I have purchased 4 Honda compatible interfaces since 2008 from Blitzsafe and I have been extremely happy with the simplicity of installation, the sound quality, and longevity. My satisfaction is magnified by the customer service and tech support offered. For instance, Melanie is always friendly and has extensive knowledge of the product line – including disclosure of any ancillary items that may be needed for installation. If there were questions during the installation, Alex has always been a tech support lifesaver!! He was also very helpful when he recently suggested a mounting location for the microphone button of the BlitzBlue G2R. I am looking forward to seeing what’s next in their cutting edge product lineup!

Terrible communication. They send 4 emails on cyber Monday confirming my purchase, but not 1 telling me the product I ordered is on backorder. After two weeks I call them to confirm I will get product before Christmas, they assure me I will. Received product Dec 26. Quality of product is horrible for price. Shop elsewhere!
