Paula knows her products and quickly pulled so many great options to choose from. They have beautiful and unique tiles we had never seen elsewhere. We will shop here again! My pool tile contractor recommended Tile Direct in Encinitas for my pool remodel. I was surprised because before he mentioned it, I only knew of the San Marcos location. I was blown away by their pool tile selection! They have hundreds of pool tile samples in their showroom and they have access to thousands more in catalogs. At first I weary of selecting Italian glass tile due to cost, but their prices are very reasonable. The gentleman working showed me products in different price ranges and explained the difference in quality between those ranges. I will definitely be back for future projects!

I was pretty impressed with the showroom. They have tons of beautiful products and the young man working seemed to be incredibly knowledgeable about each one. He was able to point me in the right direction for my kitchen remodel. There are several beautiful backsplash pieces to choose from. Highly recommend Tile Direct.

Love this tile shop! I was so lost on what to pick and I showed their employee some pics of my kitchen and some pics I liked. They let me take home plenty of samples and I love the outcome. My old 90s kitchen finally looks clean, modern, and neutral....The icing on the cake was it only took days rather than 2-3 weeks like when I’ve ordered from some of the big box stores.

My preteen daughter really wanted to help in the design of her bathroom. The staff at the store were able to combine all her ideas and what we wanted as well and they came up with a beautiful Design that captured her spirit in the most Elegant way! Im so grateful that they took the time to listen to her and came up with such a beautiful design. My daughter & I are both very pleased. We went to a couple of other stores down the street, not only were their prices really high but no one paid attention to my daughter’s ideas about how she wanted her bathroom to look.

Im so impressed with all of the beautiful tile this store has. Greg and Roxy were amazing with their expertise. They have so much stuff to pick from and let me take samples home. My husband was impressed with all of the tiles I brought home.

Roxy at the San Marcos store was fantastic. She took my order and helped me even though she is not the sales rep that is getting credit for the order as I had previously talked with another person the day before. I went to the San Marcos location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, & informed me about the Encintias location that offered a more upgraded selection. I met with Greg who was also very helpful. We designed both of my bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. Im so grateful for all the help and Honest opinions of all the staff in getting my projects together! I plan to come back. The selection is amazing both stores carry a great variety.

Went in to shop and the sales person never even acknowledged us walking in the door. Helped other customers that came in after us. My husband finally told her why we were there and she still never helped us. A new customer came in and she helped her.Very rude!
