Didnt get my car for 4 business days without update. Also never call me back and hung up the phone twice. I Will never use this location again and never going to buy a car from this dealer again. Waiting for survey from Lexus to give them 1 star.
If you must perform any service for your car at that location don’t leave anything in there because there are thieves fixing the cars.I went to the place to service my Lexus NX 2021. I left a piece of jewelry under the seat that I just bought. When the service was completed, I checked the box, and it was empty. The manger told me that was not going to end like that. He gave me his cell phone to call him the following day. I called and he sent a text he will call back. Several times I called without any response. At the beginning he used to text back saying he is waiting for his boss to make the decision; however, later he stops answering either text or phone call.Don’t leave anything in your car if you must go there.
The receptionist at the front desk is fantastic. But there’s one Asian valet boy that is supposed to welcome you to their establishment. It Is not professional. I cannot tell if your service center is open. If the gates are down, there’s no real direction on what to do. do I pull up to the front?, or do I wait for someone to welcome me in? not all businesses operating on Saturday, so it’s confusing

I have been going here for sometime now. They are extremely professional. It is slightly expensive but for luxury car servicing they cost much less than comparable brands. I like the fact that they give loaner cars when it is going to take sometime to either service or fix something. Only thing I was a little bummed about was that they couldnt find a noise which was coming from the dash speaker cover being a little loose which I had to fix myself.
Ive been taking my older Toyota SUV here for service for the past 5 years. This time I wanted new bumpers installed which I purchased myself. I knew the job would be difficult due to the age of the car and I was right! Mike P. put in a tremendous effort and was extremely professional. I was absolutely thrilled with the results! A company of cheaters. If you dont want to be played with like monkeys, stay away from them. On top of that, their offer was $4,000 higher than the other offer. They give you a good price over the phone, and when you arrive after an hour or so drive, the price changes, and its $6,000 more than the original price. Plus, all the praise is bought by them. Please cherish yourself and stay away from this group of cheaters
It’s a very high end car service center with friendly staff. They also offer you hot coffee/expresso & cookies in their hospitality bar. They have very professional service advisors. You can download the Lexus Drivers app and log in to see your vehicle(s) and call to make your service appointment from the app. This place is highly recommended.
The service was absolutely outstanding! Juan and his team were incredible! They went above and beyond for me. They make the whole experience so personable and seamless. They treat you like family. They never say no! They help you all the time! I don’t care how much money I have to spend here with the experience they give. They are honest, trustworthy and respectful. I have purchased 3 cars from Lexus of Englewood. I have been servicing my cars there for 13 years. I can tell you this...Staff is very friendly.Service done is usually very good.Service costs are extremely over priced.But...Recently the service and quality has gone downhill. My last experience over a battery (whick they refused to replace) has led me to look for a different Lexus dealer (or different brand altogether) and service department.If you are a premium brand you should treat your customers as such.Good Luck
I dont normally write reviews, but I feel I owe it to the service consultant who was assigned to me, Mr. Daniel Phillips.My car was in for simple routine maintenance and a safety recall.Dan was very professional and extremely courteous.He was quick, not wasting any time and straight to the point.At time like this, this sort of thing is appreciate so that I dont have to spend any unnecessary time around other people.Service was good as expected.To top it off, complimentary car wash (exterior & interior) and a full tank of gas.I have never been so satisfied after receiving a service at a dealership, not even at Mercedes Benz.Dan, youre the Man! Went to the Service Department because I had a flat tire, bent wheel and wanted to purchase some accessories for my new IS. Alma and Juan took care of me (like usual) in a manner that should be the benchmark of client service and care in ANY industry. The service here is way over priced and the will change the price on you over the phone. I call for a quote for a new key fob and they told me $250. Then when I arrived they said $450 or possibly more, just for a new key. Stay away from this place for service!

Horrendously unprofessional. Came in for a simple 6 month service of a brand new car. For the ludicrously high price u pay for lexus this place is a joke. Told me it would take 1.5 hours for my service + key replacement and ended up taking 3 hours for a simple service and key replacement (which was not also actually done -so i have to go back on another day for another 2 hours). These people do not value other folks time and the receptionists tell you they cant do nothing when i ask for an update.
I took my car to the Lexus service at Englewood is like a month since I left my car for repair, and until now, Im waiting; I called today asking about my car(after one month), and they told me the person in charge is sick so another person will call me in an hour, I still waiting For that call. I will never bring my car again for repair to Lexus.

I made an appointment today Memorial day for my service. When I got there the entrance was closed so I had to come down to see anyone at the back of the service center where people are working. I asked one of them and I came for the service, but he said I had to come back tomorrow. I made an appointment from their website and I even received a text confirmation from them for the date and time. He said he was only doing the service for new cars. My car is less than 2 years old. Very disappointed and unprofessional services. Maybe nextime i am getting a BMW or Benz.
I got my car damaged at the dealer - rear bumper was crashed after regular engine oil change service. They apologized sincerely but I have impression that this service center is operated unprofessionally.They have my information wrong and my car was under somebody elses address and name. Of course I had to receive tnumerous wrong service appointment calls as my name was under wrong profile for one year. I requested dealer to update and correct at least 7-8 times but it was not fixed until I visited the dealer. ( And I am not sure its fixed yet .... )Please run the business professionally. This is not what customers are expecting when they buy Lexus.

Don’t know where to start but I’ve encountered most of the NYC’s Lexus dealerships and nothing comes close to the type of attention to detail and treatment I received from the Lexus dealership of Englewood in New Jersey. I came to service my vehicle on the other side of the bridge on a whim and struck gold. I met Joel who was very knowledge and pleasant to work with. He made me feel comfortable and broke down the necessary service that needed to be done with my vehicle. Not at any moment did he pressure or force anything extra on me to make a buck. I honestly enjoyed my time at this dealership and would pay the toll every time knowing that I’m getting genuine service from genuinely honest people. Thanks Joel!
This place probably wins the award for best customer service in NJ. Staff is AMAZING. Service is AMAZING, pricey though.. (What do you expect?) but they treat you so well its worth it. EVERY member of the Lexus Service Team has treated me with respect and courtesy for the last 3 years Ive been going.. (Hence why Im never afraid to pick a favorite consultant when scheduling)... Free breakfast, water bottles, theres TVs, yogurts, popcorn. I mean seriously. No complaints.Lexus leadership: If youre reading this, THANK YOU! You are appreciated!
The service advisors are friendly. Dan is the best. Service is generally good, although the tech or valet hit one of the interior panels with his knee, causing it to get pushed in. They fixed it later, but honestly, I have better things to do on the weekends than to come for a repeat visit.I dont understand why it takes 20-30 minutes to speak with a service advisor after checking in with the receptionist. The process seems inefficient. If you want to stuff yourself full of the free sandwiches and coffee while you wait, it might not be so bad.Update, friend of mine brought his GX470 here for out of warranty service. They marked up the price of parts and padded the number of labor hours. Would not bring my car here for anything other than warranty work and basic maintenance.

Dealing with David and Juan means youre getting white glove service. What a massive difference from dealing with the brooklyn lexus guys. I bought a gx460 only to run into small issues with it. nothing major. Juan and David basically took care of me from start to finish. My car is 100%. clean. satisfied. Anyone can fix a car but not many understand the customer aspect of it. These guys get it. Juan has been the consummate professional on all levels. They are real. Honest and loyal.
Very disappointed. This place used to be good, but not anymore. You need to make sure if they really did service or not because this place charge you on something they did not do. Also they will give you free scratches on your car. Lexus services should be better and top quality, but this place is joke. Toyota can do better than that.Oh if your car is lease, forget about this review because you are returning the vehicle anyway and paying nothing.If there is no other place to take service, I strongly recommend to take a pictures of under hood and exterior before coming to this place. That will help you to recognize easily with scratches and if the services they indicate on statement are done or not. You cant check underbody works though.As soon as vehicle come out, ask service person to open hood and check under hood and exterior for yourself. So you can complain at the sight. I wish I did that. After you leave the place, you will not get any positive respond but more frustrations. I had confidence in Lexus of Englewood service but screw me. Im never coming back.
I went here for numerous routine services, and have completely lost trust in the service department and highly advise against using Lexus Englewood Service.Factors which affected this:-Diagnosed a tire as being torn beyond repair, went to Costco who installed the tires, they repaired it and I have driven 3000+ miles on it.-Changing the key battery (a $2 item) was part of the service and one month later thie battery died and key stopped working.-They could not find my car or give me any estimate for hours as to when the routine service would be completed.They basically charge now for services they don’t do, and up sell for unnecessary service...Hopefully their bankruptcy proceedings will involve significant restructuring resulting in improved customer service.
They towed my car to fix the flat tire, but after the service I found my cars towing end cap is missing.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have a package that includes free maintenance, which is the only reason I take my Lexus here. My car was due for a routine service, and I met with one of the service consultants there, Steven. After telling him Im here for a routine service, he tells me whats included and the price for it, without even checking if I have the maintenance package or not. No big deal, I told him I have the package. I was told the wait time would be one and a half hours. Ok, fine. I wait there for an hour and a half, and my cars still not ready, so I go out for a smoke. Soon as I walk out the side area, I see my car is already parked by the exit area, seemingly to have been ready for some time. I go back in to tell reception my car seems to be done and one of the girls goes into the consultants office to find my papers, which isnt even ready yet. She comes back out to tell me the car is being washed right now, and I tell her its sitting right there, to which she says itll be done soon. The guy is just talking on his phone or chatting with other people in his office during this whole time. Im tired of waiting at this point while my car is obviously done, so I go in there and ask him myself if its done or what. He says almost (seems like he just started it after the receptionist went in there to ask him about it). He seems to be as clueless as reception. Five minutes or so passes and I finally get the papers. After I get into my car, theres another car parked in front and to my right, so the only way out for me is to squeeze in between the two cars. This Steven guy happened to be standing a few feet in front of my car, talking to another customer, and blocking my way, oblivious. To what extent is he going to annoy me any further?!The wash was horrible too, as it left a bunch of streak marks all over the windshield.At this point, Im even willing to pay to have my car serviced elsewhere.

I recently went road tripping with my ES from Canada through a few states to visit family. During the trip I realized my brakes would need service ASAP, and my oil change warning came up. As I was staying in New Jersey, I figured I would find a local dealership. I called a few chain and small shops ... no one could commit to a price. Some even quoted me astronomical prices.I tried calling Lexus Manhattan.. wth is up with that place? 2 times I couldn’t get through to a single person and one time they hung up on me while I was on hold. They’re horrible.Then I called Lexus of Englewood. Someone very friendly greeted me on the phone and and promptly transferred me to a service advisor. I was assigned to Joel Veriguete. He gave me a full price breakdown over the phone, even telling me what my “worst case scenario” would look like if I needed a full disc/pad replacement (which I did). He agreed to take my car in the same day and even offered me a courtesy car (he even asked me if I had a model preference!!). I dropped the car off on Saturday and Joel got back to me after hours via text to answer my questions and send me a written estimate of the work.. perfect! I agreed and we both wished each other a nice evening.On MLK day Joel sent me a text to inform me my car was ready and gave me the grand total for the work performed.I was extremely happy with everything, the price was about average for a dealer job and the service was excellent.Where they lost one star? My car was filthy when I dropped it off and it was just as filthy when I picked it up. I’ve had work done at various Lexus dealers and they’ve always washed my car ... even with a basic 100$ oil change. I was disappointed that no one even attempted to hose it down after I dropped 1500$ in the service department.Do I still recommend them? Absolutely

Very comfortable and efficient service center for Lexus. While youre waiting, help yourself to several kinds of coffee, water, tea, popcorn, and some cookies or pastries, sandwiches at lunch time. Youll get your car back looking brand new. Expensive to have work done here just like any other dealer; but if you must have your car serviced by the dealer, this is a nice experience.

Service today was completely and utterly disappointing. Steven was alright at first but turned out to be pretty negligent. my car was done and he had no idea. im not sure if it was because it was a Saturday, but this isnt my first time and i never felt this way before. there were no loaners available, and they seemed pretty intent on giving good service to everyone but me. by the time it was ready, the only friendly things said by Steven and reception were thank you have a good day, but were otherwise unfriendly and negligent. not even a simple apology for the delay. i cant believe im starting to regret getting the maintenance package because i really dont want to come back here for service. i was even considering getting another lexus in the future, but if i do it will definitely not be from this dealership considering the terrible service to be received after the purchase. maybe they treat people better when they dont have the maintenance package? because theyll make more money or they want to discourage you from coming back because theyre not making money off of you. would not recommend this service center or Steven. unfortunately will have to return for future service to get the most out of my prepaid service

We made an appointment for 1pm today and weve been waiting here ever since. Its 3:45 and when we checked up on it with him, he said that he was still working on it but when we checked up on it later, he said that there was a long line so he put our car in the garage to work on it at 2pm which is an hour after our appointment. But what I dont get is that when we got here, there wasnt anybody here. Also, why is it that people who came long time after us are leaving before us? And I really dont understand why they take appointments if we have to wait a very long time anyways? This wasnt the first time this happened. So we are furious! We tried talking to the customer service lady but no help. Just gives us an attitude. My whole family drives a Lexus, but our car will be the last. Never again. Nor will I ever recommend it! Horrible experience!

Lexus of Englewood New Jersey is the place to be with your vehicle to get service et al. Normally, I dont give a business five stars unless they earned it. The staff members at the front, service areas, and valet are the friendliest employees I have an encounter with so far. Their services are perfect, star-studded settings, and most of all comfortable surrounding to make the customer relax in elegant style. The waiting area is pristine unlike other Lexus dealerships where they cut the BAGELS in fours for their customers, but this Lexus dealership is different as it is all about the customers and not how much money they can save by treating the customers like refugees. I would recommend this Lexus dealership any time to buy your vehicle.
Dont come here if you actually want to do maintenance. Youll be looked at like a suspect for trying to take care of your car. God forbid you actually want the car you purchased to last.
Service was quick because I went during the weekday morning. Free complementary drinks, food and car ride. Currently the place had some renovations going on, so the typical entrance was where you would be exiting. It caused some congestion issues.
I’ve been here twice, and will never return. Organization of the service center is a mess starting with management and working down to technicians. They take too many appointments, have too little space to put cars (careful of dings and knicks) and never have available loan vehicles (if they even have any). The service takes hours longer than it should - an oil change took 2.5 hours. They have hidden fees on top of expensive labor and parts costs. I went in to get new tires on my Lexus RX 450H and 4 hours later they had put the wrong tires on my car and had charged me $100 more for it. When I complained they offered $100 off my next visit for service or I could wait another 2 hours in the DMV style lobby with terrible coffee and stale muffins. Ruined an entire day I planned to spend with my family. I will never come here again.
I had a bad experience at this location. I made an appointment and waited two hours.They didnt start working on my car until 1 hour and 45 minutes later. They barely had any snacks and they need to replenish the snack area. The building was cold and they left the door open which brought in the smell of cigarettes.They did not even apologize for having me wait for so long.I prefer the Lexus of Englewood on Rockwood Place location better because not only is there good music playing they also have a tv and hot chocolate. The receptionist was very friendly and made sure that the snacks were stocked. The receptionist also made sure, that I was comfortable as well which I appreciate a lot. When I made an appointment for my car, I didnt have to wait long for them to look at my car.

The staff here could not have been more helpful after my accident. They arranged everything from tow truck to pick-up for rental car and everything in between. They even held my dry cleaning while I spoke with the consultant, who by the way could not have been nicer and more accommodating.
