Just bought a beautiful Yamaha from Joe, he was great an so helpful. I was surprised to find out they do just about everything that has to do with pianos From sales to moving it to storage to tuning to restoration to lessons. I also love that everyone I worked with there or will work with is an owner or at least part of the family. The one downfall was that they were only open by appointment due to Covid but when I called to set an appointment they were very open with their time and was very simple. Thanks American music world I can’t wait to get this piano into my house

Mr. Rick at American Music World was very patient and attentive when I called to get a price and set up the pick up and deliver of piano for our church. There was no problem as I called back and forth setting up the day and time of the pick up from one location to our church. His team arrived early at the pickup location and arrived soon after at the church - no problem. I truly recommend American Music World to anyone needing to move their piano. They were excellent.

Rick from American Music World moved an antique Parlor Grand Piano (weighing around 600 pounds) to my nephews house about 10 miles away a few days ago. Rick and his team were very professional, careful and nice. Rick called me giving me his ETA and was right on time. The price for the move was very reasonable. I highly recommend Rick / Ray. Horrible experience trying to sell them our grand piano. Rick was to come get the piano. He cancelled 5 times. Each excuse was more pathetic than the last. The final excuse was such a lie.

The customer service exceeded expectations and Mossimo, one of the salesmen there, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assisting in finding the perfect, ideal piano for my current situation. They moved my piano. Got the job done but I am not totally happy about the move. They are not professional enough. They dont have anything to cover the hard wood floor and carpet like the professional movers. In addition, the guy Rick talks too much. Will not recommend their moving piano service to my friends.

I had a piano moved by Rick and his team.100% will be calling Rick again for our next piano move.They were easy to deal with and were right on time!They made sure to keep everything protected by wrapping the piano in padded blankets and layed more padded blankets on railings/door threasholds/steps.The piano had to come down a tricky set of stairs which seemed impossible to navigate a piano through but Rick and his team didnt seem phased at all and got it out with no problem!Its obvious in watching these guys work that they have a lot of experience with pianos and how to move them saftely!100% satisfiedThanks Rick!
