I took my car to Caliber Collision to have my body work repaired after I had an accident and right from the start this place was just awesome! My service advisor (Lia) was just the best! She kept me up to date about everything with my car repairs and my car turned out just beautiful! Obviously the whole team did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

My compete repair needs were not met and I was told by the GM that I could call and come by anytime to have the skipped over repair fixed. Also, my horn has been disabled since my service and when I called to schedule a time to return and let company know my horn is disabled, I was told that they wouldn’t be able to do the service without a regional manager talking to me. It has been over 2 weeks and I’m still not being taken care of. I’ll go somewhere else to have it all fixed correctly. Not worth the time or drama to return here.

Before this location was open I had my truck repaired at another shop close by. The experience was so awful at the other shop I decided not to take my vehicle back even after they neglected to replace all the necessary bolts on my back door. After a long time of just not using the door I decided to try to find the bolts anywhere and didnt have any luck; was told they were specific to Chevy so I had to order from the dealer or a body shop. I went to Caliber Collision and couldnt have been happier with my decision. Josh was fantastic and went out of his way to help me even though it was a minuscule request. I now have full use of my back door and there is no where else I will take any of my vehicles needing body work. Thank you Caliber and thank you Josh!

My car was done almost a week early and he worked closely with my insurance company which saved me a lot of headache. The process was easy and seamless. Needed to get some work done on my truck, Josh the estimator was a huge help and very professional! I ended up having to go somewhere else because of my situation. Josh was able to push my number in and saved my day/ week!!

Would absolutely NEVER EVER use them again for any reason. I thought they were working on my car. They had it for a week and I get a call on the following Tuesday that the insurance adjuster was coming out that day to look at it!!! Then they tell me it could be another week or 2 for the outside repairs and steering column (since it was stolen) and 2 to 3 weeks to detailer for the inside! Are you kidding me! Never one definite answer, very short and curt on the phone. Very bad experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Josh and the team at Caliber were first rate. They made fixing my little bump into a guardrail easy breezy. It is always such a pain in these situations, but they made it painless and quite pleasant. Rental was there on time, constant communication, and they were done early. They even saved us some on the deductible!When I inevitably get into another dust up, they will be my first choice to get me back on the road!

They lied about opening and tearing apart the trunk of my car. The battery was dead because the trunk light had been on because they jammed the latch and they did not put anything back together when I went to pick up my car.

A large suv ran into my car and smashed the front of my car. The other drivers insurance set me up for repairs at the caliber collision in Englewood, CO. I was able to drop my car off and enterprise drove my rental car to caliber which was great. They sent me daily text messages on the status of my car. Everything was so smooth and my car looks great. Highly recommend!

Caliber is awesome. They repaired my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and you can not even tell it was hit. $15,000 in damages, I was hit in the rear at 60 mph while stopped. Thank you Caliber you have no competition.

In todays world its hard to find people you can trust! Jake, Karla and the team did a phenomenal job on my 2019 Lexus for half the cost other locations were quoting me. They provided daily updates, extreme attention to detail and were extremely professional. I hardly ever write reviews but felt it was necessary, you can certainly trust these folks!

Paul & Jake were great to work with! They were very diligent throughout the entire process and I was very pleased with the repairs on my Subaru. I also loved getting daily text message updates on my repairs and knowing exactly what was happening. I was expecting that the repairs would take weeks and was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in 2 days!! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

I had body work repairs including a damage front spoiler, repainting of hood, and fenders on a VW Touareg. The quality of the work was top notch, car looks new. Highly recommend this team of specialized professionals.

What a fantastic job!!!

I brought my car to Caliber ro get the Hail famage fixed. They took the whole roof off. I noticed 2 moldings were not replaced. There was one above my windshield and one above my back window. When I took it back. I was told it is retro. There were none. Insurance went along with it. Of course saved them money. Underneath my glove box. The light that had a cover does nit have one anymore. My rear view mirror was switched. I had some nice thick black rubber inside all of my doors. So you could not hear or feel air coming in. They switched them or didnt put them back together correctly. Bottom line do not bring your car here. They did a shoddy job putting it back together after ripping it off and apart. Did a good job getting hail damage out. But other than that they left out bolts from underneath my storing wheel. Should not had even taken that off. Never use this Calaber Collision.

The people here are wonderful. I had an appointment scheduled to have some repair work done as a result of a minor fender bender. The day of the appointment, I called them and told them I had decided that the damage was not significant enough to have it repaired and that I had decided to buff it out and live with it. They told me that they were of the same mind and supported my decision. I guess you find out what real customer service is when you decide that you will not be a customer, because they told me to bring it in anyway and they would buff it out for me as a free service. I took it in and within half an hour it was done and it looked great. They saved me a lot of time and elbow grease ant the result was much better than I would have achieved on my own. This is where I will come I I ever need some real body work done.

My car was done in record time! I had hail damage and State Farm filed the claim quick and Caliber Collision was awesome! What a great shop this is, Chris took my first call at the shop and then Rich walked me through all my repairs, and the GM Jake took the time to talk to me and took my check at check in, also Cathy at the front desk is so nice and professional as well. Thank you Caliber Collision for the excellent service, I would bring my car back here if needed.

Paul Gollhofer and the entire team at Caliber did an excellent job. My expectations were exceeded, not only with the quality of the repairs but also the customer service I received. I was the victim of a hit and run, had issues with my insurance, and didnt know of any mechanics in the area. Paul was able to get the issues resolved, the mechanics fixed everything perfectly, and my car was glistening in the parking lot for pickup after they gave the outside a thorough detailing (plus vacuum interior).I will be returning to this shop and recommending it to friends as long as Im living in the Denver/Englewood area.

Working with Karla Dameron was very easy and pleasant, especially given the difficult nature of their business. My experience today with Caliber Collision was one for the books. I dropped off my car for a repair, and amidst a simple conversation with Paul about my day and how I was during the COVID crisis, I happened to mention that I work at a local hospital. After getting everything squared away, I sat down to wait for my rental car. Paul came in and let me know he had found something in my car. I jokingly asked if it was a $100 bill, but to my surprise, that something was a waiver of my insurance deductible. Paul, Karla and Jake all waited patiently while my emotions began bubbling. I was speechless. I could not believe the kindness I received simply for the job I choose to do. I choose to work in Emergency Medicine, but these kind people come to their jobs every day too. They too work with the public and have taken all the measures to ensure everyones safety. Their shop is clean- with easy to navigate 6 feet distancing markers, signs explaining their process, and hand sanitizer galore. Each employee was wearing a mask and was respectful of individual space. They are truly doing their part in the middle this hectic world issue and it shows. I cannot speak higher of them and what they did today. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to not only health care professionals, but anyone in need of genuine and honest care!

I have been in communications with Caliber Collision representatives at Englewood Denver, and I am frustrated that it was allowed to get to this point before anything was done.I come from the wedding industry, so believe me when I say I understand handling a client who is spending a great deal of money, and has a standard expectation of customer service. Being in customer service myself, I define myself as a reasonable person who is understanding of what service industry workers go through, and never try to complain as I know they go through enough.With that established, my two complaints are about lack of communication, and lack of customer service. I was told various dates as to when my car would be completed. I am understanding that things may change depending on various factors. I also understand a call to notify the client that their car is not going to be ready on the original date, can be difficult. The client won’t be happy in that moment, but they will appreciate honesty, and efforts of communication so they can find a way to get back to their daily life. This was not my experience.I was not communicated that my car would not be ready. I called on the date they gave and was shocked there were no efforts of contact. Imagine my frustration when I have already returned my rental car and ensured I had the day or time off to be respectful of the shops time. When calling to inquire, I was treated as if I was a burden for bothering them. I very much felt like an annoyance, and as if I was rude for calling.Once I encountered a non-communication on the date of my car’s completion for the 3rd time, I unfortunately broke down. This was also something that was pointed on when I called the previous time, and it was brushed off and clearly didn’t evoke change.The company advertises the importance of returning to the “rhythm of your life”, I felt mine was the least of their worries. I expressed my concerns to Karla (who was very helpful), who accepted the situation as she had to since she was not involved until this moment. Karla offered help by taking care of my 4th rental car. Unfortunately, this was not so easy process either. I sat in an enterprise lobby for a majority of the day awaiting the General Manager Jake’s approval before I could attempt to get a vehicle. Karla was awesome at communicating from here, but unfortunately, she was absent at end of my experience, and the communication resumed to its original standard.Upon my car’s completion, I was excited to just get it over with, but my car pick up experience was not great. The gentlemen did not give me his name and stated that he was the manager. He inquired about my experience, we chatted about it a bit further, and unfortunately I was still so frustrated with it all that I ended up in tears again. He mentioned that the comment card is extremely important to them, and that if I cannot give a great score, that he encourages that I don’t fill one out. This enraged me so much. As I described earlier, I also come from an industry that lives and dies by comment cards. I would never be able to work up the courage to ask a client to avoid filling out a comment card no matter their experience. As much as reputation is huge, actually living up to this expectation is even greater, and that starts with swallowing your pride, taking the feedback, and implementing changes as needed to truly EARN that reputation.I want to say thank you so much to the technicians who worked on my car, and ensured that not only was it corrected, but ensuring that I am once again safe on the road. I am forever grateful for that. I am sad to say that I will never be using Caliber Collison again, even if their lifetime warranty covers it. I do not wish to put myself, and do not suggest to put anyone else through what I went through.

I went 2 time there with appt . First time after 50 minutes driving when I arrived thay told me we arent ready for car inspection please comeback tomorrow and I did . After one week my insurance company told me thay didnt send report and thay cancel it......I never had this experience before.....

When we walked in they seemed put off/rude. First impressions, if your not with Farmers Insurance they didnt want the work.
