I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer, which actually caused remarkably little damage to my car (although a lot to the deer). Quality One Dent gave me a quick, accurate quote, ordered all the parts before taking the car in for repair, and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. They dealt with the insurance company to resolve some additional work that was uncovered as they did the repair, and I am 100% satisfied with them and their work.

Brought vehicle here for repair after other shops told me it would take 2-3 weeks and couldnt even start for a month. Quality One was able to start work immediately and finished all repairs in 5 days. They handled all the work with my insurance. Made the process overall very easy and cost effective on my side since I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket. Will definitely use again if I need to.

I have used Quality One Dent, Inc. on two separate occasions now. The first time was earlier this year when I had a small rock chip on the hood of my truck. It was near the clear bra and PJ did an outstanding job removing the chip, painting and sealing it. Phenomenal company, phenomenal service; I wont go anywhere else for body work ever again. I had massive hail damage and they got my car in right away. They covered my deductible, gave me a rental car to drive at no charge, worked directly with my insurance, and kept me in the loop with great tracking software. They did a wonderful job on my car. I had, like many others, extensive hail damage from the May 2017 storm. From the get go, Danielle was very easy to work with and very accommodating. I loved the text updates that I would receive regarding the status of my car and where they were at in the process. After getting my car back, I noticed that there were issues with some distortion in my windshield, as well as with the front passenger door no longer opening from the inside. I contacted Quality One after about a week to let them know, and they worked to immediately address and fix my concerns. I received a new windshield (which appears flawless by the way), and they fixed my door. The body work itself was impeccable from the jump, and while the other two items were not, I think the way they handled themselves to right the situation for me and the customer service they provided was exceptional.

I purchased a Toyota Solara Convertible (black). From the looks of it, the front bumper had hit every curb or post in Denver, Colorado. I went to 2 reputable body shops and the cost was outrageous. Honestly, I just stumbled across these guys and they were amazing. 3 things I liked. 1) The actual cost was about $10 under the bid. (hey $10 is $10) 2) The work was perfect. Absolutely perfect. 3) It was done right when they said it would be done. Honest and professional. Id recommend them.

Two years ago my Mom and I had hail damage repaired on both of our cars with no issues. Doing business with this company this summer was a complete DISASTER! Please keep in mind that by them waiving your deductible means theyll do sloppy repairs. My brother had hail damage on his car from the first hail storm in June and Quality One scratched paint from his hood when they put it back on & did not replace his headliner. When my brother brought up these issues the owner explained that he got what he paid for because his deductible was waived. It wouldve been nice to know in the service contract that hed get mediocre service. I will NEVER take my car to this place

I took my vehicle in this past September to get some cosmetic repairs done on my front bumper. PJ was fantastic and I was very pleased with how it turned out. When I was rear-ended last week, I knew I could trust Quality One Dent to fix my vehicle up good as new.PJ took great care to get a replacement part and also to my relief, dealt with the at-fault partys uncooperative insurance company to make sure I was provided with a rental vehicle for the entire duration of the repair time (not just part of the time!). The people were great but the body shop they use is crap. I had to send my car back because they just stopped painting my panel cause of my clear bra. There was a scratch on my paint. I sent it back, a week later i was done waiting. I took delivery of my car because it had been over a month. I found not only was that scratch still there, but a new one was on the front of my car and the body shop left a razor blade and rubber all over my car along with a horrible dust every where. My back seat has that dust in the seat under my seat cover that I just found today along with a random screw that is from my car somewhere hopefully. They left an empty paint bottle in my console and there is a chip in one of my doors. On the inside of my front doors there is some kind of paint residue where you can see that they taped off, but not very well. I also think the panels they painted are a shade off my color which is horrible. Im happy to have the dents out of my car and to have my car back, but it took way to long for PDR and it came back in not perfect condition.

I really needed to get my windshield fixed from the hail storm in May 2017, I held off because at first they were just chips. The chips turned into cracks as the weather got colder. I did have other hail damage, but nothing that i couldnt live with. In January a sales man (Jason) came and knocked on the door. We talked and Jason had talked me into setting up an appointment. He explained from start to finish what the process will be at Quality One Dent. They have been in business 20 years, Jason had been there 2 months and was so knowledgeable! He relayed that the owner would be calling me, I did forget his name, but he did call me to ask how his employees marketing was. Danielle (secretary) was my favorite, her whole family has been taken care of by this company. So far to say, she homeschooled her child while working there, up until recently. I even think her hubs works there in the body shop. My car was supposed to be detailed, from what I was told, and it was not. So that was disappointing, but I honestly didnt mind because my experience my AMAZING!!I rented THEIR car and I hit what I thought was an ice block! (:-0) The tire immediately went flat and after replacing my rental with another Danielle found out THE RIM WAS BENT. She searched for the cheapest replacement (because of course I would pay for damages I caused).My deductible was $1000 but would you like to know what I paid out of pocket? The $160 of rim and hubcap I broke! THATS IT, YES, THATS IT!I would never recommend any other place.
