We were in a hurry to get carpet before we moved into the condo. Cindy came out to measure in a timely manner, we ordered the carpet. Thank God it was in stock, and it was laid within 10 days. I was a little put out when I rated quality carpet. If I could give Cindy 5 stars I would. She was great. Im a firm believer in Customer service. I know I walked in a few minutes after opening. Cindy came and greeted us was helpful and polite. I just felt at the time that the others could have been courteous as well. That is not much to ask for. You have a beautiful establishment. Quality Carpet is definitely a five star business, Kyle was extremely helpful showing us carpet that fit our needs, knowledgeable about the differences, he came to our home the same week to measure and give us a quote. The carpet was installed within a week and the installer, Kevin was amazing - moved all our furniture in three rooms, ripped out the old carpet, installed new and furniture back by he end of the day. What a worker! I highly recommend Quality Carpet, and the bonus is Kevin and Kyle!

Kyle was our salesperson. He was attentive to our needs, addressed our questions and concerns. He did not try to push into anything we didnt want. Donny and Willie were the installers. They were prompt, showing up exactly on time. It was a two day job, involving our living area and bedrooms, they went out of their way to make sure we werent inconvenienced anymore than a job like this requires. We paid to have our furniture moved and they were very attentive about getting it back in the right spot. (Might need to remind them to be careful where tools are laid if your furniture is wood.) Neighbors have stopped by to look and love our new flooring. We already have and will continue to recommend Quality Carpet, Kyle and Donny& Willie to other people. As pleasant an experience as getting new floors can be.

I called Quality Carpet Outlet for help with the wood flooring damage I have in my home. I belyits a product defect and wanted an inspection. Unfortunately this company is located 2 hours away so it wasn’t reasonable for them to come to my home. However the amazing people at this company help me by providing assistance to how I can file a claim with the manufacturer and also connected me with a company in my area. They took the time to proved me lots of information, listened to my problem and helped. They called me back to follow up. All of this even knowing I couldn’t be a customer of theirs. That speaks a lot for the type of values they have as a company and what they would do if I was a customer. They were absolutely amazing and recommend them for their caring customer service. Carpet was ok, but the installers were not good. Did not get the carpet down good next to tile. Had to get them back (took a month). All they did was put some nails in it. It still is not a good fit!! Did not get closet doors back on. Left runners for closet doors off. I moved all furniture for them, no offer to help. Terrible...
