1. The advisor Anthony said no loaner car at first. After I insisted, he gave me the loaner car. I asked for loaner car when I scheduled the service. I don’t like the inconsistency of his words. He just didn’t want to make it convenient for me.2. The service forgot to set my oil change indicator. And the team needs me to drive in to reset it, which is very time consuming. I think you should fix it caused by the sloppiness of service team.I won’t consider interacting with Englewood Porsche anymore.

The customer service at this location is pretty bad. I inquired about purchasing a Taycan/911 over the phone and spoke with a rep there, and had to follow up multiple times both via phone and email to try to get information. Ended up going to the Jack Daniels location a few miles up north and put down a deposit on the spot.I get they are busy and with the semiconductor shortage they probably have more customers than cars, but for the amount of money these cars cost, I would have expected some baseline level of service.

I picked up 2021Taycan almost 2monthes ago.I only got one key and today realized missing Retrofitting electric steering.I asked sale person about this, he said service department will contact me soon.I sent email service department but no response so I left messages here because manager answered and responded all reply.I am disappointed the Porsche never asked and notify about missing option and when will solve this issue,, just sale car, everyone know now there is microchip shortage issue however customer have a right to know when issue solved already purchase and paid expensive car.

The service team at Town Porsche are friendly, detail oriented, and have good follow through. While I am not happy that something on my wife’s low mile Porsche broke and needed to be fixed …and at quite a high cost, the service team at least made it easy and more comfortable to give away my money.

Brought my Macan in for service. Was going to Uber to work and Farah said that she would have someone drive me. Best experience Ive ever had dropping off a car. When my service was finished she offered to drop it off at my house. How can you do better than that ? Everyone at the dealership is great as well.

It was my first experience with service at Porsche. It sounds like an oxymoron, but it was delightful. How is servicing your car a delight? Marcy was a treasure from booking the appointment and seeing it through with some more charm from Fara . I had my tiny puppy with me so contractually I couldnt take my loaner. No problem!!! During Father’s Day I wanted a new car, you guys promised me a new car, then sold it to someone else. This was while there was only 1 car. They never called me back to apologize or anything. The day we were supposed to pick it up, we called the salesman and he never answered me. They lied to us saying Porsche would never finance us, but when we went to Porsche Goldstar, we GOT our car financed by Porsche and we picked it up there. Ruined my Father’s Day. Worst customer’s service ever.

I called to get my Macan S picked up and dropped off to address the two factory recalls. They said they will come at 10 am and drop my car off around 1 PM. Great! They did not come at 10am. I called around 11am asking if they were going to come and they said they meant they would pick up my car between 10am to 12pm. Ok- maybe just miscommunication. At 1:30 pm, still no pick up and not even a call. I called and told them I would just drop off my car. They told me my car will be done in two hours so I waited at Town Audi. Nearly 4 hours later no update. Why set up the text messages if no one is going to answer? I finally got my car and I see that they just sprayed water on it and didn’t even bother to wipe it down as it was wet on arrival. I don’t know if it’s because the owner changed but this did not happen with the 911 carrera 4s and cayenne gts that we own. Even our dealer said he was fed up with the service and quit because he got all the complaints from the customers. Oh and the previous time I booked online for service, they told me upon arrival that they did not have my reservation even after I showed them the email with my confirmation code and reminder messages. They also told me on the spot that they don’t offer loaner cars on Saturdays. Can’t you just call the customer and inform them so they don’t waste their time going there for no reason? Or at least update your online service to reflect that?

I’m reading through these reviews and thinking there must be something wrong with me bc I’ve had the totally opposite experience. Every time I’ve gone to visit them, I’m waiting a disordinate amount of time to see their cars and takes forever to drive one. I don’t get the warm reception that makes it feel comfortable to try out vehicles and sales people take forever to respond particularly on emails. Doesn’t feel like they feel the need to earn a customer’s business. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and still waiting for a call. Seems like a few of my buddies have also experienced similar results as me. Good thing there are other dealers around.

This message is for the service department - you are AMAZING!I brought in my 2019 911 GTS for a warranty issue which was handled same day, but also asked them to program my spoiler because I had gotten the Porsche Sport Design rear spoiler which has a higher kick to it, making it a little more aggressive. With this upgrade, Porsche suggest to program the spoiler to retract 20mm lower than stock. They said no problem and gave me a very fair price.I picked up my car and noticed the spoiler did not seem any different. After discussing it, the Service Manager Jeremy stated that he only has one tech in the shop, and to come back later in the week as it was almost closing time and the tech was busy. Fair enough...I came in today, and Jeremy told me to come to the service department with him and discuss the game plan with the tech. He wanted me to be there to ensure my satisfaction We worked directly with the tech and they explained what they were doing step by step. We figured out the programming after about 20 mins of discussion and research. The tech Bryan was really great too. We spoke a bit about the car and never did I feel rushed. I know they had way more important things to do, but they really wanted to ensure I was getting exactly what I was requesting. I have never before witnessed this type of service in ANY dealership experience. Thank you so much, I am a customer for life.

Bought a 2019 Cayenne S from this dealership. A month later driver window came out of rail and passenger door mold came off. Contacted Ali(the brand ambassador) for help, booked an appointment for Wednesday 12/18.Showed up to appointment and informed by Marcy(service team) that my name is not in system. I had to go back and come back on Friday 12/20 so I can get a loaner car while they are reparing. Back on Friday took a long time and eventually got a dirty(in and out) Macan, which I agreed to get it even though its dirty since I was in rush and I could take it to carwash and get reimbursed. They also promised to have my car washed now that I am a patient customer.My own car was supposed to get ready on Tuesday 12/24. Received a call that day to pick up the car at 2. Got there at 2. Waited for long time. At 3:30 they said its finally ready. Got the keys stepped outside, I couldnt believe what I saw.A day before Christmas I got my car in worst condition. Dirty and awful finish of what was supposed to get fixed.When I called the manager, David, he just gave me an apology and promised a follow up. I would love to see if he himself would be satisfied with this answer right before his trip. On a time that I could not even find a open carwash anymore. I felt insulted specially after all that patience.Attached pictures are what was wrong and how their repair finish looked. Crooked, lazy, nasty and awfully done.Maybe its better to avoid this dealership.Update: I ended up looking for another dealership and followed up the matter with Porsche. I asked for some type of an assurance from management team so I can give them my car again. The management offered a car wash and detail service on a brand new car. Idk who wants to have their brand new car detailed but apparently thats all they could think of.

First, let me start by saying these views are all my experience with the Porsche 2020 franchise. The quality of care for the vehicle and the customer is no longer the most important part of the experience. Selling cars is, and because of this mentality, the value of the brand is no longer what it use to be.

This was my second time visiting this location for service. Had the pleasure of working with Marcy. Shes extremely polite and thoroughly goes over the details of the inspection. Both visits have been exceptional. I dropped the car off, was shuttled home, and car was delivered to me the following morning. All questions and concerns were addressed.

Got in at 8 am for an oil change.Asked about the car at 9 am: “the car is almost ready and will be sent to the car wash shortly”.10 am: “they are finishing on the car, and then it will be sent to the car wash”So, it took more than 2 hours to do an oil change, without a car wash. For the money I paid I expected a much better service.Have to mention the staff (Marcy) was nice to me, although I couldn’t understand what exactly happened at 9.Update: I came back just for a car wash they promised. Guess what? They messed up again! It took 2 hours to get my car back. Loyal to the brand, not coming back to this dealership. No appreciation of customers’ time. Just ridiculous!

My car took 4 weeks to service. There was never any combination from the dealer telling us when it would be done. They gave us loaner vehicle full of Marijuana and tried fixing it by offering us a car wash. Which they didn’t even do!

Just made a deal with Town today. The salesman John Lee is super helpful and efficient in the negotiation. I asked for a very aggressive discount and they match the best offer. Close to home, very friendly service. No reason for not making deal with them.

Staff is easy to talk to. They are attentive and they sell their cars without overselling it. I appreciate the straightforward attitude, works better than the pushy way most other dealer incorporate into their sales strategies.

Me and my husband had such a long wait. Our car was supposed to be ready from service at 11am. So we purposely arrive at the dealership little later at 12 so we can pick up our car right away... they had us waiting 35 mins! Double check with the representative twice! Service isn’t the greatest. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all.

I brought my car with an oil leak problem that I already knew of, but at the dealership nothing was done and I was told that there is no oil leakage problem. After 2 weeks I brought my car to a South Shore Porsche Dealer with the same issue and they resolved my problem in a matter of a couple days. Therefore there was an issue when I first came to the Porsche Englewood Dealer but they decided to ignore it and say everything is fine with the car.

Recently purchased a new car. The dealership has a warm, welcoming environment. It was pleasant to work with John (Jung) Lee. He was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Town Porsche and John.

I only went here because all the other Porsche dealers were too busy to do an oil change when I needed it.The service was okay, but they forgot to reset the computer that shows that the car needs to be serviced. I called a few times, but always get shoved to voicemail and nobody ever calls me back. Not once.They sent out an automated email asking for my review, I answered that I need to have someone reset the computer (it still shows I need to service the car!) but nobody ever answered me. No call. No email. Nothing.So basically, they are too busy to care about customers.Worst Porsche service I ever got.Go elsewhere unless its an absolute emergency.

Ive been servicing my cars at this dealership for a few years now. They never disappoint. My requests are always done promptly and accurately. The final bill is never inconsistent with the approximated amount given to me when I drop the cars off, and they are never pushy with the extras.Just a tip, their driveway enter/exit can be a bit tricky if you have cars with low ride height- there a trick to it, ask the staff and theyll help you.

Service is always topnotch, and so is the staff. When I go there, I feel like family.
