After a smash and grab that resulted in a broken window on my vehicle the Highwood team was able to fit me and a get me back up and running even with their busy schedule. Pat and team were very professional and courteous, I highly recommend their service!
This company is amazing, fast and above and beyond in customer service and kindness.
My recent experience with Highwood Auto Body was excellent; professional, timely, great work, and good communication. Rarely do I take time to leave reviews but find it worthwhile after this great experience. I know who I am going to bring my valued vehicles to again - Cheryl was easy to work with and I suggest you bring your business here.
Great local shop! Everyone is so friendly and professional. My car looks great all shiny and perfect I recommend Highlands Auto Body for anyone who needs some work done. They make it all perfect!
Had a huge scratch and dent (Feb 2017) in the side door of my 2013 Tundra from a car wash. Went to two other competitors and then to Highwood. They gave me a quote that was spot on when it was time to pay and half the cost as the other two shops. I would highly recommend their work. My Tundra looks good as new. Could not tell the dent was ever there. Thank you Highwood!!!
I was really looking forward to working with this body shop based on the online reviews.Cheryl the woman at the front desk was very helpful and took a great deal of time explaining the process and setting up an estimate appointment. When I arrived today Pat came out from the back and said he would look at the damage on truck and walked out with me. As he was Assessing the vehicle, I in conversation, asked about two of the vehicles that were parked out front apparently ready for pick up.I specifically asked if a Lexus had the rear bumper repaired and the adjacent Infinity had the front bumper repaired.Pat stopped jotting on his pad, glared at me and replied should I stop this now? I was taken back and replied I just noticed the paint color didnt quite match. His immediate change in personality and defensiveness clearly illustrated to me that his shop would not be repairing my vehicle. If the owner/estimatior/painter is unable to maintain a professional demeanor before one becomes a client, than I would hate to see how he would handle any issue after the shop is in possession of your car. This shop is probably great to anyone that goes through their insurance to repair a beater or a commuter car and is not highly concerned in a quality job. On both vehicles the paint appeared to have been applied well but the body lines didnt line up & the color was off. This was observed from a distance when walking to my truck, not under careful analysis.Im sure many people have great experiences with this shop & maybe I caught Pat on an off day. The only reason Im posting this review (I have never written one before) is simply to give an honest review that could save a car enthusiast a lot of trouble.
I had an unfortunate encounter with a concrete barricade in a snow storm a few months ago, and these folks made my truck look like new again. It took a while to get on the schedule - they did my estimate in mid-March and then scheduled my repairs for May 1st, but it was worth the wait.Everybody there is super friendly and nice. If I need body work done again in the future, Im definitely going back to Highwood.
Pat, Cheryl, and staff are extraordinary. They are knowledgeable and resourceful. Excellent communication. Reliable, honest, and very friendly.
Super nice people. They worked with my situation and made the transaction easy. My new bumper is perfect, paint matches perfect, no complaints at all. Highly recommend this place.
Highwood recently completed my repairs from an accident. They were on the State Farm Select Service list and I selected them based on not finding a single negative review online. Pat & Cheryl were fantastic to work with and my 2008 E350 looks amazing. I highly recommend Highwood.
I just had [March, 13] some work done on my car by Pat and his crew and they did a great job. I appreciated his professionalism and that of his wife, Cheryl, who kept me informed on the status of my repair. Theyre good people whod I readily recommend to anybody who needs some paint or body work done to their car. I drive a 16-year old car and when they were done, it looked like new!
Best spot in town to get work done
I cant speak more highly of this place. Every time I have gone which I believe is 2 or 3 times now since we moved here the owner and his wife have been very pleasant. Recently when I brought my car in even though the door says appointment necessary he took car of a leak in the back of my car right away & no charge. This was a good year or more after he repaired the back hatch from a not at fault accident. These people are honest and have fair prices. We will be bringing our car in soon, which is why I looked them up and am finally writing a review. Our car was damaged by U-Haul in a standard installation of our hitch. We may or may not need their services if we are required to go to Toyota by the insurance. But when I do need a body shop this is my place.
I couldnt be happier with the service I received at Highwood- I drove my heavily damaged CRV up to the shop and Pat took care of the insurance and paperwork, dropped me off at home, and ordered the parts. My car was done the day he said it would be and looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom. Ive sent back cars at nearly every body shop Ive tried, but Highwood did a fantastic job in a very reasonable amount of time with no hassles. The cash price are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.
They did a great job on my car and they finished when they said they would.
Did an excellent job on the hood of my car, very reasonable rates and superb service. Id defintely go back and recommend to others.
Super helpful in getting me a repair quote and offering advice on how to proceed.
Great work from honest people... thanks guys.
Excellent work! My car looks great and they were very easy to work with.
I am a tow driver in Denver, picking up disabled vehicles and take them to shops to get fixed. I picked up a customers vehicle to take it to this location, which had been approved by her insurance, after insurance spoke with the shop and the shop said they would accept it. When I arrived, Not only was there nowhere for me to park except for on the street in traffic, but when I went inside to figure out where the shop wanted me to place the vehicle, the front desk lady was extremely rude, telling me that they didnt have room for the vehicle and that I had to figure out what to do with it. Texted my customer to let them know what was going on with their vehicle, they stated that they had just got off the phone with Highwood Auto, and that the lady on the other line had been even more rude to the customer than she was to me. When I spoke to customers insurance shortly afterwards, I advised customers insurance to never send vehicles to Highwood again because of how they are treating people.
Havent had a repair yet, but I just want to relate my recent experience. Ive had my brand new 2015 Honda Fit for only a month. Someone was kind enough to hit my front bumper with a shopping cart, leaving scratches and streaks of silver paint. I filed an insurance claim and went to another repair shop, where I was told I had to make an appointment just to get an estimate. So I skipped the estimate and scheduled the repair -- for the end of September. Then I read about this shop (a national chain) on the Better Business Bureaus Web site. Although they have an A+ rating, theyve had 69 complaints filed against them in this year alone (the last eight months) -- some of which have not been resolved. So, I called Highwood (no BBB complaints in the last three years, and an A+ rating) and they told me to come in for an estimate (no appointment necessary!). Before I could even start the required paperwork, Pat (the owner) went to take a look. He said that for that amount of damage, he wouldnt repair the bumper. Of course, I was somewhat taken aback by this. But he said hed try to polish it out. When he finished, all of the paint streaks were gone, and only one pin-head-sized tear remained. And you literally have to put your face right next to it to see it. He explained that since a bumper takes the brunt of driving (and environmental) conditions that damage a car (excluding collisions), he felt it was best for me to save my deductible $$$ until there was something more substantial to repair. Since his polishing fixed almost all of the damage, I agreed. I told him that I was very impressed with his honesty and his work ethic. And he fixed the damage at no charge! Subsequently, Ill be using Highwood for any auto-body repairs I might require in the future (but I hope I wont have any -- knock on wood!)I highly recommend this business.
Highwood is one of the best if not the best repair shop in the Denver area. They really care about the service provided and as a bonus very nice people.
Great work by honest people
