So happy with our experience today! Jacob runs this store with pride and professionalism! He is very knowledgeable about the products and services he offers and is super supportive of his employees as well! He helped us find exactly the plan and price we wanted, as well as the perfect device! Despite being short staffed he helped us until Jalacey came back from her break. As there were only the two of them he passed us along to her and she helped us finsh the process. They both were very friendly and welcoming, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. We did stop by another location earlier that didnt have 1/2 what they had here, and they are understocked as they are planning a move. We will be back for anything we need as I can tell Jacob wants the very best for all his customers.
I stopped by this store on Monday to replace my little brothers phone prior to going out of town. I waited for over an hour to be told that any of the phones we wanted would need to be ordered. I made it explicitly clear with Alberto the representative helping me that I needed it before the end of the week to make sure my little brother is able to communicate while my mom and I are out of town.Thursday, the phone still hasnt arrived I called the main help number just to find out that the phone we bought was on back order.I understand that the workers cant control when things come in, but how is it possible that this phone is unavailable when it was my whole concern to get there before the end of the week?This is the worst service Ive ever had in a T Mobile store. I wont be returning to his location.
At this location, masks are optional for those fully vaccinated. Inside is clean, well lighted but the selection is limited and there were only two sales reps incl store mngr. Arturo was our rep, he was friendly very helpful and quite knowledgeable but his thick Italian accent and mask made him hard to understand at times. My grandson knew exactly what he wanted. Our transaction was complicated due to the old phone broke so the deductible had to be paid, then it wasnt quite half paid off so we had to pay that amount in order for the balance to cleared off our plan according to the Jump insurance we carry on all phones. Arturo was very patient with my grandson, (who did not remember any of his passwords, so he had to make new ones).After all that, Arturo helped him to completely set-up his new I-phone.This location needs more sales reps!!
Alberto provided excellent service today! We were helped right away and after a couple calls, our problem was solved.
Took 2+ hours in the store on Sunday, trying to get three lines switched to TMobile and one added, plus a watch. Couldnt get two phones unlocked that day. Had to call back and try to get them activated. Wrong line got activated, and have now spent the majority of two days on the phone with tech support. After 3 calls, store staff couldnt help, had to contact support by phone. Twelve reps later and issue is only partially fixed. Not a great way to start a new account. Truly frustrating experience.

Since the merge of Sprint with T mobile, I have been having a ridiculously hard time getting my new phone account set up. However, today that all changed when I worked with Mike Hodges and Angelina Montelongo at their store location and was blown away by their customer service and assistance. They helped me every step of the way and advocated to get it set up as quickly as possible for me. They were/ are the only people so far with T mobile I have worked with who have not only been helpful but extremely knowledgeable regarding the process. I highly recommend going to this T mobile and working with them.
Staff lies and treats customers like they dont know anything!!!!! Came in to see about changing from prepaid. Well they did it without my approval!!! Gave me a new sim lied to my face 5x its still prepaid get the text welcome to the new service they refused to help get my phone back right! Just to get a extra sale in the daily! Stay away from this store!!! Manger took mask off wasnt wearing name tag. I will be talking to tmobile monday about this experience being my accouts a legacy account! They didnt even know what that was and tried to talk down to me. Fyi that means ive been with them for years and years!!!!!
They dont know if they can set me up with a new phone deal and cant find out I guess so I left with my broken phone that cant even get internet now, in search of a company that cares to set me up once again after the tower modernization left me high and dry.

Mike was superb! I was at the Southglenn store on Briarwood and they did not open on time. Called the Dry Creek location, and no answer. Called Mike at the Broadway store and he answered right away. Went to the store, got a new S20 and even bought a hotspot I didnt even know I was going to buy. It really pays to be open on time. I am glad I ended up at the store at 5184 S Broadway, Mike and his staff are very competent, courteous and professional. Angelina hablo Español. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Samantha was super helpful. I was prepared to leave T-Mobile. She made sure she was able to get me a signal booster yesterday when I wasn’t having any luck. This T-Mobile has the time and really cares about you.
Employees pretty lukewarm about helping just doing a phone upgrade for a long-time T-mobile customer.
Second time I have come into this store and they make up there own rules that other stores I have gone to don’t have. It’s because it’s 360 protection and they don’t make money they don’t want to do any thing to help you.
I really liked the services there with the guys and gal...Alberto and Jimmy do a Great job.But my favorite one is Lisa i love going to her and is very Helpful and always smiling...making it a Great day!

Absolutely the WORST service ever. We went in asking for help on transferring contacts from an online order of phones. The actual store manager said that he had better and more important customers waiting ahead of us, customers that had actually purchased devices at his store. Then told us that because some of the devices that we were trading into T-Mobile for the cancellation from Sprint, would not be eligible for early termination fee reimbursement. Did not offer another time and day to come in, did not offer any extra help. I do not think I have ever been treated so disrespectfully.
They know me when I come in to pay and kept their word about discounts and rebates. Very polite and always say thank you.

Ruby helped me fixed a problem caused by the Englewood store off federal and was so nice about helping me. She sat on hold with me with T-Mobile support for nearly 2 hours.

T mobile service sucks really bad. They sell your number to marketers and delay your text messages. Call service told it was a 10 minute wait, 60 minutes wait! All of these problems are device related even if it is a t mobile device. Go to VZ or AT&T for quality service.

The Clerks have horrible phone edict. Im currently with AT&T, I called obviously without an account looking for more information and the clerk was a total jerk on the phone. He actually refereed me to the help call center to obtain more information. Wont be changing services, at least most AT&T people I work with have manners.
