We purchased a second home in Venice, Fl and wanted to have frameless shower doors installed in the master bath shower and the tub in the guest bedroom plus have a wall of full length mirrors removed. Dan and Gina were professional, helped us decide best options for glass door configuration, and were prompt in providing the quote. And Danielle in the office was great to deal with concerning questions and scheduling. And taking down the wall of mirrors was carefully and professionally done. Mike, our installer, was especially great to deal with. I had a problem with my shower with water coming through the door and the side of the door near the wall. I tried having the original glass company that installed it when the house was built come and repair it. They did a little bit but still water leaked out. I decided to call Lemon Bay Glass as someone who i bought mirrors from at a craft fair highly recommended them. So i drove over there and they discussed what could be done and they were honest about the fact that they could not guarantee a 100% fix .... but i appreciated their honesty. They said they would call the following week the day before they would come out and so I left. A few days later ....not even, they called and said they had a cancellation could I be available the following day. I could so the next day they came promptly and I had MIKE their installer come. He was very nice and professional and we discussed what I wanted. He made suggestions and showed me what he would do. I was very very happy with the fact that he made quite a few fixes and then he asked me to take a look. I came in and was soooo thrilled to see all the things he did to prevent the water from getting out and onto the tile floor. I thanked him and he suggested waiting til the next day for the caulking to dry. Next day my partner used the shower and after he came out I checked for water. THERE WAS NONE....IT WAS BONE DRY!!!! omg!! I thought great, but let me see after another shower. So another one came and i checked again. NONE, NO WATER, NADA, BONE DRY!!!! Well needless to say we are both happy happy campers! No more wet towels trying to dry it up and wet grout spots and just not having to know that every shower is a pain in the butt. So i thank MIKE for his excellent skills and pleasant personality and the icing on the cake.....they charged me a minimal amount that was very very reasonable. This is a company I will always refer people to and if needed I will be a return customer. Thank you again MIKE! Go there you will be a happy customer like myself!

Im over due in posting this. We had a patio table that shattered due to a cheap home depot umbrella stand. I called around and Lemon Bay Glass was the most courteous, offered pickup and delivery, and came in at a very competitive price. They also exceeded my expectations for repair times. Lemon Bay Glass is the way to go.

We just moved into our brand new home and wanted to install a glass panel rather than a shower curtain in the guest bath. LemonBay was recommended and we took a drive to the showroom to take look. The staff was welcoming, and Dan, the General Manager, understood exactly the look we wanted, the model of our home and the estimate he provided was on point!.He came by a few days later, took measurements, made recommendations and set up installation date. Mike, the installer came right on time (love punctuality), did the work efficiently and was super polite! We love the product, the service and the pride everyone takes in their craft. I had a glass pocket door, that leads to my lanai here in Florida. It was difficult to open, It had an accumulation of WD-40 and bad rollers. The biggest problem was that it no longer locked and that was a security issue. I called lemon Bay glass and mirror, and explained my concerns to them. They sent an expert out to look at it, and I don’t recall his name but he was excellent. He cleaned the floor panel, replaced the rollers and now it glides like a dream using only one finger. In addition it locks like it’s brand new. He also advised me on how to maintain it.I had was prepared to spend the money to buy a new door, but the problem was resolved at minimal cost and I am one happy customer. Thanks!

Staff was very professional. Even though I had a smaller repair job, they took the time to get it done correctly, efficiently, and my new window looks great! It is hard to get people to come out for smaller jobs, but I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone for any size job!

Had an awesome experience with this company, I called requested a measure and estimate for my shower enclosure they came showed up on time and were in out in a few minutes. I accepted the terms and within a couple of weeks I got a call, they asked how soon they could come out, I said as soon as possible, 10 minutes later Mike showed up and did an amazing job closing in our shower. Mike really went above and beyond to make it look perfect true craftsmanship is so hard to find and this place delivered. Thanks for the awesome service.

Outstanding, when they say the do it all they mean it.We called for a repair of a Grandfather clock glass pane not knowing who to call for this type of repair.What a great experience the clock glass panel is repaired and the job only took minutes, He knew exactly how to get it done.
