I had the best customer service from Bruce. He answered many of my fur questions and concerns and brought out many coats to see which style and fur I liked. Bruce was kind enough to write down a couple of coats I had liked so that I can come back in later. York Furriers can even do custom coats and I am very excited to work with them to create a custom coat.
