Ive acquired three items from this company (all shipped, no in-store pickup). The power rack has been great, especially for what I paid. The weight holders I bought as an addition are still holding up great. There was an issue with my order for my bench (replacing my current bench). I contacted them during business hours and was able to get the issue corrected within a few minutes. Highly suggested.

Worst company Ive dealt with on Amazon. Power rack was packaged with basic wrapping around the bars causing damage to every component as well as missing three of four uprights. The companys response, did you contact FedEx. If the product was packaged correctly then the items would show up undamaged and not missing. I ordered a powerrack from another company and it arrived with zero damage due to the way it was packaged. Guess what...all parts were there. After reading comments here, it seems this company has no clue how to run a business. Best part? They charged me $70 as a restocking fee after I sent their product back in the competitors box due to needing a roll of duct tape to fix theirs. Previously ordered a spin bike that arrived with a damaged wheel and the company sent a new bike with zero questions. This is how you run a business. I wont spend another dime with New York Barbells. I purchased a mega bow barbell and received a Buffalo barbell that was in accurate to what is depicted in the pictures. It is also important to note that the packaging was ver poor, as the barbell was falling out of the box. The sleeves were so short that placing 4 plates on each side was questionably unsafe.I attempted to contact customer support without success. Therefore, I returned said barbell in brand new condition, only to receive a $100 restocking fee.I highly recommend not dealing with this business.

We needed to replace five 10 pound weight plates for a multi-station cable home gym. TDS/New York Barbell had the best quality plates at the lowest price and the plates were in-stock. Received within a few days of placing the order! Fantastic seller of fitness and weight equipment. Thanks again....Ill be back next time we need something.

My wife ordered a leg press machine for my birthday and it arrived 28 December 2020 without hardware to assemble it. I reported this to a man named Dale and he said he would send the necessary hardware that was not in the original packaging.I received hardware on 04 January 2021, but what was sent were the wrong sizes, the wrong quantity, or did not include hardware needed to assemble the leg press machine.I simply wanted the correct hardware to assemble the machine, but now I am in the process of returning the exercise equipment to New York Barbells.Please note that Dale insists he sent me the correct hardware, but that is not true as I measured the bolts he sent and discussed with him on 04 January 2021 that the sizes were incorrect for some, that he did not include some bolts or he sent too many of one size or too few of another size necessary to assemble the leg press machine.Now I am waiting for someone from senior management to call and discuss shipping costs as I should not be responsible for them.v/rMr. Clark

Just put together the hip sled for my aunt. Wasnt sure what to expect, but it has awesome build quality at a great price. Will definitely be purchasing more equipment in the future.

You shipped me a damage box with a missing connector for the hammer arms and have failed to send out the replacement part. After 5 emails you finally respond weeks ago that you would send one. Nothing. No one answers the phone or email. Terrible company. Do not buy products from here. Absolute worse customer experience I have had. Buy Rouge or even better customer service with Titan. Like the others say you will loose your money. The best we can do is continue to post our bad experience and they hopefully will go out of business.

I’ve ordered from this company many times over. Anyone complaining about them in the last few months is unaware of them running a skeleton crew due to covid. Every company is out of stock on weights and gym supplies and they’re one of the only ones keeping orders coming. Just be patient, this is the best bang for your buck source for gym equipment in this hemisphere.

I purchased their 4-way-Hip sled through amazon and the quality is good/decent for home use.I made the mistake of purchasing their Family lat - Row machine directly from them and this is where everything went downhill. I emailed them and asked for estimated delivery and they told me it would take 2 days. I placed the order and only received the item 7 business days later. My order was only processed on day 5 even though I was told the item was in stock. I had to inquire through email (because phones are offline) 3 days in a row before i got a response that they would ship it out on day 6.I received the product and noticed that the lat pull down bar was not made correctly. there are 4 sections of knurling. 3 of the 4 section are knurled with a medium to light knurl. The 4th section has a light to completely non existent knurl. When I contacted them (again through email) regarding this defect this is the exact response I received.our lat bars for these machines have very light knurling as we find that doing lat workouts hands sweat a lot and rougher knurling tends to cut your handsAs most other customers have stated... Its as if a 8 year old with no knowledge of gym equipment or customer service is running the companys communications department.My response:This is a poor excuse for the defect. ( I am also willing to argue that your statement holds no water)If that was the case the knurling would be identical on across all 4 knurled sections. Instead I have 3 sections with a medium to light knurl and one section with a light to more of a non existent knurl.I would like a replacement or some sort of refund for this defect.I havent heard back from them since, and I doubt I ever will.In life, you win some and you lose some. If you shop with this company, you will likely lose.Dont be a loser... Shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Absolutely horrible service! Item I ordered came completely damaged. When I tried contacting the company, customer service was absolutely horrendous. As have 3 others reported, felt like I was talking with a 2-3 year old child. Honestly, save your money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

First time there to buy 70 lb dumbbells for my son. John was very helpful and even swayed me to a less expensive dumbbell. My son loves them. Will definitely make the drive and shop there again

Horrible customer service. The worse I have ever had. Purchased a leg press and company did not send all of the bolts required to assemble the equipment. Rather than sending a set of bolts, customer service wanted to go through each bolt and specify which size of bolts were missing ??? It was about half of the entire order!!! Have not had issue resolved.... do not order from them! Talking to customer service is like talking to an 8 year old....

Products are great, customer service borderline terrible. It was like texting an 11 year old. No greeting, no polite language, pretty much treated as if I was bothering them for asking one question about the status of an item. Having worked in customer service for nearly 20 years now (sobs), it leaves a very poor impression when you cant even reply politely with full sentences.

Tried to order a hex bar online, it said order went through, two weeks later past and no transit number. I got the order number and the price but no transit number. So after playing email and phone tag for a week they finally said, oh we ran out but have some now and can process it now. They then upcharged me to the most expensive shipping, (cost as much as the item itself). One month later I get an invoice from FedEx for shipping. So for a $50 item I ended up paying over $100 USD for an item from New York to Toronto. Their option for us mail is a lie, but their products are okay.

Quality gym equipment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Anything you need to get in shape they have it or can build it for you.
