I hate Walmart in general, especially this one, but the pharmacy at Elyria Walmart is awesome. The people working are the best part. They are super nice and I have never had an issue with availability. I purchase their Novolin insulins and thats a life saver for me.

One of the pharmacists here, Greg, makes this place worth the trip. Just the nicest person and always willing to go out of his way to help. If only all pharmacists were like him...

They always try their best to help customers and as quickly as they can

Every time we come here they tell us a time we usually add 20 minutes to that time shopping and go back to be told that it will be another 15 minutes. This will happen around 3 times. Can not be trusted. Hopefully one doesnt need their prescription and can just wait a day. Or better yet, go somewhere else.

Always has issues with my insurance

The wait tonight was beyond ridiculous! They ignored the woman in front of me for 10 minutes (at least, before I started the phone timer). By the time they got to me we had wasted 25 minutes in line....Keeping in mind that I put in the refills 2 days prior to picking up and had to call because there was an issue. No customer service call to tell me that there was a problem! Get better people or more people if you cannot keep up!

Absolutely the worst. Just got double charged and was told I wasnt even though it showed on my bank app. The manger told me to come back with a receipt instead of handling it

This pharmacy is trash. They have had me wait twenty or thirty minutes for urgently needed medication like inhalers, even when prescribed hours ago, without saying there would be a long wait. I sent in refill requests yesterday, went to pick them up today at 1, and nothing had been started. Was told fifteen or twenty minutes, be returned an hour later, and they only had a few ready, said one was too soon to refill. When I pointed out a dose change, they hadnt noticed it and had to call insurance back to explain. I waited in the drive through for twenty minutes with no update and when I paged again, they suddenly rain they were out of stock. Why didnt you check the first time?!Transferred my entire familys prescriptions to the Walgreens in Elyria. Better service, better stock and prices, and much more competent staff.

Very slow. Especially if youre in the drive through.
