I was searching for the car approximately 2-3 months. I was visiting so many dealerships and dealing and negotiating. Elmhurst Jaguar was my best experience ever. I was enjoying every moment of purchasing my new vehicle from them. Diven our sales person was very helpful and patient. FYI: This dealership was worth to drive 15 hrs from Dallas. Finally! car buying without the headache!. last week I had the pleasure to work with Devin Sulkar. He is a great, knowledgeable salesman. 99.9% of the time a car dealer will not discuss anything over the phone or through email; they refuse to discuss anything unless you are there. I am constantly in and out of meetings and running all over the place. I do not have time to sit in a dealership for 3-4 hours going over numbers. with Devin every bit of this sale was done over text. he answered all of my questions via text, he sent me pictures of the car via text, the purchase amount of the car via text, we even agreed on a trade in value of my car via text!!. it does not get any better then this!. I literally went in, test drove the car, and signed my paper wok within 45 minutes. ( the test drive was 30 of those minutes) I will never deal anyone but Devin again. A+ Dealer!note: dealer offered me more than any other dealer for my trade, price of the car I purchased was $1500-2k cheaper than any other dealer, everyone in the place is very clean cut and well spoken. great experience overall.

I give them 3.5 Stars: The salesman that helped us didnt know a lot about the Jag we purchased and tried to fine the owners manual with no luck. For a Jaguar dealership I expected a lot more in terms of knowledge and service. I will go back in the future but will ask for a salesperson with knowledge of the cars. They did say they would order me another owners manual and fix the cracked tail light so Im happy about that but again for a Jag dealership Id expect not to deal with such things.

Diven provided a great used car purchase experience from 400 miles away. Diven answered all my questions and even provided a detailed video of the car to answer the tougher questions. I drove down from Minneapolis, MN and completed the sale transaction in about an hour and was on the road home again (14 hour round trip). The car was clean and gassed up ready to hit the road. David Cooper did a great job on the paperwork (complicated by out of state sale). And hats off to Frances for being the internet go between.

The F-pace is a great car, fun to drive and this dealership made buying a car a painless experience. Zain Merchant is an extremely knowledgeable sales person. He really knows cars, the competition and his product. He can tell you the pluss and minuss of different competitors and how Jaguar stacks up on virtually all fronts. You are informed, not pressured. All post purchase contacts have also been very good.

I bought a used car from them. Blind spot monitor didnt work because mirror glass was replaced with non-OEM. Its taken them 9 weeks and they need to see the car for a third time. Oh, and their service isnt open past 6 pm or weekends (no saturdays) so Im sure you can just take another day off work for your new car...Anyway, They dont normally get parts for this type of car was an acceptable excuse the first 6 weeks...I wonder how this was missed in their used car inspection? Will they ever make it right? I doubt it, and even if they do, Ive had to waste a LOT of energy leaving voicemails for people who never call back. BUYER BEWARE!!

Stay away from these guys. I agreed a price on Saturday for a car, and on Monday morning they tell me they decided to put the price up by $2500, even though we agreed the price on Saturday.Odd way to do business. I would absolutely stay away.

As a physician, I did not have time to run around to various places. They gave me the best price, and the best service on top of it. Worst experience ever had in my life. I drove all the way from Nebraska to buy a car looking at their online inventory. I have also contacted their sales representative and talked about a car that I liked very much. When I asked them to keep a hold on that vechicle, they said I have to pay a$500 non refundable fee which I agreed and gave my credit card details. I drove 8hrs and Once when I was at the showroom and asked about the car they said it was sold out. These guys are just posting some fake inventory on their website just to attract the customers to their showroom. I would not recommend this showroom at all. International autos dealer gives best deals than these guys.

Just purchased a new to me BMW 3 series from Jaguar Elmhurst. Being from small town IL, there was definite hesitation on my end, making the two hour drive. That was put to rest immediately when I met my salesman Diven. He was great to deal with in person and answered every question and call I threw his way. I felt I was treated with the same respect as the guy driving off the lot with a brand new Jaguar, despite being in the market for a used car a fraction of the price. All the employees the I interacted with (Kevin, Kirill) were extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends and family their way to purchase a vehicle.

I bought a 2012 Subaru Forester from Elmhurst Jaguar. I found the car on autotrader. The pictures of the car were excellent, and accurately reflected the condition of the car. The information on autotrader, and on their website, was accurate. Their price was the most competitive I found for that vehicle for its mileage, so it was extremely fair based on that. That is important because I was driving about 90 miles to the dealership and would have been upset had I been misled. All was as portrayed. I worked with Zain Merchant over the phone, and while at the dealership. He was very polite, gracious, and not pushy at all. He was informative about the vehicle. We quickly made the deal. I received zero pressure to purchase anything additional I did not want. They prepared the car and we received it in sparkling condition. I was very pleased with the entire purchasing process.

Bad proffesionalism and really rude salesman, Diven. I went in looking to buy a used car. I told him that I had another car I was looking at, from another dealership that was cheaper than the one they had. The responses I got included:So, why didnt you buy it then?Show me. We price our cars competitively, so I doubt you really found one for cheaper.I can go ask, but I can guarantee you were not going to go much lower.I was asking if they could go any lower on their price, especially considering I had a trade in and the purchase wouldve been in cash. He came back offering us 200 off and rudley told us they werent selling it for any lower.Keep in mind, everyone else was really friendly at the dealership. The salesman was just extremely condescending and rude during the negociation process. So it ended up resulting in us walking out and the sole reason for one star.

Here is what it boils down to in todays climate. Price. Unfortunately, when you buy on price, something else fails to live up to your expectations. I stumbled across their pricing on CarGurus. I was surprised at what was being offered. Compared to my dealer locally, I saved about 12%. Overall, a very good experience with Elmhurst Jaguar. Oh, and the XJL is very, very nice. Zain was good to work with so it was worth flying in to pick up the car.

I bought a Jaguar FX here 5 months ago. At the time of purchase, the sales manager and myself came to an agreement that I would change the two front tires that were bad. Our agreement was that I would pay for both front tires to get replaced and submit the invoice to be reimbursed for half. Four and a half months later and numerous phone call attempts, the manager has yet to send me a check or answer my phone calls. For a luxury dealership, this is the worst experience Ive ever had!

Having owned far too many cars over the years, I am very well versed in the car buying experience. Working with Elmhurst Jaguar was the best - friendly, efficient and no hassle dealer I have worked with. I pre-ordered my XE Prestige and was thrilled when it came in. There was an issue the 2nd day I owned the car - and everyone was beyond excellent - returning my emails or calls on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning. The problem was resolved, they even kept the car an extra day to make certain the problem was fixed. I drove an XF for a couple of days - that was fun! Each and every person I worked with had an excellent attitude - a special thank you to Jack, Kirill, Tim and Tom! I should also note - I am loving the car!

My wife and I ended up at a Jaguar dealership to check out (oddly enough) a Honda CRV. Contrary to what we expected, the salesman (Zain) took care of us like we were buying a Jaguar and not a Honda worth a fraction of the cars in the showroom. He surprised us being very knowledgeable about the CRV and was able to answer any questions we asked.The process took the better part of a day (I wish car dealerships would get over the dog-and-pony show of numerous 30-minute delays while the manager plays solitaire) but Zain was a pleasure to chat with. For hours we discussed everything from Breaking Bad to nearby places to grab a bite to eat.Overall, Id give Zain 5-stars and the dealership as a whole 4-stars (it really doesnt need to take 6+ hours to buy a car anymore, does it? Granted, their business manager was covering for someone else and that may have added to the total time it took.)If our next car is a Jaguar (unlikely, but you never know...), well be sure to make the drive down to buy it from Elmhurst.
