I am coming from 6 hours away and I was dealing with a bit of an emergency regarding my run flat tire. Service Advisor Bob was super helpful throughout the entire process. This is my first bmw. I was a jeep owner. I gotta say its extremely comfortable. Georges in sales has been great. And the service department is fast and friendly. The only thing at all that wasnt great. Was the check of my preowned before i bought it. It was missing bolts in the trunk(not crucial ones) and a sticky button. Also the clean up missed a few things like a glove and fries under the back seat. Also anyone buying a bmw should know. The speedometer is set to 3 miles over your actual speed on all vehicles. Service told me this when i brought it in for the bolts. And if you buy one. Definitely get the maintenance package. Removes that high cost for the first 5 years. All together its been great.
If you want a BMW, go to Gault. They aren’t salespeople, they are relationship builders. Mike was great to work with, very helpful, considerate and accommodating. The whole service team is 5 star. Denise reached out to me to set up my maintenance, the mechanics actually care about my car and Rob went above and beyond to help me. Would 10/10 recommend buying and servicing from nowhere else but Gault BMW!
Mike (Manager) and Bogey (Sales Rep) they both were amazing. I just bought a 2022 X7. I initially spoke with Bogey. He is very good what he does and at later stages I spoke with Mike. They both were very professional. I traded my old X7 and bought a new X7 without even visiting the dealership. It was an expensive purchase but I must say that you can trust these guys. They delivered the car to me and took care of financing over the phone. Everything went very smooth and they delivered everything as they promised. HIGHLY RECOMMNDED (Please ask for Bogey) ! Manny

I had a great experience with the staff, but they didnt have the tire in stock and told me they would get it early the next week and I could come right in and get it put on, but then I get a call and told the tire is in, but the next appointment they have is 2 weeks from now...for a tire with a hole in it.....Anyways, I think Ill stay with bigger dealers for service appointments for now on...
Outstanding...they got my car done so quickly. It was a tough wait because there was no coffee pastry...then they explained to me because of Covid they couldnt serve anything, but my service manager offered to take us to Dunkin Donuts...i would say that is above the call of duty! Also I would like to say Denise was instrumental in getting me an apptmt and making me feel comfortable...i live in Corning so it was somewhat of a drive. The visit was perfect and I thank them!
Can not said enough about the excellent customer service I received at Gault Auto Sport BMW. I needed a car for work and had my heart set a BMW X3. Because it was for a new job I didnt have much time to complete the transaction. Due to the storages very one is dealing with Georges Yammime had his work cut out for him. I really was not sure he would be able to get an X3 with the the features that I wanted transfered the dealer in the time frame I needed. However, Georges did give up. He pulled off a near miracle considering the timeframe and requirements I put on him. I would also like to compliment both the dealership and BMW for their follow up service after your purchase is complete. They continue to check in with you to make sure you understand how to use all the features if your new vehicle.
My X3 purchasing experience was top notch. My salesman Bogie was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He is always willing to be of assistance and take care of any of my questions or concerns. The finance manager was very good as well. This was my first purchase at Gault Auto Sport BMW and it was one of my best experiences.

An unkown electrical issue with my older X5 initially brought me into Gault for service. After several repair attempts, and not wanting to invest much more time and money into diagnostics, I considered the idea of just getting into something else. I connected with Georges and told him what I was looking for and scheduled a time to come back down to preview some cars. When I showed up, he had several cars lined up out front that fit what I was looking for. I was able to easily take each one for a test drive and explore their options. For me, the X4, X5, and X6 stood out as top contenders. It was BMW heaven to see an all-white lineup of my favorite models when I arrived. I finally settled on the 2020 BMW X4 and have been pleased so far (though the X6 *might* still be calling my name every now and then). Overall, it was a great experience! Georges made it fun and easy and Ill certainly be back there for my next vehicle. The car was delivered to my house (in Ithaca), and the rest is history!Many thanks to Georges and everyone at Gault Auto Sport BMW for a great experience!

Bought 2016 BMW 535 with 31000 miles now has 48000 was told tires were new by George one year later their bald and have to get reinspected dealership wouldnt even put on new tires for free even if i bought tires very low class BMW dealership tires were obviously not new thanks Gault BMW, George and sales manager never buy from Gault again
I am in a 2020 BMW X3M40i. I found Bogey to be very accommodating and his follow up after the sale made me feel that I was getting the personal attention I needed.Leila (the resident GENIUS) was great helping me navigate the technology.BMW has put a technology GENIUS support system in place with a GENIUS HOTLINE - if Leila is not available. Its important to understand this so you wont be calling SERVICE with questions like I did. Now that I know how it works, I can get assistance when I need it without being a nuisance to the service department.
Oil all over bmw after oil change, chev sales suck. They hide things on the cars they sell.

Recently purchased a 2021 BMW at Gault, Endicott, NY. My past experience with Gault Toyota is the reason why I chose to deal with Gault/BMW. Always purchased Toyotas from the same salesperson, ( extremely knowledgeable and fair) and their service dept.very satisfied with (from scheduling appts to the service performed). We still have a Toyota Highlander and just wanted a different type SUV so we purchased a BMW. The purchase experience we were extremely satisfied with the salesman and the service. If you are a female, do not go there. They are Condescending and arogant. Wife was treated with such disrespect it is a wonder they sell any cars. I have since gotten rid of the BMW we purchased from Gault, in addition the two other BMWs we had, and in the process of getting rid of the last one we have. They only care about getting your money and then blame the customer for ridiculous things and deploy tactics of intimidating women (my wife). Never even got a return communication from Gault when this issue was raised, elevated to BMW NA and they too condone the tactics of intimidating females, as they too did not respond. If you are looking for a dealership that will treat you (especially if you are female) Gault is not for you.
My wife wanted to trade her GMC Yukon Denali lease early because she did not like the vehicle after nine months. We worked with Bogey from the sales team and he was very helpful to meet our needs and successfully got my wife the BMW SUV lease she wanted. Great guy to work with.
Went in to test drive a car I saw online. Walked into the showroom and was ignored. Went back out to the lot, and a salesman walking through the lot asked if someone was helping (as I stood there alone!). When I told him I wanted to test drive a car, he went and got a plate and the keys. Never introduced himself or asked my name. When I returned the car, went into the showroom, prepared to talk numbers. The salesman took the keys to my car (I assumed to look at it to determine its value). Instead, he went into a back office for about a minute, came back with a value for my car ....no idea how the number was arrived at, as no one looked at my car.Heres the part I found the most odd, no one ever asked me my name, contact information, anything. Apparently they are able to size up a persons financial situation and how serious they are about making a deal in the same manner that they determine trade in values!I went to BMW dealer in Wilkes Barre, and was actually taken seriously. I would suggest anyone that is serious about buying a BMW do the same.
My girlfriend recently worked with Mike on a lease and was highly satisfied with her experience. Mike goes the extra mile to make the process as easy as possible for the buyer. He is professional without being pushy. We are very happy with the car and would highly recommend Gault/Mike for exceptional service.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Gault (2 Audis and 2 BMWs). I have loved all of my purchases but this BMW X5 is truly my favorite! Bogey has been our sales rep for 3 of my vehicles and has been great to work with as is the other folks who we dealt with! I live in Corning and Gault comes to pick up my car when it needs any service and leaves me with a loaner. The drivers are super nice and I feel comfortable letting them drvie my car (I am very picky about who gets behind the wheel of my car). My 2019 X5 is truly the ultimate driving machine (just as they advertise). Gault is great to wok with, I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! Great experience for sure!
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!I went to Gault BMW with my 2005 BMW Z4 last week to have my car inspection for NYS registration.Brian in the service department failed my car with the following reasons and the price they would charge to repair to pass:Windshield wipers $105 + taxPower steering rack $2,215 + tax4 way hazard switch. $4,190 + taxNeedless to say I went somewhere else. After their inspection all I needed was a tail light bulb for $6.00.What a racket they are. Do not trust them at all. Beware.
1st the website says it’s open at 730 am which it’s not. You are unable to leave messages. I had an emergency with my car on a Sunday and had to have it towed to Gault. Unable to leave a message to even tell them my car is there. Service is horrible and for the money that I paid for this car, Not worth it. I love my BMW but it’s not worth it if you can’t even get a hold of anyone and you don’t even know when they are open?

Son in law bought a used 2012 Toyota Corolla; clean car fax. Extensive Paint work. Clearly had been in a big accident. Their expert buyers saw this when they received it for sure. Sold as a clean vehicle. Nevertheless trust a car fax report. Shame on Gault Toyota
Had a weird issue with my 3 series and they fixed it quickly and under warranty. They also went ahead and fixed a few other things without me even asking. Even offered me a ride. They cleaned the car too! Gault took great care of me and my BMW.
Cannot recommend this place. Numerous things happened which left a bad taste in my mouth. Virtually impossible to get in touch with Service. Left messages with sales, which they promised to relay to service, which no one knew anything about when we arrived. Had to pay for expensive parts upfront before they would even order them. Put the wrong oil in the car! When asked what they would do about it, was told that the next time the oil change happened they would guarantee the correct oil was put in. When I strongly insisted that wasn’t the resolution, they said they would have to look in their schedule to see when they could bring us back. When I vehemently told him that wasn’t going to happen, finally opened up a bay and put the correct oil in the car. Don’t go here.

I bought a BMW X3 in May 2019 and I am happy with my new SUV. Sultana Aslamkhan provided excellent serviceduring the buying process. She was very helpful and very professional. I have been working with this BMW dealership since 2006. I have had no problems with buying or servicing my cars. I have always had great service from the people working in the service department, especially Bob Shea.Dont hestitate to use this dealership. Its an excellent place to buy a car.One thing I noticed is often when calling to make an appointment, I have had to leave a voicemail.
Sales staff was distant, parts staff was rude, and place was difficult to find. If it hadnt been I need the part asap I would have never gone and hope I dont have to go back.

On our way from SC to Cortland NY Thursday evening, we broke down on 81 about 16 miles south of the NY/ PA border and were towed to Gault. Robert Shea and a service tech worked all day, then volunteered to stay late on Friday to get us back on the road. Our sincere thanks to Bob, the service tech, and all the helpful and friendly folks at Gault for their efforts to repair the car and save most of our weekend in the beautiful upstate! We would certainly use them for our go-to shop if we lived in the area! Thanks again guys!!!
My car was towed to Gault BMW from interstate highway as I had 3 flat tires, some thing sharp was on the highway. It took more than 2 weeks for them to fix my 3 tires/wheels. I bought an extended tire and wheel insurance . Between the dealership and BMW wheel insurance, they could not resolve the issues. After 2 weeks they refused to give my car until they receive the payment from BMW wheel insurance. In the end I paid the repair cost hoping that BMW Wheel insurance will refund me. Not to mention all the expense I bear with towing, hotel stay and rent a car for 2 weeks. When my car was fixed BMW Roadside assistance refuse to bring my car to my residence. I have to drive 3 hour to this dealership to get my car. This is all may sound like a story but it is true. Horrible experience.Only good thing that the repair Advisor was courteous.

Made online service appointment, requested a loaner. The same day received an acknowledgement and a few days later - confirmation. Called on the day of the appointment to confirm. First attempt had me on hold for 20 min, had to hang up. The second attempt had me forwarded to answering machine. Upon arrival, they asked my name, said they dont see any appointments, no loaners available, suggesting that I come next day or make an appointment. No problem, I can leave the vehicle, do it whenever, just help me get home now - the response, as if it was pre-recorded - no loaners available. What??? After TWO confirmations? Do I have to just keep leaving work until THEY find it convenient??? What a nice treatment after spending over $200k in BMW vehicles at the very same dealer! [censored]
Took my mint Black M5 there for service. Got it back dirty. They cleaned it again. Wish they had not. Same knucklehead that used a dirty rag the first time, did it again. Scratched the absolute hell out if it. Took too visits to a detail guy to get it back to 90% mint.Took it back again for additional service, got it back with one halo not working and a 2 tear in my wiper.Worst luxury car dealer Ive ever been to. They have a lot to learn. Ill never buy from them.Update to my review.After my previous review, Jim Brothwell was very eager to talk with me. So I called him, and he apologized for the issues I mentioned in my review. He requested that I contact him when I am back in town so that we can schedule an appointment to have those things corrected. I called him May 26, and left a message and did not hear back. I called again on May 27 and left a message and did not hear back. Seems Jim is only interested in calling when you leave negative reviews. I wonderful hear from him now?All fairness, I called Service directly and made an appointment, they took good care of my car, fix the issues, did not charge me. My car was in need of a new state inspection though, but theres no way Im having them handle that. Ive gone elsewhere to have that taken care of, along with a full engine service, new spark plugs and ignition wire system. Its a good thing there such a place called Star Motors in town.So Jim, should I be expecting a call?

I had been searching for a certain preowned model BMW for a long time. Gault had the perfect one that I just couldnt believe. I called to get further information and spoke with Bogey. He was fabulous! No pressure, honest, and worked hard to provide me the documents and additional details and pictures.The out of state transaction wouldnt have gone smoothly with Bogeys attention. He took care of all the details.Thanks to him and his team, I had my roadster! I was a bit worried about buying a car out of state but it was a great experience. Ive dealt with Gault Auto Sport extensively over the years and everyone there has been consistently friendly and professional. Both sales and service staff have excellent knowledge of BMWs, which is not the case at many dealerships. Most recently, Ive worked with Bogey in sales, a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with.
I am on my 2nd BMW from Gault. I have always dealt with Bogey for sales - he is wonderful to work with. On my first BMW 3 series (2015), the front tires wore at under 14K miles and the wear was abnormal. Gault worked with BMW to get me compensation. In the end, BMW paid for 1/2 the bill - which was great. They stood behind their product, and covering 1/2 was fair for both of us.Since then I have the 2019 X3 m40i. I love this car. There were some issues from the get-go with TPM sensors - this is a known issue for the 2019s. The service team ordered the parts (took a few weeks because they had to come from Germany). As soon as they were in, got them installed and all is well. Also noticed that the exhaust pipe on one side was chipping/peeling. Bob Shea got me into service and provided a loaner and all is good (covered under warranty).I cannot say enough about sales and service. I am more than pleased with my experiences here. Even when I have had concerns with an item that needs to be handled by the service department, I feel comfortable contacting Bogey with questions and he is always happy to help. Bogey and Bob have both always provided exceptional service - with a smile!!

UPDATE: Despite the somewhat misleading website (which I was told is a BMW corporate thing, not a dealership decision), I went back to look at a car. Bogey is the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. He found me EXACTLY what I was looking for and the price was more than fair. I have bought 4 cars in 12 years from Bogey (BMWs and VWs), and I am just hoping that he doesnt move to another brand. I am a Bogey and Gault BMW fan for life. Had a minor issue with my car shortly after I picked it up. Gault took it in, gave me a loaner and fixed the problem at their expense. They STAND BEHIND their products! I LOVE my BMW and will be looking forward to bringing it in and shopping for my next one when I come in for routine service. Kudos!!!Good selection of used vehicles, but be aware that the hours posted on their web site are incorrect. I arrived at the dealership today at 8:15 am (well after their advertised opening time of 7:30 am) and was told that the sales team does not arrive until 9:00 am. I was prepared to buy a car today, but didnt have time to wait around until 9:00 am to begin the process. After contacting Antony, the salesperson I had been emailing, and pointed out the misleading hours on the web site, he told me the hours were correct. Service opens at 7:30 am, but sales opens at 9:00 am. Nowhere on the web site does it state this.
Always was a fight to get warranty work done. They dont answer the phone. Never will do business here a gain. Havnt been back in a year.

At 70 yrs old, I have owned many BMW’s over my lifetime, new and used. Over the last 10 yrs I have leased my vehicles. I currently have an X1 and replaced my 2016 328xi with a 2019 430xi Grand Coupe this week for another 3 yr lease. Bogie Khomych was great to work with, finding me the right car, in the right payment range to make it all work.. If you are interested in purchasing a BMW, I highly recommend Gault BMW and Client Advisor Melinda Zosh. I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to purchasing a car. I do my research and can be rather demanding when it comes to purchase price. I am not opposed to traveling a long distance to get the color, options and price. My last BMW I purchased in SC. For my current purchase, I contacted a dealership in Syracuse, Rochester and Gault. With a bit of negotiating and a lot of patience from Melinda I received an exceptional deal from Gault. In order to get the exterior and interior colors and options Gault had to have the car built for me. To my surprise, the car arrived very quickly for a factory build.
I wouldnt recommend buying a BMW from these folks. Long wait times for appointments, usually requires multiple visits to fix issue - one appointment to diagnose, next appointment to repair because they have to order parts. So now youre without a vehicle for two days. Service Department is supposed to open at 7:30am. Youll be lucky to get someone to answer the phone by 9:00am. I usually call someone in the Sales Department and have them walk over to service and tell them to answer the phone. When purchasing a luxury brand like a BMW you expect a little something extra when it comes to customer service and the quality of the workmanship and repair. I dont get that from Gault. When I make an appointment I go into that process expecting a problem rather than having the confidence everything will be fine. How sad is that.

It would be helpful if they answered their phone or returned a call. Car was dropped off Monday morning at 7:35am, it’s now Wednesday and we haven’t heard from anyone, no one answers the phone or returns calls!!
Over the last summer i paid $800 to fix a leak in my Z3 roof and I had to take it back 3 times for them to finally do it right. They kept giving me crap about how the car is too old and thats why they cant fix it. I will gladly drive the extra hour to Rochester just so Gault BMW doesnt get my money.
Very nice dealership.EV Drivers: I charged my i3 here. One of the chargers is broken and not correctly noted in the ChargePoint database. The dealership was kind and had their service vehicle drop me at my destination a few miles away since Im a BMW customer.

A joke! If you care about your BMW, do not bring it here unless you have an arm and a leg for them to do projects on your car until they find out what’s wrong, if they actually figure it out . No help or compensation, won’t answer the phone when he told my boyfriend the car would be done today. So not professional, and don’t recommend it!
Had to buy a car sight unseen, made sure to ask several times on the status of the car, general maintenance. Car had $4k worth of repairs needed right away, $3k was covered by the warranty I luckily bought, and Gault would not reimburse the remaining issues. Disappointed since I paid a bit extra for the car. The staff that dropped off the car was great though.

We completed a long-distance used car purchase with Chris Aponte of Gault Auto Sport. Chris was very responsive in answering questions and did a great job of communicating the condition of the car. The transaction was completed smoothly and the car was in great condition when it rolled out of the transporter trailer. There will always be some small bumps and Chris and the dealership worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied - thanks!Update - Was 5 stars, now 3 stars. Problem with obtaining correct title signatures. Gault has failed to properly endorse the title on two separate occasions. After receiving an incomplete title the first time, I sent it back overnight at my expense. However, despite a very clear letter and instructions, it was sent back to me still incomplete. Today I went to the DMV and was denied my title application because the title was not signed over by Gault correctly. I am now overnighting it back for a second time (total FedEx fees $90) in the hopes that I can finally get my car titled and registered. Frustrated!
