I remember coming in here to look at macro lenses and possible trades for my nikon. The kid at the desk said well why would I want that camera in my top 3 for worst customer service experiences. Honestly dont know how its still in business.

I called to see if they have a camera in stock, someone picked up and said hello. I explained what I was looking for and heard only silence in return. I say hello several times and get no response. So I hang up and call back a couple of times figuring his phone lost signal or something and I get no answer. This place is half assed when it comes to being a business, seems more like some guys side hobby. Customer service is non existent.
