We have a late 1950s beach cottage in Encinitas. We recently had Laura and her team (Scott) install engineered hardwood... after six years of living on similar floor (but one installed by a scurrilous house flipper, pre our purchase).After years of creaking with every step... we now have peace! Laura was very patient while sifted through a dozen similar styles of flooring... and even worked with us on price to get the pricier flooring we preferred.Scott and his install team ground, sanded, self-leveled... as long as it took. Zero shortcuts were taken. Every day the job site was left super clean, and every day the team made steady progress (ultimately completing the job in 5 days vs. 8 days as initially estimated).The install is beyond perfect (and I am a devil for details). Scott even took the time to fish out old cans of paint in our garage to match up bits of trim (without us asking). Impeccable work.I cannot recommend Littrell Flooring more.
