Way better than Elm Chevrolet, whom I called multiple times to perform service on my 2015 Silverado and not one time was even able to speak to someone. With Simmons I called and had an appointment set within 15 minutes. There service was performed in a fast manner with great communication. Everything went as smooth as it should. We bought our Subaru there with the help of Philip. He changed our minds and got us more of what we wanted. The service department works with us to keep our service work done quickly, and simply. They have gone out of there way to help us understand the new high tech features on the new vehicles.
I scheduled an oil change for my GMC Denali 1500 Diesel. After arriving and waiting a short time was informed they did not have the filter to perform my service. I would have expected that somebody should have called prior to my arrival to say We do not have the filter available maybe we should reschedule or we will call soon as one is available. Especially when you know its a system wide problem with this filter. Customer service.On a GREAT note your Oil Lube manager Drew took care of me the next day!!! That was great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Trying to make up where the dealer side did not perform up to standards!!!

Great service. I took my subaru wrx in for several problems. They fixed them all within 3 hrs and my car is back to running great. They also offered lots of knowledge on my car and upgrades I can do.

Went to Simmons Rockwell and purchased a 2019 Santa Fe. My salesman Jaylun was excellent. Printed me out the actual registration for the car, and got me new plates right in house. Mark in financial department was great. Got me a great rate quickly, and helped with everything I asked fo, and then some. The service department was a great experience as well. Bill at the service department had all my answers, and got things done quickly.Lastly, my vehicle was priced better than any of the same make, model, and trim over a 350 miles radius.

For them, the customer does not come first. The salesman does. The salesman who served me lied to me on more than one occasion. Then when I decided to buy the car, he had sold it to someone else. Then he blamed me for not reacting fast enough to his lies. Will never go there again. They lie.

I brought my vehicle to have an issue diagnosed and the mechanic stated nothing was wrong. Therefore, I immediately brought it to another mechanic because it felt unsafe to me and he was able to locate my shocks were blown and in need of repair. I believe the mechanic didn’t even listen to my concerns, or the receptionist didn’t pass along my message

Salesman was very good. Service not sure if they have earned their title. Noticing issues and follow through is so far poor. How do you prep a car for pick up and not check on the work of an outside vendor. I asked about an oil change being done on a used vehicle and less 24 hours after picking up the car. The car is telling me that it needs windshield wiper fluid. Then later on I notice that the wipers that were replaced were missing part of the support arm. Next thing I find just might be about the brakes. Who knows. Were the brake pads checked? I love the car but it has minor issues that should have been noticed before pick up. The stereo has issues that can not be dealt with until the volume issue crops up again. But when it first happened I showed to the salesman and he showed it to the GMC maintenance person. But know one hooked it up to see if a code showed. No I had to schedule an appointment a week later. Day of the appointment the volume on the stereo decided to work. Thanks for nothing service department. I know that their hands are tied. But sometimes good service demands immediate action. Especially with electronic stuff. Everybody who is anybody knows that kind of issue is tricky so waiting was a foolish decision.
This is the second car in about three years weve purchased from Simmons-Rockwell... Also, our second Mitsubishi. We are now proud owners of an Outlander Sport and an Outlander SEL Launch Edition. Were always treated kindly and they make the paperwork almost too easy. Both experiences were positive and we would definitely recommend them.

All the people that work there are very nice except the most important one the one that takes your info and that you pay he has no personality we ask for the 69.00 synthectic oil got the 49.00 dollar one when we ask was that synthetic he said yes we paid and he never said thank you or nothing and went back in the shop. I was in business and you need to have a good attitude toward your customers.

I work days and their hours open meet my needs. There waiting room was comfortable and the service men was polite.
I took my car in for a diagnosis to get engine light off. Nice girl says we charge 100 to diagnose. I said fine. She called me back about a hour later and said it needed a coil and plug on the number 3 cylinder to fix it. 500 dollars.I said fine to the work. The light came back on in 3 days. I took it back and now they said it needs new catylatic converter 1300. I asked why did you charge me 100 to diagnose it and you diagnosed it wrong . She had no answer. I spoke to service manager and he was a total condescending person. Never got back to me until I called a friend of mine who is a manager there. My family has bought cars there and only there for 30 years. We will never buy another one and I suggest if you read this you don’t either. It is like a boys club now with very arrogant salesman and management.

Kyle was very good at showing me a variety of cars. He also was good at getting me around the price range I wanted to be at for a payment. He also showed me about the car after I purchased it! Which was very helpful. The best thing was he was patient with us the whole day! He also helped me set my phone up to My new GMC Terrain! Which this probably would’ve took me like 20 min if I did it my self! I would totally recommend Kyle to my friends and family! Very good customer service!
I took my truck in for the usual oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Figuring this wouldn’t take long I had enough time to get it done and then head out for my daily 2 hour trip to Strong Memorial in Rochester, NY. Unexpectedly had a situation where the truck was not going to pass inspection and the needed repairs were going to take 2 hours. On this particular day I had to be at Strong by 1pm for a meeting with my mom’s care team. I suddenly had to make some unexpected decisions. Lisa, at Simmons, offered to get me home and even offered to get the truck back to us when it was ready. All this while willing to accept payment the next day! She was willing to do anything to help out with the unexpected situation I was trying to figure out. Needless to say, because of Lisa, I was able to deal with my mom’s medical situation without ANY additional stress caused by the truck situation. I returned from Strong late that day to find my truck in the driveway and complete trust from Lisa and Simmons-Rockwell that I would take care of my Bill the next day. Thank you for helping me, thank you for showing me that you believe in my integrity and thank you for a completely stress free experience! Ive always had a good experience with Simmons.
You have duct taped wires you fixed only for us to have to return for the proper repair. You left a 2 foot ratchet extension under our hood after an oil change. You have left a box cutting blade tucked into the rubber under the hood. We have been in your repair shop 5-6 times since April 2020 and our car is still not fixed. We are simply told it is supposed to sound like that. Our car is still not fixed!!! We also were informed there has never been any recalls on our car after we showed the recall letter we received in the mail from Chevy. We are tired of dealing with you.

My car buying experience was amazing June 1st however when I went to the service department yesterday 9/10/20 and asked the Jeep representative that was working in the service department if she could have my Jeep looked at because of how BAD my brakes were grinding it was NOT safe to drive and the lady that was working in the service department for Jeep got an attitude and snapped at me saying she couldn’t get it in until the 25th. If she would have been polite and not snapped at me I wouldn’t have walked away. As I’m walking away she laughs and says have a good day with a snotty attitude. This lady needs to take a class on how to talk to people and customer service. The other guy who works for Jeep service is amazing! I wish he would have been working yesterday!!!! If y’all go to get your Jeep serviced and you see a girl with blonde hair working go back a different day when the gentleman is working!!! That girl should not talk to people or treat them the way she treated me. I had to unsafely drive it to firestone and have them look at my Jeep which needed all 4 brakes and rotors. They even said Simmons should have looked at it since I bought it there 3 months ago!!
Everytime I take a vehicle there to get inspected something goes wrong with that vehicle within the next 24 hours. Last time it happened twice. Then it was looked at after the second time and they said they could not fix it and tried to charge me for not doing anything.
Very shady place, Called on Tuesday about a vehicle I seen on auto trader listed for $29,999There were no photos so the salesman went outside and took photos of the truck and sent them to me with a sticker on the windshield that said $29,999. Told him I would think about it call back two days later, now when I talk to him and tell him I’d like to buy it, he has no idea where the vehicle is says he cannot find it doesn’t know where it is, it wasn’t sold, just doesn’t know where it is?? over the next two days I keep in contact with the salesman as he tells me he has no idea where the vehicle is, can’t find it anywhere. So I decide to call Saturday morning and speak to a different salesman, he has little trouble finding the vehicle but says it’s at another location Now 45 minutes away and now the price has miraculously gone up $2000 to $31,999Even though the vehicle is still listed on auto trader for $29,999 he tells me that that must’ve been a mistake and knows nothing about it ever being that price (keep in mind I have photos sent from the salesman with the sticker stating $29,999) even though I feel as if they should honor the advertised price on auto trader I ask if he will meet me at the middle and sell it to me for $30,999 And was told no. I feel as if they just decided they didn’t want to sell it to me for that price blew me off for two days so they could change the price even though they never did on auto trader, Not a very good way in my opinion to do business.

This is the second time I have come here since the pandemic. I will not be coming back until it is over. I will delay dealer service for any recalls unless absolutely critical.I am 69 and once again I feel like I am a Trump rally where arrogant and ill informed staff walk around completely maskless and not maintaining social distance. Sorry folks, your business is not a refuge from reality. You operate in NYS, in a current orange zone. Instead of a business model, they let staff operate on a personal and political model. My take is if you let your staff display their personal preferences, I get to exercise mine. I will go elsewhere. This is being forced on me and making me choose my health over simply doing business in a safe environment.
I was originally working with salesman Nate Martinez and did not appreciate his attitude. However I ended up working with Justin Donovan and Tyler Sampsell, and appreciated their professionalism both are highly recommend salesman. This is the third truck I purchased from Simmons Rockwell and I love there inventory and prices.

Very disappointing experience. From the GM down to two different salesman. Live 3 hours away, worked over the phone and was told AFTER submitting my credit app there was “hail damage” on the vehicle. Drive 3 hours to view and it’s NOT hail damage at all. It’s on the driver door half way down. Now says they don’t know what it is. Can’t explain what work was done on truck when it came in.. (oil change? Fluid check, etc) only one FOB available; The men are rude, belligerent and led me to believe their profit is WAY more important then quality customer service.And I only clicked one star because I had to in order to write this review. It should be no stars and that is for going to two different banks without my knowledge ! Would not recommend this dealership, AT ALL, EVER!, unless you want to be frustrated and taken advantage of.
Ryan Linn is always very pleasant and accommodating! I traveled an hour and a half to Simmons Rockwell to get my Outlander serviced by them because they always make sure we get great customer service and everything is right before we leave. They either overfilled my car with oil or never removed the old oil, not so much as even an apology. Plumes of smoke would come out when I started my car, I checked the dip stick and is was more than double the amount of oil. Cant help but to wonder how this effected the engine.
