If I could give them no stars I would, I’ve gone to pick up a package 3 times now before 4pm and they are always closed! They don’t even answer the phone either! So unprofessional!

Well the owners my dad so I HAVE to put five stars, but its so great to see so many positive reviews from people in the community. I helped Dad open this store back when I was a freshman in college. Ive since left the business, but its great to see so many positive experiences posted. He really enjoys working with you all and is happy to have your business.

The owner was extremely personable and helpful. I did not have a box to ship my item. He could have easily charged me for a box but instead he found another way to pack it and did not charge me for the envelopes. My husband uses Shipaholic for all his pack and ship needs and I will certainly do the same!

Service has dramatically gong down hill for years. Owner wouldnt ship packages the day I dropped off my package even though the truck had not been there. He told me the pick up truck was gone for the day and my package would ship out the next day and so I waited for him to write out a receipt. Owner told me to leave the package on the counter, he wouldnt give me a receipt even though no other customers were there. He walked out after telling me that and was smoking a cigarette outside close to the door with a next door occupant. So, he told me to leave. As I was driving away without a receipt, the FEDEX truck for pick up pulled in and loaded the other packages around 3:40 pm. Doesnt seem to be interested in his business and hes no longer friendly but the opposite. Im done with this guy and his terrible service and Ive been going there since he opened and have given him the benefit of the doubt for long enough. Very tired of it.

Drove 25 mins to ship a package after checking Google that they were open and there was a sign with updated hours. If you would like to utilize Google online business page then I highly recommend that you update your hours on Google so you stop diapointing customers. UPS store packed my item with no problem and they were open as stated.

I dropped a very expensive package off to be picked up by FEDEX, it was scanned by the worker and that was the last time it was ever seen. It never arrived at its location, and somehow never scanned anywhere else. I called to get some help from the owner and his exact words to me where I cant help you out because there is nothing in it for me. Beware of this place, and its shady business practices. Also make sure you fully insure anything you ship and get a drop off receipt, especially if you plan on dropping it off with this gem. I lost $600 for no good reason at all. Thanks Shipaholic Plus!

The owner of this shop was extremely rude to me. He literally threw my package from one counter to the next for no reason when I simply said Hi sir, good afternoon. After he threw my package, I asked him why he was being so rude to me and he simply responded I am the owner of this shop, I can be rude if I want. I do not need to send your package out if I want. I picked up my package and responded with, well then I do not need to send out my package from your shop if I do not want, and I left. I do not trust this man with any of my personal packages from getting from point A to point B.

I came to Kannon (the owner) with an urgent request to build some boxes that would serve as gift props for a set of home appliances. Hed never done something like this before, but using a hand drawing I supplied, he built 5, beautiful, white boxes that I wrapped in red bows. They were perfect! Kannon was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked very, very hard to locate the proper materials -- right down to the edge trim. If you need a quality shipper -- whos cost competitive -- you MUST visit Shipaholic. This place is a 5-star gem.

Generally unfriendly staff. No receipt for dropped off package. They told me to leave the package on a card table by the door for UPS to pick up. Didnt leave me with the feeling that my package is safe. With plenty of other options around town, I wont be coming back here.

I wanted to rent a U-Haul, but the staff was extremely rude with me for no reason. I was interrupted and not able to ask my follow up questions as the staff member thought he was being very clear. I dont appreciate being interrupted nor a lack of patience when it comes to questions from customers. This location will not be getting my business.

How am i suppose to pick up a package when you close at 5. I wasted and hour n half getting out of work early to be there at 4pm and you leave a sign in your window saying youre closed early. BS you shouldnt be doing buisness with ups if you cant accomedate your hours or extend them at that.

Rude, Rude, Rude! I wish I can give 0 stars. I came to get my package and the person could not find it. He told me it was UPSs fault that they said it arrived. I had to come back and tell he him UPS assured me the package had been delivered to some Kaheem guy, turned out it was there all along.The reason he gave me that it was not his fault mexicans have too many last names and couldnt tell which was my last nameHe was just absolutely rude and the shop is disgusting. I dont know how he stays in business.

Fedex drop off. The owner said he doesnt get s**t from Fedex, he is doing me a favor for a retun.No customers in the office. Told me, like I was a $7 per per hour highschool kid where to put the box, then after he scaned, he TOLD me to put them by another counter for pick up!!I dont trust him. A very sad man.

We needed to ship 6 boxes full of miscellaneous items that day to another state We were leving early the next day to Texas. It was late in the afternoon when we arrived at Shipaholic Plus, and Mr. Kannan Iyer (Owner) was about to close up shop, but graciously offered to stay open later to help with our dilemma. First time Ive used Shipaholics and will never use anyone else!!! It was a last minute emergency to send medical cds to my daughter in Canada. Called this location because the last cd pick up was at Elmhurst Hospital and I figured it would be closer to go here than where I normally go in Lombard. Aside from being so fast & efficient (held the driver there till I got there), couldnt have been a more kind man---didnt even charge me for the envelope (I forgot it at home in the rush)! About a year ago I started selling many things on Ebay and found that it was tough to get things where they needed to go on time. Horrible service, claims to be a UPS ACCESS POINT but he refuses packages all the time and then you have to go through the process of phone tag and 1800 numbers to locate a package that should be here, wish I could give it 0 stars for terrible service
