Friendly service, extremely fair prices and overall just a great resource for the community. Ive gone here multiple times for oil changes and every time I am glad I returned. If they notice something while they are doing the usual work theyll let you know and even give some estimates on the spot if you want them to. They have certainly earned a loyal customer, would highly recommend!

I have taken my car here for a couple of years recommended by a friend. Staff is friendly and courteous. Waiting area is small but clean. Service is good and fast. I have referred family members and we have all been satisfied. Its hard to find a place that you trust to work in your car but they havent failed. Give them a try.

Words dont do Union Tire & Auto enough justice. I am from out of town and came in on a flat. I was lucky enough that they had the size tire I needed. Tiffany was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. they were able to get my car on the rack and replaced in under an hour. Worst mechanic and worst customer service ever! Took my vehicle to have a diagnostic test ran, was told all 4 o2 sensors were bad and needed replacing. Paid them $800 to do so and less than 1 month later they start going bad again. Instead of telling me the underlying cause for the sensors to go bad and fixing that, they just took my $800 and made it worse. When I called back to see what my options were to handle the matter, I was sarcastically told that they did not have a magic wand that tells them what is wrong. They refused to look at or repair my vehicle without charging me again. 100% will never take a car there again.

They mounted and balanced two sets of four tires for 160 bucks. Ive previously bought three sets of tires from them and never had any problems. Good prices and no problems, you cant ask for more then that.

Always a fair price. And I just got four tires mounted balanced and back in the car in 30 minutes, you cant beat that.

Arrived 30 minutes before they closed with a flat tire. They had my car up in the air in about 3 minutes. Told me it was a screw near the sidewall, and theyd do their best, but no promises. 10 minutes later they had it fixed up as good as new! And the price was much lower than a chain that I frequently use. I will be back for sure when I need repair. Very friendly & knowledgeable.

They had my car for 2 days & the only thing they did was turn off the error lights on the dash. They told me what was wrong but for some reason all they didn’t help with any issue. Didn’t even call me to let me know to pick it up. Complete waste of time.Update: 10 mins later all the dash lights came back on. Very irritating as this was my only time to get work done on my vehicle.

The team at Union Tire is kind, courteous, knows their inventory, and does great work. My two rear tyres were replaced within an hour of my scheduled appointment, having been ordered the previous day. The waiting room was comfortable and they had a word find that was fun. While waiting, other customers came for auto service and many types of repair. Windshield wiper blades were brought in and installed during a scheduled oil change. It is a great place for getting you back on the road.

Had a tire replaced Monday. It had blown over the weekend. They were very nice on the phone when I called to discuss it. I was welcomed in a friendly way when I arrived and the wait was short. Tire was replaced and on my way quickly. Would recommend.

Today was my third time in. It is the only shop I trust because they figure out what the problem is and don’t try to sell you anything else like the bigger names.Brought in my car for a weird sound from the engine Wednesday morning after making an appointment Monday. They called me later in the evening and let me know the problem and price but said with how busy they are it would be done until next Thursday. (Water pump, belt and oil change)Called today (Friday) and said it was ready now because there were cancelations. Heck yeah.They are always nice and helpful with all the tiny and many questions I have.Tiffany and Travis were super nice and they communicate so well. Don’t hesitate!!

Woke up to a flat tire. Called them to see how quickly i could get it fixed. Got there, went in, they took tire and fixed it. Being they were busy (before they even opened) it would be a while before they could put back on car, i just drove on the donut tire back home and the hubs put on tire. Thanks Union Tire!

They did not try to find out what was wrong with my car just took what auto zone said and charged me $500 to fix something that many other mechanics said probably didnt even need fixed and they didnt do that correctly because when I went to put gas in my car the gas just to the ground. This guy in the gas station parking lot who corrected their mess up said my fuel line was not put together right and he had to tighten other stuff that he said it looked like they just stuck them in and never tighten them up. The mechanic that is working on my car now said they took advantage of me because I am from out of state and my parents back home was paying for it. From the back to the front this place has zero customer service. I just wish I had the means to sue and get my money back to help give an honest person that is fixing my car now so I can get home 5 states away safely.

This place is a joke. From start to stop.Put 2 tires on in August.2 more in October. One of the October tires blew WHILE DRIVING, putting us in a guardrail and totaling the vehicle.Absolutely No Response From Owner.Thankfully Insurance Will Be Stepping In.Stay Away. Shady.
