made the decision quick and easy. If your shopping for a car, I highly recommend a visit to these guys.
I rarely take my vehicles in for service at a dealer. I prefer to do the work myself since most service departments are useless. I dropped my vehicle off using the overnight box there and left a short description of the problem I was having on Monday night with NO appointment. I expected at least a week before heard anything from them which would have been ok with me since I just left it there with no appointment. I called this morning (Wednesday) just to see if they took it in.... the service guy told me it was done and the problem was fixed. I verified before I left the lot, no more popping sound from the front axles. Needless to say I will probably go back if/when I need some help. Dudes are legit.
I purchased a car on August 8th but couldn’t actually drive it off the lot until August 13th. I had been driving the car for less than a month when the car started to take 4-5 tries to turn over and start every time. I figured It was the battery so I tried to schedule a service appointment but they couldn’t get me in until two weeks later. I emailed my sales rep who suggested I go to another AutoNation or try a Ford Dealership with no other solution. I sure am glad I spent Thousands of dollars on a service and coverage plan- just so I couldn’t use it! I ended up at Ford and they were able to squeeze me in urgently throughout their appointments as a walk in. To their astonishment EVERY Single Battery terminal was Completely corroded ( they were so surprised they even took a picture for me to ask the dealer I bought it From how this was acceptable to sell). I then had to pay for the cleaning of all terminals, on top of a new battery- costing me hundreds. I asked If this type ofdamage and corrosion could happen over a 3-4 week time frame and they said absolutely not. So I would like to thank AutoNation for selling me a car they knew shouldn’t have passed their inspections and for being untruthful in telling me everything was OK and checked prior to my purchase. I will not be recommending this dealer to anyone.*NOTE: I did receive an apology call but never received confirmation back via email that their reimbursement payment was submitted to me.I took my car in for a follow up inspection and the shop noticed the following issue with my car- it’s about a half inch gap between the inside of my car and the outer area that should be enclosed by a seal. As I drive my car once every few days, as I work from home- I don’t typically stare at the door prior to getting in, so this wasn’t noticed previously. Please see the attached image comparing one side of my car to the other. At this point- I would like to know what AutoNation can do to assist. My car clearly wasn’t inspected and is now appearing to have many issues arise after driving it for officially 4 weeks now. I am wondering when my wheels are going to roll off. It’s rather disappointing to know that a vehicle I bought to be safer- doesn’t appear to be safer at all with issues popping up like this and is going to end up costing more due to repairs needed. I also noted that the recall they said was taken care of, is still active under my most recent CarFax report run this week and was not taken care of.While I do live over an hour away- I would be happy to drive down on Saturday to further discuss this matter and to have my car fully inspected and looked over.I hope AutoNation can email me back and make this right so I don’t have to see what legal matters can be taken up regarding being sold this car.
A great experience overall. Sales rep. was very helpful since the original car had already been sold. We went through the database found another, test drove and bought it. We thankful for getting financing on the spot and drove home! A very straight forward and simple process to buy. Thanks again.
I have been leasing my cars from Auto Nation for years and have always had an amazing experience. This was the 1st time that I purchased from Auto Nation and was thoroughly disappointed .
Made an appointment to bring it in, they wanted it early in the morning. The whole day goes by and no word so we have to call in. We find out they never even bothered to look at it. Our service specialist told us (confidentially) that they do this all the time which is why he put in his two weeks notice. Now they have my Gladiator for the weekend for a simple check engine light indicator. Congratulations guys, you convinced to drive further for all my car buying and service needs next time.
We had a car issue that needed a specialist. This location was recommended, and they did not disappoint. Kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you, Adam!
Thanks for the great service. The finance manager went above and beyond to get us a very low interest rate and the Jeep rebates.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Adam Solano in Service was Excellent! Remarkable Customer Service
Wonderful service and I did not feel pressured during my visit! Each person I interacted with was kind, transparent and truly wanted me to have the next buying experience.
Great place to get your next ride. Fantastic customer service. Everything was perfect from start to finish!!!!!
Terrible service. Called a week and a half ahead of time to get an appointment and try to confirm how much time they would need it. They could not confirm and requested I leave it for the day. I dropped my car off at the appointment time of 7:45 am. Tried to call 3 times during the afternoon for updates and unable to get through. At 3:00 pm they still had not even looked at my car and suggested I leave it for another day. I decided to pick it up without the service and will take it elsewhere. Left a message to discuss with the manager, and never heard back from them. I dont suggest to anyone how to run a business. But management should know it puts people out when they run a business poorly. Dont take an appointment if you cant work on the car. Honor your committments or dont make them. I understand delays and labor issues, but 7 hours without even looking at a vehicle that was scheduled in, is unacceptable, and then to not address it afterwards is incompetant.
Friendly staff handcuffed by poor AutoNation Jeep customer service policies. I have taken my 2018 GC to the service shop three times now for a problem that has existed since I bought the vehicle (April 2021). I was told once again that there was nothing they could do for me even though I have the Platinum Extended warranty. The lesson here is DO NOT believe the Finance guy when he tells you the extended warranty will cover all of your problems.
Excellent service and they help you in anyways possible. Definitely a great car buying experience.
I brought the van in and a small printed list of suspected problems with the symptoms. The intake person read the list and attached it to the work order. Later received a phone call of what did need to be done and approximate cost. Later called that van was ready to be picked up. Good experience. I felt my thoughts were valued. KR
I was sent an email from the service center to get my car serviced. I chose 8 items to address.2 Lyfts and 5 hours later all I walked away with is an oil change and tire rotation which I could have gotten done 5 minutes from my house for half the price. It would have been nice for someone to have reviewed my service request in advance so I didn’t waste my time and money.
AwfulNation...Bought my vehicle there in 2018. Car suddenly started having overheating issues, so I took it in. Brought it in on a Saturday, was told it could not be looked at until Tuesday, due to holiday… fine, okay. But the good news that it was sill under pre-owned warranty with $100 deductible, so will be covered. On Tuesday I was told a list of things that were wrong: radiator issues, struts, etc, etc. Oh, and almost none of it is included in the warranty now, but at least they should be able to get it by Wednesday. Call Wednesday morning to find out when I can get it. Now they are missing a part that won’t come in until Friday. Can I have the part number to try and get it locally myself? Sure they will call back soon. They do not. Call them back hours later, now they suddenly have the part, and will be able to get done it by Friday. Called Thursday to see if they have a loaner car, since I’ve been renting since Saturday. Not only do they not have a loaner car yet, they are now saying it will be next week until it will be done, but they PROMISE it will be done by Tuesday, before I leave for travel on Wednesday. I call several times Tuesday, but get no answers so get there in the afternoon with high hopes. The radiator is fixed, but now the battery has mysteriously gone bad, which they will replace for another $400. Fine, I just need my car. I wait while they replace the battery. Somehow, the car is not running right. I end up having to rent a car for my trip. The service person could not care less. Eventually, I return from my trip. Turns out the car would not run due to a “software update.” The repairs ended up being $2800+, plus $2200+ to rent while my car set in their lot, and later because they missed a simple software update, after promising up and down to have the car ready in time. Oh, and when I did get my car, one of the tires was deflated. Terrible experience in every way. The person I dealt with was completely unsympathetic and not fit for a customer facing role.TLDR: Promised car would be done over and over, BS pre-owned warranty is useless. Ended up costing thousands in repairs and rentals. Service personnel couldn’t care less.
Pretty bummed that you didn’t do an emissions test or let me know that I needed to have one done. I felt like communication was a hit or a miss here. My experience here was not awful but not great.
This place is TERRIBLE. I bought a car from them and within 2 days of owning the vehicle, my brake system went out. Called them up since it was within the 5 day grace period and they told me I had to find a way to get it over there so they can take a look at it. I asked them if they offered any type of towing service and they said no but gave me a number of a place that they typically use. Then the towing company THEY referred me to wanted to charge me 410 bucks to tow it. They had my car for 4 days and never called me until I started to flip out and try to figure out what is wrong with my car. I shouldve stuck to my gut and told them to keep the car and give me back my broken down one. Now Fast forward to not even 2 years and I have the SAME problem with the car and the SAME problem with the towing company. I set a time with the towing company as to when they could drop it off at autonation and they were a good 6 hours late. Then autonation called me this morning unsure as to why my car was in the parking lot of the service area. (Do you guys not communicate with each other?) I tried calling them back as soon as I heard the message. 3 hours later, NOTHING. Ive called the gentleman 4 times, called the dealership, service line and sales line and no one bothers to pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
They did a good job on the recall and finding why the engine light came on. I think all car dealers are overpriced at this time, but Auto Nation was not any higher than other services. They were polite and respectful and timely.
The first car-buying experience that I fully enjoyed because of Travis! He was professional, direct and attentive! Hes your guy!
Timely and professional. All work was done within the estimated time-frame. Staff was kind, answered questions clearly, and were reasonable in recommendations and advice.
Had a new radio installed (first radio defective under warranty) use A&&T Hotspot the IMEI and ICCID number change with installation of the new radio since the SIM is hardwired into the radio. The dealer did not update the vehicle so the IDs match the VIN. Therefore AT&T cannot provide me with wireless service at this time. Working with dealer on issue.
Bought a car here. Even though car buying is tedious, it went faster than most. They detailed the car and did some minor repairs. I would use them again.
The staff here is always very helpful. I came in to get new tires for my Grand Cherokee during their Buy 3 get 1 sale. I got set up with an appointment quickly and the work was completed without issue on the Jeep. It took a couple hours (I had to wait there as I didnt have other transportation) but they advised me it would be at least 2 hours so I was aware when the appointment was made. My service advisor is always helpful and ready to answer any question.
Best and easiest car deal I have ever had!Gary is a delight to work with!
Quick & convenient to schedule the recall work needed for my Jeep Cherokee. Service Advisor, Travis, was prompt, informative & quite helpful.Have been a customer of this dealer since 2014 & have been treated very well ever since. Next new or used car will likely be from this dealer.
Service department prices are 50% Higher than other dealership services departments. Check it out. Other dealerships will service all makes and models. Also, they recommend service at 30k miles while others recommend at 50k
I specifically told this company i would only use my capital one financing and was not interested in anything else.l under any circumstance. i already has an offer letter. not only did they run my credit again but somehow managed to finance me under their finance company without my permission. i’ve called this finance manager everyday for a week and he has not answered my phone calls. this company is fraudulent and i have heard this is happening to other people as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM they are money hungry.
Everyone there is courteousGreat place to buy a vehicle 👍🏻👍🏻
The buying experience was pretty good overall. However the service after the sale is less than desirable. My JLU has been there for going on 4 weeks now and they cant get it alignment working on my jeep. Nor do they answer their phones when you call and getting someone to return your calls when you leave a message is next to impossible. I would go elsewhere for service.Update: I have been working with the Service Manager at this point and making good progress.
Gary and the whole team at AutoNation were great. Was expecting a whole day process, but was in and out very quickly. Would recommend this dealership to everyone.
Had my car towed in here on Tuesday September 2nd WITH AN APPOINTMENT after multiple calls and false promises my car still had not been even touched by September 8th. Upon going to pick up my car on the night of the 8th.I asked why nothing had been done or why a time frame had never been honestly communicated with me I was given countless excuses. My auto body shop was even told because of the wait they would help me get a loaner since my rental car days had been burned through without effective communication from the service team. Upon leaving I myself was told they dont offer curtesy vehicles and the wait would be an additional 2-3 WEEKS before my vehicle would have been looked at. What’s the point of having an appointment then? Alec went as far to tell me that my jeep was towed there with no information but upon entering my vehicle all Information was sitting on the passengers seat. Excuse after excuse with no communication from them until multiple calls had been made. AWFUL SERVICE.
Love these guys. I always feel like they are being honest and fair with me. I will always bring my Jeep in if there are issues.
Karina was FANTASTIC!! I loved how friendly and kind she was, we walked in there thinking we were just going to see what our options were and she made it happen for us! I will be buying all my vehicles from her! Thank you Karina and AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe!
Terrible customer service. Had an electrical fault and was told they needed the car for a full day. No one contacted me to say that my car wasnt being finished that day. I had to cancel all my long weekend plans at the last minute. I understand things run over and take longer to fix, its the lack of communication that I found frustrating. I had no calls until the car was fixed 5 days after dropping it off, I had to ring for updates. It was then returned to me with a new dent on the back.
I bought my 2017 Jeep Renegade from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe and it was a pleasant, easy experience. I had service there and all were handled fast and easy as possible. When I decided to buy elsewhere, Nate Wesner made me an offer to purchase the Renegade and he was outstanding. He gave me a very fair price and it it tremendously easy. Thank you Nate!
Loved our purchasing and service experiences! Purchase with Mason was Amazing!! And the service appointments after were quick and easy as can be! David did an awesome job with the car
SERVICE CENTER IS HORRIBLE!!I bought a new vehicle one month ago and i noticed that the steering wheel is off center a bit Right after my next date of purchase. I approached them to check for alignment and resolve this issue as its a brand new vehicle. They didnt find the issue and cooked up a story as this is an off-road vehicle and tires are that way. I got it checked from nearby wheel alignment shop and after checking, they confirmed that its a Radial Pull and get the front tire replaced in warranty. I was amazed as being a owner of brand new vehicle and being a well known dealer and service center, why couldnt the service center check and resolve this instead of cooking stories? I got their statement and approached jeep service center again, explained the problem, confirmed an appointment and dropped off my vehicle today. I got a call from service center and informed me that they need more time to check and get it resolved. Imagine getting a brand new car and just roaming around the dealer for a month instead of going for trips with family and friends. I have never experienced this in my life time.
Leased a 2018 Renegade Trailhawk for 2 years, worst car I have ever driven. Brand new car that died on me continuously for no reason that anyone could explain to me and had to be towed more than once. Service department told me that this problem was normal and to be expected with newer Jeep models. Service techs at this location were also dismissive of my concerns and terrible at communication. Had dropped this car off here for routine service on multiple occasions asking to be notified when it was ready, but rarely did they actually notify me. I had to call ask them after waiting a full day when I had been told it would only take a couple hours. They have even tried to give me the wrong vehicle at pick-up. Sales department was helpful when I told them I wanted out of this lease early because I no longer felt safe driving this car, but the Manager has proven non-responsive when contacted with this and other concerns. After this, I will not be driving another Jeep.
Destiny was FABULOUS! Fast, efficient and helped us out during a very busy time in our lives!
