Great local grocery store. The best place for produce and deli items. Store is clean and staff are always friendly.

I was advised that I could not get my COVID Booster vaccination because I had taken the flu vaccine. That was misinformation.

Always clean & ways friendly & if you cant find it at Wally World you can find it at Publix.

Great grocery store with just about anything you could hope for and if they dont have it, they will order it for you. They will specially carve/cut steaks or any other item in meat department Very large Deli/Hot foods, Soups, pre-made sandwiches, with wide variety of prepackaged olives. Fresh baked bread and you can call ahead to give them your grocery order and they will pick it up for you. Very clean.......Very nice associates

This Publix has the produce stocked at 7 to 7:30 am.I drive past the Publix at Gulf Cove to go to this Publix at Merchants Crossing because it managed so much better !!!

Was great for supplying our food for vacation. One of our children was celebrating a birthday while in vacation and we purchased the strawberry chocolate cake and it was absolutely one of the most delicious store bought cakes weve ever had. Hats off to the bakery team!

Typical Publix, staff friendly, produce lovely, meat way over priced compared to Wal-Mart and Aldis. Know your prices and buy one get ones are a bargain. The store is clean and organized.

I went to the pharmacy, and the woman that helped me was so rude to me. I even asked her why she was being rude, and she said This is my job, not yours, so you worry about you. It was very unprofessional.

I love pre ordering my subs on the easy mobile app and having them ready when boating or going to the beach. Its one less thing to deal with and you cant beat a Publix sub 😋

I was at the Publix pharmacy for my Covid 19 vaccine. Although the online booking registration really took some work, the onsite vaccination procedure was quite easy and organized. I checked in, showed ID and insurance and went to the pharmacy counter. I did not have to wait long. The staff (I did not get his name)who gave me the vaccine was very good and the injection did not hurt. To me, this is a civilized way to get the vaccine.

Price are a bit higher that other stores and they never seem to have fried chicken readily available. On a good note, they have friendly staff and a pretty clean store.

So nothing is more disappointing than when a store sales below par product. We went to the bakery and got some macaroons. They were disgusting. They should not even care such a poor quality product.

Horrible experience people there are extremely rude I ordered a sandwich prior to getting there while I was driving and when I got there they didnt even start making it yet that is the worst Publix in the state of Florida I would have worn everyone that goes there to watch how they charge you especially EBT cuz theyre saying that EBT doesnt cover sandwiches anymore theyre rude and they only cater to people that are 65 and over

James Frost manager at merchants crossing in Englewood Fla and Susanne in deli were huge helps in making it possible for us to help weith a memorial celebration.

They’re always a little higher priced. But their quality and service are worth it. And I think they take good care of their employees. I would rather support them than Walmart

The sign on the door says masks are required. But two people just walked in the store without a mask. I asked the manager why they weren’t enforcing the rule. I was told “it’s too much trouble.” So much for public safety and following your own policies. What an embarrassment!

This is a disgrace for a Publix. Deli was empty, hot case empty, employees making sandwiches slow with an attitude. On a different night couldn’t cook crab legs because they only had one pound thawed. Any other Publix cooks them frozen. Under trained or lack of care from employees.

This was the first Publix in Englewood, and its still the best one. Its big, so they have a great inventory. Prices are way up, but I think we have covid-19 to thank for that. This store is having its share of issues. Its no ones fault. Plus, it flows nicely even though it doesnt have a pattern like any other branches in town.
