I am BEYOND impressed and thankful for the quality and professional care I received here. I cannot express how amazing and above & beyond the service was from start to finish. I came in for body work following a pretty traumatic experience that left my vehicle looking pretty beat up. They not only returned my SUV promptly, but looking better than I could have hoped. Ive had difficulty with the paint matching previously and they nailed it on the first go. The interior and exterior were absolutely spotless and I cannot say enough in regards to how easy they made the whole experience. Im a customer for life!

I used Landmark as they were highly recommeded from Courtesy Acura. I had a large scratch on my car and Doug was able to get me in the day after I called and took care of the scratch right away and included a car wash!! I was so impressed with the work that they did. Ive had other cars repaired for scratches and Landmark by far did the best work. Doug and Steve were extremely courteous and were extremely customer focused. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark and will be referring them to my friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you Doug and Steve!

My wife took the vehicle here on the recommendation of Larry Miller Nissan. Her Rogue was backed into which left an indentation on the lower driver side front bumper which is a hard rubber. Landmark was able to pull it out without any further damage. Landmark did not charge my wife anything to do this. Not many would do that. Will be back in the future if we have any other vehicle damage.
Ed and his crew are true professionals. White glove service start to finish, handled every aspect of the collision repair. Car looks good as new, flawless work all around. Highly recommend, even for non-Lincoln vehicles (the car I had in for work is a new model Audi). Kudos!
Took care of my truck and made it look like new after my accident
These guys have gone the extra mile for me many times over the years. They didnt cut corners when they easily could have without me knowing. Instead they told me about their process and why they chose to repair my car without cutting and welding even though to do so would have been faster and easier and I wouldnt have known the difference. When something wasnt right with my paint job they repaired it no questions asked. These guys have won my business, hopefully Ill stop needing their services for awhile.

Phil and Doug definitely give you the 6 star treatment!!!We have had a total of three incidents just this year (none of them our fault) and Landmark Collision, Doug, Phil and their team never disappoint us, they had our vehicles ready when they promised and the work they did was guaranteed for life and the vehicles looked awesome.Phil and Doug took care when I called totally stressed out about a bumper that was pulled off in a parking lot. They arranged for a tow truck to get my car. They dealt with the insurance and when I showed up to pick up my car everything was perfect! This quality of service has been our experience every time we deal with Landmark, Doug and Phil.We are so grateful for such a great team of people to work with, we would definitely recommend Landmark.

Where do I begin???1st issue - Upon receipt of vehicle, went to open the rear door (door panel replaced and painted) when the outside door handle and interior door panel completely fell off the vehicle when i opened it.2nd issue - 2 years later, the paint peeled and truck rusted out in about numerous places. None of the rest of the truck is rusting (head scratcher)?3rd issue - Went there to talk about touch up and they said they’d call me for a time to fix the problem. ~4 (being generous here) months later, I had to call them myself and they said they lost my number and finally set up an appt.4th issue - Appt set up and they pushed it back a week, then a couple more because they didn’t have a loaner for me (why schedule me if no loaner available?).5th issue - They called me and said the truck is ready for me. I almost didn’t look at the quality of the work out of fear... I guess I wasn’t that surprised when I looked at the spots they touched up to see that 3 places were either never touched or the rusted spots were just sprayed over and the paint flakes off when I touched it.I reluctantly got in my vehicle and I was on my off the way out of the lot without telling them when I saw the dude that gave me my keys. I stopped and showed him what I was looking at. He told me he’d be happy to fix it, I told him I had lost all faith in the company. I honestly didn’t think they were capable of completing the work and I drove off.6th issue - left blinker is blinking really really really fast now that I drove the truck home. It was not like that when I dropped it off.I would rather pay out of my own pocket to fix the issues that they caused to my vehicle than to go back to this place. If you have zero experience painting cars, you’d do better than them. Please, if you are considering them for auto body repair, reconsider your options and call the next guy.
Not impressed with their communication or workmanship. They had my car for four and a half weeks and didnt get to all of the items I asked them to fix. They will be way more interested in pleasing the insurance company thats paying for it than you.

Landmark provided excellent service on my Infiniti vehicle. They worked out with my insurance company and periodically updated me with the status and completed the work in a timely manner. Very impressed with their quality of work and professional handling.

I had my brand new 2017 Infiniti hit while it was parked outside of my job. It caused a tremendous amount of damage and I was devastated. I had no idea what to expect and the insurance company was not helpful. Doug and his team not only prevented me from having a bad experience, but they took every opportunity to make it better. The primary example is that they stayed in close communication with me on where we were in the repair process and were so polite and courteous on every interaction. Not only that but when the insurance company took back my rental car after a very short time Doug offered put me in a fully loaded 2017 Lincoln with 11 miles on it, and those miles probably came from him delivering it to me at work! He and his team made me a lifelong return customer, and by putting me in that gorgeous car they have sold me on the brand and I fully intend to go to Landmark Lincoln after my lease is up!
The older gentlemen has been rude to me since the beginning I got there. The only thing I wanted is to get an estimate for my car. The guy doesn’t know how to talk to people. I left the place unhappy with there service. I wish them best for the future.

I found out my brand new MDX was not totaled after it took a major rear impact. Doug eased my worries. Perfection takes time, but is worth the wait. Few places understand customer service like Landmark Collision! My car was in the shop longer than initially quoted, due to an inaccurate diagnostic from my insurance company, but Landmark took it upon themselves to make up for the inconvenience. Doug (manager) was very kind in taking the time to communicate daily with us on car updates and even buffed out a few additional scratches at no cost. Doug and his team at Landmark made a frustrating situation as positive as possible. Id definitely recommend taking your car here!!
Doug and Phil kept an open communication with me throughout the process of my car being fixed. I called a lot, to check in, as thats my style. Dough and Phil always answered the calls (or called me back) and were polite, friendly, and most importantly - patient. Being in an accident, and then having to deal without a car is extremely stressful to say the least. Doug is used to this but treated my case individually all the same. My VW Jetta looked great upon finish, like new. The repairs took a bit longer than expected, but Doug made it right in the end. Thanks, to both of you.
After an auto accident on 11/1 my Kia dealership recommended I send my car to Landmark. If you have been in an accident you are aware of the insurance pains that come with it. Unfortunately the other parties insurance people were not the greatest. (I will be writing a review for them separately). Doug at Landmark collision had fantastic customer service. He communicated the process and was very reassuring that they would take care of me no matter the outcome of my car. Doug was able to follow through on his word and I am very thankful for that! If you need a collision center that has great customer service and integrity, this is the place! They had my safety and wellbeing in mind, rather than dollar amounts. Thank you Landmark!

Yes my wife is Patricia Tibbetts we have a 2016 Nissan Maxima it was stolen from my son his name is Daniel Tibbetts we took the car to have delivered to Landmark Collision for them to fix it I met Doug case the nicest man Ive ever met he was kind talk to me every time I went there told me what needs to be done said he would get it done and it would look good which it did I went to see it before it got seats covers the car was maculate it was beautiful they fixed everything that he said he was going to fix he looked underneath to see if there was any problems underneath no problems the car that my son picked up was brand new again dont know what got up his but it could be because of the thousand dollar deductible so hes trying to take it out on Doug and the Collision Center hero wrote a bad review on Doug I called I called Google to see if they could make him erase it I dont know if they erased it DJ erased his comments but his name is still on there with one star he needs to take the whole thing off so thats why I called Google hes a stubborn boy he always has been hes disrespectful hes inconsiderate I am just so sorry for Doug but I am the owner of the 16 Nissan Maxima to my looking at the car Doug did Immaculate job again as I said before so please disregard Daniel Tibbetts nasty review but Doug will get my business anytime that I need it and my daughter said she would take her car there too Im sorry to Doug and Landmark Collision please disregard Daniel Tibbetts remarks thank you and Doug I hope Google takes his name off Im sorry very very sorry youre the best guy dont worry about it
