I ordered a mask/cloak for an event, 3 days prior from Venetian Mask Society. When it did not come in still the day of my eventI contacted the company to cancel . Pascal immediately called me back and apologized that they had just changed shipping facilities and ran into issues. He offered to refund my money, or if I was willing to, we could meet up and he would let me choose some masks and cloaks he had on hand. I drove to meet him, and he kindly helped me find a mask that fitted my needs, as well as cloak. Finally, when I told him i had a date that was coming, he offered a complimentary mask for my troubles. Saved my evening! What an awesome business!

Venetian Mask Society has incredible masks that are significantly better than any other company I used before. Not only did the owner provided great customer service, he explained the history of each mask and made sure I had it within 24 hrs of order it online.

I used venetian mask society to get a mask and cloak for my companys holiday party. ordering was easy, shipping was really quick and customer service was amazing. I would recommend this place and in fact i have to others in my company. there was a little issues with a description for one of there cloaks but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and where fast, i reported the issue Friday and by Monday it was resolved. i will be buying from them again.

Venetian Mask Society has unbelievable custom made masks from Venice. I placed my order on a Wednesday night for an event that coming Saturday, and my mask arrived on Friday! Not only did it arrive on time, the mask was protected in the shipping carton to avoid any damages during the shipment. Their service is excellent, I continue to refer them to friends and business acquaintances, and they are just as pleased as I was with the quality and workmanship.

Quality products at competitive prices. I actually contacted the company to see if they offered bulk item discounts and they were very accommodating. I would recommend Venetian Mask Society for anyone looking for a top notch costume!

Update:A month after the original return I was contacted by one of the owners. He was very sorry and indicated that this had fallen through the cracks. He offered a 100% refund (including shipping) and a nice gift card towards future purchases. I didnt even need to return the merchandise.Im not sure how much my review had an impact nor do I know how the return was not processed. I do believe that the company is going above and beyond to making amends, I wouldve been happy to just return the product and receive a fair refund.----Its not so common to find a fraudulent online business any more but heres one. If you want to try your luck, go ahead but consider these red flags:- Their phone number has a voice mail only - no way to talk to a live person- Their email account doesnt reply to your emails- Returns are subject to 100% restocking feeI made the mistake of ordering from them an authentic item which was...made in China. I followed their return policies but its been 2 weeks now with no progress so guessing the $ is gone. Learn from my mistake, save your money and walk away.

I would strongly recommend Venetian Mask Society if you are looking for quality products, and if you want to speak with them directly to place a custom order or ask them questions regarding your order, simply email them and they will get back to you in a timely manner. Outstanding customer service, exceeded any expectations.
