Marty and his crew have great customer relations. They arent pushy and they will work to help everyone. A great variety of cars and if you see something you like then you better jump on it because they sell fast.They also have a great repair shop so be sure and check them out.

Went to test drive one of their trucks asked if while on the test drive I could take it to a shop or even a jiffy lube shop just to have a second opinion on it. Was told no we don’t do that here very rudely like I was insulting them well sorry guys when I’m looking at spending 50 to 60 thousand dollars on a used rig and the deal seems to good to be true I was always told it usually is so I just needed a second opinion on it before I did it. Sorry I don’t trust a used car salesman’s word on the matter you just lost a sale and a local customer. Very disappointed in the interaction as brief as it was I will look elsewhere. I believe if you believe in your product you would encourage people to check it out. I wouldn’t have mined even if you came along. Very untrustworthy move on your part. I did not test drive or buy. Better things to do with my time and money.

Outstanding service from Jacob, I just got my first truck today. Drove from meridian and they had us in and out in killer time. The whole staff was friendly and helpful.

Usually a good place to work with, not so much anymore. Blind-siding seems to be their thing. Do you want to agree on a price and down payment days in advance, and then have them completely change the agreement last minute, asking almost $1,000 more to take it, because somebody else pulled up on the lot showing interest in the car you literally just got done test driving? Then Hanigan is the place for you, cause theyll certainly waste your time.

We were treated very rudely when asking for a vehicle appraisal so we could register our car. The lady acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help us and then didn’t tell us it was going to be $10 until the end, which we would have been fine with paying had she not blindsided us and been so rude. Do not go here if you expect to be treated like a human being.

Sally has been helpful from day one. But the two vehicles Ive ended up with have ended up in the shop too many times. First one was there longer than I drove it. So they worked with me to find something different. It seemed to be going good. I realize they are used vehicles and older, and as is, but shouldnt be having so many problems. So knowing she is willing to help, means a lot, and is greatly appreciated. I had warned her in the beginning, I have horrible luck with vehicles and in less than a year I have shown her that. Hasnt been problems I have caused, just vehicles that were clearly not meant for me. Very helpful people. From the Sales all the way to mechanics.

Nothing is ever done when they say it will be. they charge more than what they say then act like they are cutting you a break by giving a discount. once my car is paid off i will never do service with this company again.

Stopped in to inquire about my difficulty removing a piece of dash trim on my car. They looked it up on computer that showed mounting points, printed the sheet for me and even loaned me the tool i needed! Note that I previously stopped at 2 different body shops who either had no idea how or was told the whole dash would need to be removed. I had the trim piece removed, reinstalled light sensor and reassembled in less than 15 mins. Thanks for the honesty and help. Will take vehicles in future if needed

I found the auto shop by accident, but it was my best find by far in a long time. I feel good to take my vehicles to their shop. The mechanics really know there stuff, they are friendy, informative, and have the fairest price in the land. Whoo hoo!!! 😁 oh yeah, and you dont have to wait forever to get an appointment either!! Well.... that was a year ago. Now they have a new mechanic, I took my car in because it wasnt stopping properly, they changed the master cylinder in the area of 445.00, just to find out that it was a front caliber. Then they added front brakes, they squealed loudly, then the brakes were hitting the floor again. I ended up taking it to Les Schwab to get it fixed. Hannigans did not bleed the brakes properly if they bled them at all. And should have never allowed me to drive out of the shop. I well never go there again!! 🤨

I work in Boise and could have looked at any of the car lots there, but I wanted to keep our business here in Emmett strong so I went to Hanigan. There I talked to the new owner of 3 months who showed me a car, told me what I could have the car for as far as payments go. He did not know how to get into the system to get the application going, he told me they would work on it in the more due to it being after bank hours. He said that they use a couple credit unions for the loan.Next day I go back in, the guy I was talking to was off and another employee told me the payment amount was much then he stated. She said that they could get any bank to agree to the loan due to the year and mileage, it would have to be inhouse loan.I didnt tske the car due to some other things they were wanting to do. Went over the hill a bought a car without all the misinformation and creeper price and much lower interest they were charging. Turns out they never tried to use a bank for the loan, they lied again. By the way that car is still sitting on their lot, has been since June prr new owner, m as the another lie???? Dont trust this company

Went in ready to trade in and buy, Jacob was great, but the owner and finance person are so shady, ruthless and bordering on criminal. I am not stupid, I did my research, came in with a reasonable ask. Never, Never Again! Waste of 2 days of my time.

We will not return again. An item replaced in my engine by Hanigans keeps failing. 4 times in a year. They want to charge me $40 to plug their ODBC scanner in and tell me its failed a 5th time. And Ive paid for the part every time its failed. Going to another mechanic that will plug into it today FOR FREE, and Ill pay them.
