But that isnt the only perk that would have me coming back to this business.Their customer service is also awesome. I live in SLC, Utah and was able to reach and chat with knowledgeable people on each of my calls and parts arrived at my front door within days of order.Will continue using this business.

Premium audio electronics store with excellent curation and customer service. I purchased an upgraded 1/8 cable for my Aedle VK-1 Carbon headphones. When I initially received a defective cable with broken volume buttons, the Rutherford team moved quickly to rectify the issue. They were very responsive on email, immediately sent me a new cable (after testing this one), and told me to simply discard the first one – quick, easy, and no extra charge. Highly recommend them.
