Ryan Ross took incredibly good care of us over the last few months. We have several dealers closer to our home and none were able to help us find a Tahoe to fit our growing family. We were under pressure with a new baby arriving in September and Ryan provided information about the 2022 build schedule that no other dealers offered up and was able to help us order a new 2022 Tahoe with all the electronic features we needed that we couldnt find on 2021s. He was super communicative about the process and timeline, patient with all my questions and follow-ups, and we drove our new car off the lot last Friday, weeks earlier than scheduled. Were very pleased and will absolutely drive the extra distance to work with the John Elway team again. Thank you!

Amazing service! Came in to lease a full size truck for my husband, after visiting another dealership ( not Chevy) they got us into exactly what we wanted that day! We were looking at weeks out at other places. Jason S & Ryan R helped in every step along the way to get us exactly what we were looking for and staying within our budget. The process with Tyler and Daryl for finance and features was super easy and they walked us through everything, answering all our questions with great detail. Everything was great EXCEPT for the check-out experience. The lady behind the plexiglass had a mask on and I could not hear her. I kept telling her that I could not and it was very hard. In addition the way the check-out is set up, it is very NONE customer friendly. You cant pass paperwork and it is just pretty bad. This should be the BEST part of the experience since it is where you collect money and inform customers of the costs.

I have to give credit to Keith Peer one of the Sales Managers. Ive wanted a 3rd row SUV for awhile now so he kept an eye out for me and sure enough the time came and I finally got one. Great job on both of the sales and finance side. Tyler in Finance was great to work with as well. He answered all my questions. I would recommend John Elway Chevrolet!

Dan (Service Manager) and Beau (Diesel Tech) are two of the best technicians I have ever worked with. After having vehicle issues for over 13 days, Dan worked with GM to make our cross country happen.The guys also helped facilitate fun outings for the family while we were stranded in Denver. Fun fishing, national parks, etc…these guys really care and it is because of them we will remain a loyal GM family for years to come.Beau is a phenomenal human! One of the smartest mechanics I have ever met. Outside the box problem solver and demonstrated significant acumen for diesel repairs.Thank you John Elway. Your team is fantastic.

I never felt so comfortable buying a vehicle from a dealership,Jesus and Eric really made this process very easy I was a first time buyer and I was able to get the truck I wanted plus a great interest rate!! Not only that! The best part was they were $15k less than their competitor on the same truck!!! Come and see them! I dropped my car off at 7:15 in the morning. The person who was supposed to take care of me was not at his desk and I was given no information, just asked for my keys. I opted in to the text messages to keep me up to date. However, I didnt receive any communciation throughout the day. I tried calling at least 20 times throughout the day, but apparently the phone system was down. I then went onto the website and sent a text message with my needs. The person on the other end replied and said he was going to give my information, including my email, to those at the dealership and that someone would be getting in touch with me. No one ever did. I went to the dealership at 4:30 that afternoon and was told no one had seen my vehicle yet and I was going to have to leave it overnight. There was absolutely no communication stating that having to leave my car overnight was a possibility. As a single mom, who only has one car, this was absolutely unacceptable, however, I had no choice as the person I spoke with said as such. The following day, I finally received communication on what needed to be fixed. I ultimately approved it. When I arrived at the dealership at 4:30, my vehicle was in the parking lot. I went to pay for the repairs and was told that the person who was dealing with my car had not filed the paperwork and so Id have to wait for her to find him to release it. I did get my car fixed, however, the customer service was terrible and was not informed of a great deal. For the price I paid, $1800, to get my car fixed, I should have received a lot more than just an astronomical bill.

Daniel was an absolute 10! He was professional, extremely knowledgably, and was very patient to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. If I could give this place zero stars I would. April at the service desk was absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with. I brought my car in to get an oil change. The engine light was on before dropping it off and I forgot to place that on the sheet when I dropped it off.They gave me a call to let me know that my car was done and all I asked was to have them take a look at the car because my engine light was on before I dropped it off.April stated that the car was already complete and there was no check engine light on when it was dropped off so there was nothing she could do. She then went on to tell me it was probably my gas cap was not put on correctly.Then I just asked if they could get me in today, or tomorrow to take another look at it since it was already there. April went on to tell me no, and that there was nothing she could do.I thought I would call back to see if there was another individual to talk to about this and got April again. When I asked if they could schedule another car maintenance and get my tires rotated, which is permitted in my lease agreement, she went on to tell me there is nothing she could do and hung up on me. HUNG UP ON ME!!!I will never go to this place again, I highly recommend not getting a lease from them or getting any service done here because they were flat out rude and inconsiderate. Sad thing was that I was happy with the person that sold me the care and their financial services.I will never return to this place for service and if I could turn my lease in today, I would. I will never be going back to John Elway again. They tried charging me for dropping the gas tank while their was a recall for the whole repair, which was found out by Good Year. Furthermore, it took about a month for the car to get fixed. Now I’m driving an Infiniti thanks to this situation.

We all have been to those service centers where an oil change may take all day or may take 1 hr. Its a roll of a dice whether you stick around or not. Not the greatest run through of all the components and features in the vehicle. Still love the truck, but would have liked a better presentation of it.

Drop my vehicle off, and was moving it off state within a week. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month and a half and was carless, this issue still isn’t resolved but I can’t go any longer without a vehicle so I picked it up.Tried to resolved issue and caused another. Had to cancel work and pay for a flight to come get my vehicle once they called and said my main concerns were fixed. Promises are always broken and not meet! I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my whole experience from the purchase of the vehicle (which I was lied to about) until now. I’ve come out of more money over $1000 some dollars just trying to get it back, all of which is no fault on my own!

Terrible experience. Got the run around from the sales guy worse than I have ever have. Finance department agreed to certain financing terms then called me to say I didn’t qualify after I already had the vehicle home. I have perfect credit. I told them fine and I’d bring the vehicle back because I didn’t want it at the higher interest rate. Then they said oh never mind you do qualify but you have to come in and sign the papers again. Now it’s way past the expiration date for the registration and DMV days the dealer hasn’t completed the paperwork to get it registered. Waited in line for 2 hours to hear this and then had to pay for a temp registration extension. They were the only dealer with the vehicle trim and color I wanted so I bought it there. That’s the only reason. Will never buy from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Don’t go here.

My 2015 Duramax diesel needed the EGR bypass valve replaced or it was going to go into “limp mode”. After having it towed home, I took it in and discussed the issues with my service advisor, Andy Black. Andy is the absolute best at what he does. The reason why Andy is so great is because he communicates with his customers. He called me to let me know the parts that I needed had been ordered, were now in and available and scheduled me for my appointment. Andy works very hard to help me. The fact that he actually calls me back after I have called him means a lot to me. I am very happy Andy is with John Elway Chevrolet and that he is my service advisor. He is absolutely the best!After I brought my truck in to be fixed, Andy told me that Brian Hobby was going to work on it for me and fix it. This gentleman is extremely bright and knowledgeable. What an asset to John Elway Chevrolet. Andy told me that Brian even came in on his day off to work on my truck. A customer cannot ask for anymore than this. Evidently, Brian is one of the very best diesel mechanics around. I was very fortunate to have him work on my truck.Thank you Andy Black and Brian Hobby for helping me get my truck back on the road. Traveling through from out of state and needed my first free oil change. Came in to schedule an appointment with the service department. I had AAA tow my 2011 Colorado from my parking garage to John Elway because Ive been there several times before, and its always been good. Couldve used a little more phone communication (I had to call twice for updates, and they shouldve probably called me first), but other than that everything was great! The best part was my online quote was over $1000 but my final bill was less than $900! :) Will def be returning. I trust these guys.

It was a very unwelcoming experience start-to-finish. I showed up, went to check in, and the guy instantly said something to the extent of, Youre with Chris; not me and pointed at a desk where no one was standing. I said I was just trying to check in that I was there and had not set up my appointment with anyone in particular. He reluctantly took my keys and said he would get them to Chris. I asked where I was supposed to wait at that point.Eventually the car was moved into the garage and later taken out, which I could see where I was waiting. I went and checked if that meant it was finished or to see what was going on. I got a very snarky response about that being how they checked in cars and then eventually moved them to a different area. I asked if I would be contacted when it was finished.I sat for another two hours before I finally heard from someone, who called me, instead of just coming to the waiting room to get me. I went in and he said a woman would get me checked out. I stood waiting for her to return for 5-10 minutes before the guy came back, showing signs of irritation, and said he would now help me. I said it would be good to just get it finished at this point since it had already taken 2.5 hours. He sternly said, $75. Not once did anyone even go over what they did with me during this time, but I paid it and left.I certainly realize oil changes and general maintenance isnt a dealerships priority. It does make me question why they offer such services when they are such an inconvenience for them to do, and I can definitely see that I am going to be better off getting my car serviced elsewhere from here-on-out.

Thomas and Tony did really well getting us the prices and truck that we wanted. The only ding is that it took a while to get the We OWE Yous scheduled. I am not sure if it was a miscommunication or what was going on. When we purchased the truck we were told by both guys that someone would be in touch the following week to get everything done. I thought it was a hoax, but when I called I got a real person (Rachel) and went to the dealership shortly after. I needed a new vehicle, desperately. Tony & Alex were rockstars in the Body Shop. It was refreshing that they dealt with the insurance company and got the repairs done correctly. (really important on a vehicle with only 1500 miles on it.) The completed job looks nice and I feel confident that it was done correctly. Thank you!

This place is a great dealership. It has friendly and attentive staff.I have been coming here for over three years. I leased a 2017 Chevy Colorado Z71 and didnt quite know what to do at the end of my lease. Connor gave me a call this morning and helped through my end of lease options. He educated me on my option of buying it out or trading it in very clear and concise. He was very helpful and quick with all the paperwork. Connor has great sales skills and is very customer service oriented. I am happy with my Chevy Colorado purchase.

The service department anticipated my arrival and had paperwork ready when I drove into the bay. They confirmed what I had scheduled and asked if I needed the shuttle or was going to wait. I preferred waiting and found a comfortable chair. They went through my entire vehicle while it was there and gave me a report on fluid levels, brakes, tires, battery, etc. and washed it before handing the keys back to me. I had Chevy reward points to use, but wasnt sure how to access them, and they helped me with that too, which took a few dollars off of the bill. Ill return to Elway Chevrolet for service as long as I have a Chevy.

I bought my used 2018 Chevy suburban in December 2019 at Mitch hall Chevy Texas;Two months later, with 34000 miles driven, the overhead light switch controls is not working and left second row arm rest is noisy. Bring my suv to Ed bozarth in Havana but they wanna charge $129 just for the lights tho my vehicle is still under warranty. Then I bring it to john elway to fix. The service advisor Chris Brad field waste no time to diagnose the problem and got the above faulty parts fixed the very next day. I’m very grateful and truly appreciate for all the work they have done. Outstanding service and a wonderful experience I got.

Usually the car leasing/buying process is a total nightmare from my vantage point and my goal is to get it over with as quickly as possible, so I must say that Daryl and Jason were fantastic to work with.
