It was a nice experience overall. It was a long wait though but it is worth it. I love the bike and I almost change my mind of going for another model which is available right away but glad I waited. Ive bought two brand new Indian motorcycles from here in as many years. Both times I had Eric as my salesman. Eric is friendly, helpful, honest, and a good guy to work with. He also goes out of his way to help Veterans and First Responders which is amazing. Thomas in finance is also fantastic and a really friendly guy. Also retired Firefighter and Navy veteran Greg is a wonderful asset and makes the customers feel right at home.My only criticism is if you need maintenance performed, be prepared to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. Im hoping they hire more mechanics soon to shorten this.

Bike was serviced and then arrived super fast (about 3 days) for FREE (bikes listed on website over $5k ship to all 48 continental states for free) from east coast to northern California.Really happy with overall transaction and definitely recommend these guys if youre interested in a bike and cant afford private sellers wanting hard cash then and there. :)

As well as special order and send me new rotors and the rear shock. I requested a partial refund as the motorcycles condition was still not as described or promised. They have refused a partial refund.Buyer beware, send a mechanic to inspect prior to taking ownership.Original:I Motorsports failed to do a proper inspection on a used motorcycle I recently purchased. Upon further inspection of the motorcycle while heading westbound across the states. I found that both front rotors are warped, the air filter is shot, the rear suspension is leaking oil and air, and the rear caliper assembly was not even properly installed.I Motorsports sold me an unsafe motorcycle and allowed me to ride it off the lot after ensuring me that the motorcycle had gone through a full inspection process and was ready to go. I have left several voicemails to the service department manager about these issues and I have yet to receive a phone call back.

We just ordered a 2020 RT Can-Am for my wife from Nancy at iMotorsports and the process was painless. She took great care of us and they delivered the bike to our RV, now in AZ. The whole thing was easier than buying from a local dealer which we did just a few months ago for my Can-AM. They paid the tax, sent in the registration, and transfer. It was a breeze. I highly recommend them and Nancy. The delivery was from Chicago to Arizona and was professional and timely.

I gave one star because I couldnt give less.Sold my motorcycle to them and didnt had tools to take down my license plate.They said they are gonna ship it to me the following week.Its been over a month, I managed to talk to the sales guy (Orlando), he said that at this point there is no chance to find it but he will check one more time and call me back. He didnt call back and they dont answer my phone calls anymore.

Bought my Can Am Spyder back in July and waited before giving a review. I DON’T recommend this place, they have a lot of Can Ams but service is not good at all, communication is terrible between departments too. If you buy here, don’t use their mechanics/techs (which I think they only have one for Can Ams. I was told my Spyder was checked before delivery (had some scratches) and that Spyder was checked mechanically… I had to return for scratches and trike was delivered to me dirty too (pic is after I detailed) After all this time, I still haven’t gotten my Spyder fixed 😢

Had warranty work done here due to bought bike oil pump going out after 600 miles. (Not their fault) . But when I got the bike back derby cover was upside down, some electrical items not reconnected, actual horn missing, custom guardian bell missing, front end has a odd squeak. Not happy and cant get ahold of anyone to care about these issues. Makes me want pay for an actual Harley Davidson dealer to look over motor repair to see if thing were done correctly or half arse like items listed and picture above.

I truly regret getting my bike from this location. I love the Indian brand. I was told to make an appointment which I did. I took them a whole month to repair a sensor. I also believe my bike had more miles coming out then going in. The experience in the service department is....Ill just say find a mechanic and order the necessary parts for your bike.

I definitely wouldnt rent or buy from them again. Upon booking the rental on line, I received an e-mail indicating that the speakers were not working. After I called and left a voicemail to discuss it, I didnt hear back from anyone. We decided to still go ahead an rent it without the speakers since we made plans to have a day off. Upon our arrival to pick up the slingshot, the women who was supposed to have rented us the slingshot came in 30 minutes late, didnt even apologize. She appeared clearly displeased to have customers and didnt take her time to explain about the slingshot. She actually provided a wrong key to slingshot. The rental itself was very dirty and unkept. I asked if it could be washed or if we could get another better slingshot. She basically said it was kept outside and they will not be washing and/or cleaning it. The locker for the compartment for our belongings was broken and they did not provide the key to lock the other one. Just overall not the experience you would expect from a reputable place.

I’ve purchased two motorcycles from iMotor and had great experiences both times. My latest was a Ninja ZX-6R and I was helped through the choosing and process by an outstanding salesman named Nilo. Super knowledgeable, patient, and helped me a ton with last second adjustments. Great place and crew!EDIT: I hate to do this, and I’ve never had to, but the difference in customer service and quality bike work between 2014/15 and now is palpable. They’re understaffed and underpaid and it reeks and runs like a place where the owners want to squeeze every last penny from staff and buyers. I keep my sales stars at 5 but literally everything else goes to 0. They’re one of the only bulk sellers near the city and they’re shifting to high volume/low quality. Bring a mech. Don’t leave with any half questions because I promise they’re too busy to solve any of em later. I couldn’t even get a call back about missing windshield bolts, after they tried to send me off with a fully loose seat.To be clear, Nilo and Mike in sales and Andrea have all individually been great, but above holds generally. Hoping they turn it around because I loved being able to shop imotor online and pop over to see/buy machines.

A couple weeks ago I bought a Aprilia Capanord. Eric the salesman helped me through the process. It was a used bike and of course after 6 years there should be some wear on the bike. When I got to Chicago I was super excited how good the bike looked like. The also put 2 new tires on the bike. When I drove it home I recognized that the gas gauge was not working. They told me to get it fixed and they will pay for it. Super experience and highly recommended

I dont even know how to start this review but here goes: From start to finish, iMotorsports has set the bar for how any type of purchase transaction should go. I had the pleasure of working with Tim the entire time and he made sure to reply to every single message I sent and every question I had on the new Indian Challengers. Early AM or late into the evening, Tim was quick to reply to everything. He even set it up so I could test drive a 2021 Challenger for a couple days. Best marketing/business move they could make because that sold me. When the day came to make the purchase, everything was smooth as silk. No switcheroo, no mysterious add ons. The price was what we had discussed, not a penny more and my trade-in figure matched the number I was given earlier. The finance dept. was swamped but managed to get me in and out in less than 90 min. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to buy any type of bike. I brought a couple friends with when I purchased my 2021 Challenger Dark Horse and they were amazed at how smooth and painless the process was. Great store. Helpful staff. Wish I could afford the bikes lol but thats a personal problem. Only reason I took a star off is because I was looking at pre owned inventory and when I mentioned to the sales guy that I would be using a credit union for financing he got upset and tried to push me to finance at a much higher rate with the dealership. I told him if they want to match the rate at the credit union I would go with them. He was pretty dismissive of that idea.

I went to this dealership to buy a new Polaris Slingshot. Nilo worked with me and got me a great deal for a new 2021 Polaris Slingshot RLE model. Nilo is a very friendly, respectful and polite fella. I had to wait nearly 3 months after pre ordering and during this period, he was constantly in touch with me and responding to my emails promptly. Listen, go here if you want a bike sold to you that they really just want to get rid of. Yes that sounds counterintuitive, but its not. The bike I purchased from them, they didnt even know where to fill the fuel tank. I mean come on!However the sales people are decent.
