Sherwin-Williams, when it comes to amazing customer service all you need to do is model all of your employees after the myth, the magician, the man named Tony.I came in looking for a paint match that your machine couldnt quite get right. Only by viewing a picture of how off the paint was to the original, Tony was able to use his magical eyes and formulate the correct dosage to perfectly match my paint to my wall.Seriously how he managed to do that by eyeballing a picture off my phone is mind boggling. Not only that but he knows his paints. He knows what brush, roller and even can provide amazing professional tips on dry walling.When speaking to your other employees of his amazing skills and detailed customer service, its obvious they admire and love working with this person.Tony is the absolute best representative of your company and I hope you keep him and promote him through-out your company to upper management.Tony needs to be in charge of making sure all your other employees know as much knowledge about paint and the products you sell as he does. The magical eyes, in paint matching might be a skill however only he possesses.If any customers need amazing paint matching skills ask for Tony, and if hes not there come back when he is.Thanks again Tony, youve made me a Sherwin-Williams customer for life.Gilbert

Very poor service at this location. After you place and pay for an order online chances are you will not be notified when your order is ready. Then when you go to the store to ask about your order they will have trouble finding it. Then once they find it they will insist you didnt pay and request another payment. Funny since you cant place an online order without paying online. Then once you get home and open your paint you will realize they didnt tint it and just gave you white paint. And when you go back to the store they will insist thats what you ordered! Never mind the order confirmation that shows the color name and code. The processing email that shows the color name and code and the pickup confirmation email that also says the same. But they will tell you its your fault not theirs. My prior purchase also had issues as well.

We’re doing some interior painting during the holidays. Called with quite a few questions and had those answers given and friendly advice and tips offered on things we hadn’t even thought about.We visited, wearing masks, to pick up our paint and supplies and found other related needed supplies that will help with our painting.Thanks! Will be back!

Just had a fantastic experience at the SW store in Elmhurst. Katie was both extremely knowledgeable about her products as well as their main competitor’s products, and super friendly. When making decisions on high end paints it is refreshing to have knowledgeable staff that do not simply point you in the direction of their most expensive product line, but actually takes the time to explain differences which allows you to make an educated decision. Katie also provides tips on applying this newer product I was using and she was spot on as the paint laid down beautifully. This will be our new go to store for paint....

Came in and asked what type of paint would be best to paint a kitchen area and floor borders along the hallways, diego was really helpful and answered my many questions with ease. Would go here instead of Home Depot to get paint, it’s quality paint that lasts
