We went to K-Motion auto mechanics for a diagnoses of our car troubles. What they itemized for us was outstanding in detail and precise in description. The price of this knowledge is right on my budget scale. I could not be more satisfied.

Ok so I took my car in for a diagnostic which led to needing to replace a transmission fluid hose with a hole in it. They charge me 220 for a piece of hose and 2 clamps... Then the hose bursts in half on my way home and I had to fix it on the roadside and Greg is expecting full payment. Im beyond baffled right now. Absolutely would never recommend to anyone

I have brought my 1988 Suburban here for a few years until I eventually moved out of Denver. This shop has always been honest and upfront with helping me get the best service. I am also very particular with certain parts and they have always been flexible.This is the best shop I found in Denver and recommend it to anyone.

When my car broke down, K Motion was the only shop in my area that could look at my car that same day. Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car, which was a huge life saver. They were able to get my car fixed up before the other shops I had called would have even been able to start diagnosing the issue. They were very easy to get ahold of throughout the process, and were willing to send photos to better explain to me what car part failed. Ive had a lot of shops try to lie about work needing to be done on my car, so it was refreshing to go into a shop and get a no nonsense diagnosis and estimate without anyone cajoling me into needless extra services. My car has been running great since they fixed it up! Hopefully I dont have any more car trouble in the near future, but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate to go back to K Motion.

Once again Greg and his team at K-Motion Automotive have KILLED IT!!!Brought my Jeep in before a big 4wheeling trip later this month. Needed to have the rear pinion seal done was leaking pretty bad. Dropped my Jeep off around 9am and by 1:30-2 oclock my Jeep was ready for pickup.Great and honest people who arent trying to take extra money out of your pocket like big corporate shops do.If your looking for a great shop with honest people I definently recommend K-Motion.

I ended up not having to use them because Greg called me and told me that my car was still under warranty and did not want me to pay for a service if I didnt need to. He also did not charge me for the diagnosis he was trying to figure out. If I ever need car help I will be going back because of his honesty and willingness to help me even after not needing his service .

The engine of our Jeep Rubicon was in need of repair. I was referred to K-Motion and was not disappointed. The guys were spot-on regarding the diagnosis (rocker arms and cam shaft), found room in their schedule to accommodate my timeline, and were quick with the repair. Im new to the Denver area (Dec 2018), and my Jeep was in need of an oil change. No one could get me in, but I saw reviews about K Motion and went there. Im pretty particular about my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and who touches it. Since they took such great care on this service trip, I went back 2 weeks later to have my rear brake pads, rotors and calipers as well as the front pads and rotors replaced. Everyone that works at K Motion is amazing, friendly and considerate - a lot of places will rip you off, scam you or talk down to you if you are a woman... not here! I was really impressed with this place. Such great customer service. They send you a check in with photos of your car which I thought was a nice touch. They also have a loaner vehicle for use. Which again shows the level of customer service they give. Pricing was fair and found the entire experience to be very pleasant. Highly recommend them for any service.

Cannot say enough good things about K-Motion. After getting the run around on what is going on with my transmission, including through the dealership, I am so happy to have found K-Motion per recommendation by a friend.Greg was able to get me in right away and correctly affirm that there were indeed issues with the transmission. He also worked as the middleman between the dealership to get the repairs completed under warranty. On top of that they were able to provide me with a vehicle while my car was getting repaired at no cost.I cannot say enough about this place, they made the stress of vehicle repair painless and easy. Lastly when my car was completed by the dealership Greg took the time to drive it and discovered something still was not right, again he worked as the middle man to get it resolved. He then drove it for another day before having me pick it up.

I’ve used this shop a few times but the last time I was there they took advantage of me. My e-break light was constantly on even with the e-break not being in gaged.Took it to Greg and they said that I needed a break fluid flush, 250$. So, I said okay. While I was driving home the light was off. However once the e-break was engaged then dis-engaged, the light wouldn’t disappear.Long story short, I called them up to ask what the issue was and the guy said “oh, just pull on the e-break lever and push the pedal up with your foot and that will get the light off”.Yep, that sure did resolve the issue alright. Now my question is, did I really need the break fluid flushed???

Jim has been in business a long time, but I have been taking my vehicles to K-Motion for service since 2010. This has included a diesel truck, gas truck, Nissan, Honda, Volvo and even a flatbed trailer. They have always done a great job fixing, replacing and even adding aftermarket modifications. They have recommended other shops if they cant promise top quality service for things like upholstery, transmission replacement or paint. When something is wrong with a vehicle, I always start by taking it to K-Motion and every time it ends with a smile and a handshake. Their new oil change punch cards are fantastic too.

K-Motion has impressed me with their congeniality and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer! They are a loyal and honest shop. I bought an old Volvo from a friend who had been taking it into K-Motion for years. The first time I took in the Volvo I was immediately accepted as family. I own The Edge Automotive a few blocks away, and in building Jeeps, Land Rovers, Rock Crawlers and various other 4x4s a correct alignment is critical after each build we complete. After trying a dozen shops that claim to know how to properly align a lifted vehicle, I was referred to James at K-Motion. I have to say, hes a very experienced technician in all facets of repair, and an expert in alignment technology. Its often not only about getting the vehicle in the green on the alignment rack, its much more than that when it comes to a lifted vehicles geometry. James gets that, and applies his knowledge to every thing he does. Ken is extremely knowledgeable, informative and always keeps me posted as to the progress of any one job. Jim is always available to answer questions, and has built a very honest business in the highest standard of integrity with an outstanding staff. I highly recommend K-Motion to all my friends who have European, Japanese or American vehicles for any service or alignment needs. You wont find a better shop, or more reasonable cost!

When I first called to make an appointment for my car, I was astonished by how pleasant the lady was that answered the phone. Greg and the team saved me today. I accidentally locked my car with everything in it, had to borrow a phone to reach out to Greg, and he really took care of my problem!! Greg ordered a door entry key, made a special trip to pick it up, another trip to deliver it to me where I was stranded, and all with compassion for me being stranded and lots of patience. I had my heat go out on my Ford Truck mid December, I took my truck in on a Tuesday night, they were able to diagnose the problem Wednesday morning and I picked up my truck up on 8am Friday morning. They provided me with their loaner vehicle to drive while my truck was being serviced, they did a great job and would recommend them.

I am not too familiar with car mechanics but the coworkers at K-Motion were incredibly accommodating. They provided me with the necessary knowledge and helped me decide what was best in regards to my vehicle. The service was great and I will definitely be coming back for any of my future car needs!

First time going to this shop, which was recommended by a friend. They accurately diagnosed what was wrong with my 2003 Jeep Liberty (powertrain control module was malfunctioning) and once they replaced the part, they tested out the vehicle thoroughly to be sure nothing else was wrong with it. Gave me an accurate estimate and kept me informed throughout the repair period. Id definitely use them again!

I found K-Motion through a mailer I received. They were somewhat close by and I was looking for a new shop for car maintenance. I called and got in the next day. After several years of fearing my transmission was going out & trying to find someone to be honest with me, I finally found a reliable mechanic with K-Motion. Another shop wanted to 3rd party out the work on my transmission & charge me $5K. For a fraction of the price, K-Motion fixed some leaking seals around the transmission & now my truck is running more smoothly than it has in years. Thank you K-Motion, you moved me to tears with relief & gratefulness that I do NOT have to replace my transmission.

Initially I went to K-Motion to follow my mechanic who started working there. He has since moved to a shop closer to his house, much farther from me. Besides the location, I decided to stay with K-Motion because of the customer service. I know my call will be answered promptly, that the staff will get me in as soon as possible or when it works best in my schedule, and that everyone will do their best to work on my car and keep it running up to my high expectations.As a frugal, detailed oriented, “my car is a family member” person, I appreciate K-Motion’s attention to these traits. The front of the shop is always clean and welcoming (the back may be too, I haven’t been back there). Shelby, Greg, and Jim greet me with a smile of recognition (yes, I’m a regular, but clerks at the grocery store don’t greet me this way and I see them once a week). Greg’s knowledge gives me comfort knowing what I’ve told him about the work needing to be done will translate to the technicians. I know too, that Greg will call to review what issues were found to get my approval before any additional work is done. I love having the Repair Order (with pictures if applicable) texted to me after our conversation as confirmation of what work will be done, and what the estimated pricing will be. I appreciate having use of a loaner car if I need. The final invoice lists exactly what work was done and how much was charged for parts and labor, showing the shop has nothing to hide and that they do indeed charge a fair and reasonable price.If, by chance, something isn’t quite right K-Motion has always graciously taken care of the problem. Once, the driver’s side window wasn’t working properly after I drove away from the shop. I immediately called Greg, returned to the shop and a technician was able to reprogram the computer right away. The issue was coincidental, had nothing to do with the work they’d done, but they were willing, able, and prompt to fix the issue and get me back on the road.

Excellent service. The coworker who suggested them to me said they were expensive, which was not quite rue. They cost a little more than other mechanics at times, but they get the job done right the first time. They have good diagnosing machines which narrows everything down to the actual problem and not a slew of possibilities. Will be returning for every problem I cannot fix.
