If I could give LESS than 1 star I would! Don’t EVER go here unless you HAVE to use this place… and when you buy your warranty from Sharpest Rides this is the ONLY place they will allow you to take it for repair… then they treat you like $#*^! They have had my car for over a week and cannot even give me an update yet. I have been lied to several times, hung up on repeatedly and I am still no closer to getting my car back! I am LIVID at this point.

Horrifying. Terry says whatever lies he wants and there is no accountability because he is “old” worst service I’ve ever experienced. Finally got my Mercedes back and it’s scratched and dented all over. They won’t take responsibility for any of the damage either.

Never use this company ever! They lie and say they fix issues on your car and they don’t. They allow your car to sit up and waste your time . I have been going back and forth with this Mechanic shop . Your better off going to another company

Well I have bought a few cars from Family truck and van and sharpest rides no problem on that end it was Actually pretty great...this would be the first time I have needed to use the repair shop side.. this has not been all that great..I had the car for just over a week and well ran into and issue with it.. working on almost 3 weeks waiting for the repair they have had the car this hole time.. called and talked to what I was told was the shop manager... and first thing he said was how did you get my number.. then I asked for and update on the car.. they have already had it for a week at this point.. he said that he thinks the parts have been ordered he was not sure and had no way to find out because the lady that works the desk was not in and he did not know how to access that info.. and hung up the phone.. so here I am now still with no answer as to what the issue is.. not sure when I’ll get the car back and the first payment is due in a week and I have no car..

Horrible customer service, they made me feel like they were doing me a favor. They kept my car for a week for an AC repair that the average time is 30 minutes. Meanwhile, I got charged $50 a day for car rental while my vehicle was seating in their lot, they scratched my drivers side door and the vehicle was returned to me dirty with oil spots.

Worst shop ever, they have had my truck over a month and still haven’t fixed it, bought two of the wrong parts and still tried to charge me for it all. I do not recommend anyone work with the place!

I have bought many many cars from the sharpest rides. One of these vehicles was leaking oil, so I had to take it into the shop. With my work schedule I had to continue making different appointments, so by the time I really needed to take my car in I had to leave it there for over a week. But I was so so so impressed that the team went above and beyond diagnosing my car and getting it fixed for me. They didnt say that they were doing an oil change and were going to charge me for it, but it was only about $90 total. All in all, I was pleased

Thanks to the help of Luigi, my truck was up and running in 2 weeks. He made quick work of my truck which needed a new engine and a couple of other things. I can’t thank him enough, now I can go on with my daily routines and not having to worry about not having any transportation.

I would not even give them one star but I had to to make a post. I bout my truck a year ago at Family Trucks and Vans and have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. I took it to sharpest automotive to get it fixed over 10 times and have not fixed the problem service is really horrible I would never ever buy a car or recommend buying from the sharpest rides or family trucks and Vans or getting service done on your vehicle.

Dropped off my truck for broken exhaust manifold bolts in the heads. Dropped it off @ 8 am got it back@ 1pm. Luiyi mundo has great customer service skills. He explained in full detail about what work was done & gave me tips for preventative maintenance. Very informative.Clean service area with bright lighting. Great place to bring your vehicle for repairs.

Horrible customer service the manager is rude and has an I dont care attitude I will never again in life purchase a car from the sharpest Rides my car was damaged while they had it and they basically told me to prove it! Hands down the worst car purchase of my life!

I took my car to this place out of obligation, as it is the workshop the dealer sent me to for the guarantee I paid. There the manager in a very disrespectful way told me that he could not waste time with me (explaining that they will invest my money) and simply told me to go to another workshop, LITTLE RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS !!!!!Take my car to this place by obligation, it is the workshop that the dealer sent me for the guarantee I pay.
