This is a great location! I suspected I had a nail in my tire, so I made an appointment with discount tire. The staff was friendly and greeted me immediately after I pulled up to check in. All staff members were polite and communicated with me honestly. It turns out I had a nail in two tires and they patched them up no problem and free of charge! It was pleasant surprise and its nice to have a reliable tire shop so close to my apartment.

The guys were very busy, they hustled. Waited 2hrs to get tire fixed. But still got done with a smile. And we were grateful for taking care of many ppl with patience. Good job 👍

After having a terrible experience at a different store, I was sent to this location to get a tire replaced . I had purchased all 4 tires a few months back. When I noticed I has a tire losing air, I took my car into a location near my job. They patched it up for me.Unfortunately that patch did not last my ride home and I would have to return the next day to get a new tire. Being upset already, thankful I was not hurt and the tire didnt completely fail on me after leaving, I still had to return to get a new tire.Since my tire was not available at hand, they had to ask for it to be delivered.My car sat there that whole day because I was told my replacement tire could be delivered and replaced by the end of their work day.That did not happen. After so much miscommunication, I was sent to another location, which was this one . I was told my tire would be delivered there and the store manager there would be in contact with me. After not hearing from them for about 3 days, I called and got in contact with Aaron. I spoke with him that weekend and he let me know why my tire was taking so long to be delivered and ensured me he would help me all the way through. Sure enough he did ! I heard Ill handle this personally from many managers and assistants managers between both locations and after days of having no word on when I could get my tire replaced, Aaron made sure he did just that. I arrived the next morning to get it put on just as we had spoke about . Was in and out under 30 minutes ! Aaron not only showed great customer service but he literally went out of his way by going to pick up my tire, himself, from the warehouse the night before.Will definelty return and recommend !

I swear by discount tire. One of my lug studs got broken while I was in there and they gave a voucher to have it repaired. Standing behind their work is tremendous for me. The employees were super friendly and helped me out a lot. I just came in for a tire rotation and they also found a screw in my tire that they repaired. Discount tire is my go to for tires.

The first time someone told me they were getting tires at Discount Tire I somewhat laughed at them assuming it was a cheap, knockoff place. Ive been to this location three times now and am seriously impressed. Mostly in their staff which are always extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable, but they also do good service as well. Its by far with Jake in there, its the best Discount tire location in the country, and I have been going to discount tire for over 24 years now in many states, and one of the best friendly crew u can interact with. When you go there, consider urself a family member. I am super happy, and it totally worth my drive over half an hour to be seen there,and by far,The location on Wadsworth and i70, is the worst in the country. They all should be replaced

I got up first thing this morning made a few calls to Discount Tire locations, as soon as I would mention used tires I would get this lack of Interest from locations. I called this location I got Jeremy and he never lost his enthusiasm he was very professional I asked for two used tires he put me on hold came back shortly quoted me a price because he had them was a little more than what I wanted to spend he work with me because they were used tires and respected that I had a budget I could tell my safety was more important than selling tires .I told him I would be down in 30- 40 minutes. I got there Jeremy actually greeted me with a smile and a handshake, checked out my tires and notice I could use a set of four he checked he had a set of four I spent double the money I was going to spend, blew my budget out of the water and I did that because of the great customer service and he explained why I should get the set of four and I felt 100% comfortable and confident and what he was saying .Thank you very much Jeremy for your great customer service!I highly recommend this location I noticed a lot of great teamwork and communication amongst the team .Did I say the customer service was great here .E.C.

Was having a weird squeaking in my tire so these guys pulled the whole thing off inspected it and threw a lightly used tire on for a VERY reasonable price. IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! Big thanks to these guys for all their help! That was the easiest car fix I’ve had in a long time!

Visited on 12/23 for a flat tire. Returned on 12/24 to have a new tire mounted and was met by an employee before I even exited my car in the parking lot and was greeted by name when I entered the lobby. I cant imagine how many people walk through their doors on a daily basis, especially with how time proficient they are, but I was certainly impressed and at ease by the familiarity. Thank you!

I use the place because its within walking distance from my home. But now that Im spoiled by their attentive service and quality work Ill probably have to keep using them no matter where I live. This is the third set of tires Ive bought there. Ive had several flat tires fixed I always get my air checks. No pressure no hypebgood work no screw-us.

Excellent customer service! These guys were quick and efficient and helped me in a pinch when I was leaving for a road trip my tire light came on late Friday. These guys are great. I have been bringing my Jeep here for a rotate and balance almost monthly for a while. They do a great job and keep my front end from wobbling— the few times I’ve needed it rebalanced they’ve done so without batting an eye.I needed tires a few months ago and had been shopping around as I wanted new rims as well. IMHO no one can touch DT’s tire protection/service plan but I had priced out rims from 4WP and, while I love 4WP, I’m lazy and they get enough of my coin so I inquired about it with the service advisor. Enter: Marcus. Not only did he match the price he sweetened the deal for me and made it so worth my time and money.The team is efficient and the leadership in the store is evident just through interacting with the people working there. Nice people, relatively quick unless they’re busy. Such is life.Getting new tires is to me just like buying a car, a house or a casket. It’s a necessary evil but Marcus and his team make it suck less!

I had an appointment and waited in line while the clerk kept answering the phone and taking the calls. We alternate phones with the people waiting in line. Wont be back to that location!!

What a great place I came in with a flat tire just the rim and tire ask them to change it cost very cheap to install and they did it within 5 minutes granted it was only one tire but it would take roadside assistance hours these people deserve commendation they work really hard did a great job I highly recommend this place especially this store keep it up guys you did awesome job thanks.

Probably wouldn’t come back. I had a nail go through a tire of a brand new car. I was in a bit of a rush so didn’t get a chance to shop around, but had used discount tires (not this location) in the past and had been happy with their service. I was told the tire was not in stock and it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to order it. Come 4 business days I hadn’t heard anything, so reached out. They said Bridgestone just shipped my tire that day. To be honest I don’t know if it was all Bridgestones fault, but even if they were late to ship, a follow up call from discount tire would of been nice. 6 (almost 7) business days later my tire finally arrives. When I go in to have the tire put on they casually try to charge me $325 for one tire! The tire should have cost $186. To be fair, it could of been a mistake, but my gut feeling is they were trying to rip me off on a protection plan of over $100 for my one tire. According to who checked me out, Alex Underwood put the protection plan on my account without even addressing it with me. They did refund me, but I would of preferred they verified I wanted the protection plan prior to charging me. Overall I think they were being deceptive. On top of that, I called my dealership and I could of gotten an in stock tire for essentially the same price as discount tires. Meaning discount tires isn’t even really a “discount”. Lesson learned to shop around more.

I needed a specific replacement tire in an emergency on a Saturday afternoon that nobody in town had in stock - I had called almost every tire store in the metro area (literally!) only to come up empty handed. One of the stores I called was this Discount Tire and spoke with Jeremy who told me that they didnt have it on hand either.After spending more than an hour on the phone striking out, I had given up in defeat and decided to postpone my trip until Monday when the local tire warehouses would be open again. Just then, Jeremy unexpectedly called me back and got me taken care of! I never even left my number and had no idea he had kept looking after I called!Jeremy took it upon himself to go above and beyond to locate the out-of-inventory tire for me at another store and have it delivered over without even being asked.As a Service Manager in the automotive repair industry myself, I know first-hand that It takes effort and caring to exceed peoples expectations the way he did, and its inspiring to find someone who cares enough to do what Jeremy did for me. Thank you so much Jeremy, you and your crew cant be commended enough! You are a shining example of what customer service is all about! Jeremy was awesome!I came in to assess the damages it would take to get me off my recently installed spare tire (from a flat tire - from just driving on extremely old and bare tires). After telling him where I was at financially and when I thought I could pay for a new set up, he offered to get me on an old used tire he found in the back for close to nothing at all! After a short wait I was back on the road and thankful not to be driving on a spare. He told me to put the money I saved towards a new set when I am ready and seemed genuinely concerned for my safety while driving. I highly recommend this discount tire and will definitely be a returning customer to this location.Thank you Jeremy!

Super awesome experience here. Ty Mansfield was such a big help in getting me a great set of tires for my truck at a competitive price. They called when they got them in and I was in and out with a fast and friendly install experience thanks to Scott and David. It wasnt the closest to my house by any means, but they came recommended and did not disappoint. I will go here for all my tires and I recommend you do the same.

I wish I could say this was a great experience-they were able to see me on short notice today, but they told me that when my car was ready they would text me. I walked around the area/waited in the lobby for twice the amount of time they said it would take to fix the car, waiting for my text which I never got. I finally had to stop a mechanic to ask whether my car was ready, which it turns out had been for a while and no one told me. Poor front of house to customer communication- the person at the front saw me return after stepping out of the shop, but never checked on my car while I waited in the lobby for an hour.-Julie Walz

I have been going to this store for 10 years. They have always provided great service! Lately I was not satisfied with service I had received (very unusual to have service that was not great). The manager, Ty, called me directly and turned my experience into something better than excellent. I appreciate that Discount Tire cared and wanted to take care of it. I would recommend this store to anyone!
