4 people working standing at the front by balloons, not one person greeted anyone or acknowledged we were there A lined formed it wasnt until I asked if someone was going to help us that we got any sort of communication from the associates. Customer service is what its about, a simple hello someone will be with you in a min. Goes along way!!!!

I found every thing I was looking for here and they have costumes for every season in every color!! It looked so pretty!!! They also have REALLY good service here I would recommend this place if your throwing any kind of party!!

For my wife and I Party City is the ultimate headquarters to boost any party you have.

The majority of the employees here are very rude...I have been to this location probably 6 or 7 times and have the same experience everytime I went. This location needs to hire better employees. Also, they don’t do balloons like the Oak Brook location did...they just inflate, throw a ribbon on and send you on your way. I ordered a large order of balloons for my daughters 15th birthday, they didn’t curl the ribbons or place them in a bag. Jewel does ALL of this for half the price...WITH A SMILE

My daughter and I go once a month to get our candy fix. Best prices and the selection of candy is awesome. They also have costumes for all ages. We will always go here.

The managment here helped me with all my Halloween needs. Tyler was super great!

Great stuff some over priced and workers that are rude, ask a question get a response Not our obligation, so you work somewhere that you deal with people some of whom dont know how all things work ask you and your response is basically figure it out yourself. Grow up or get a different job!

They didnt have party supplies for turning 25 which was a bummer but otherwise the store is always well kept.
