I cant say enough good things about Fresh Twist! Beautiful, quality products with expert installation, and the prices cannot be beat. We are so thrilled with the results. We were at the tail-end of our home building project, with both slim timeframes and tight budgets. After having made hundreds of decisions, I was pretty fried.Our designer, Betty, came in with fantastic recommendations that were perfect for each room in both form and functionality. Sorry the exposure on the attached pics are a bit dark, but the treatments turned out looking very elegant and fitting for each application. Our selections ranged in textures, light-filtering, and mechanics (top-down, touch vs. cords). Many options available, all very clearly explained.The selection process was painless, delivery was fast, installation was done in half a day (for a whole house) and so clean. Lastly, this is so important, we were able to stay within budget - which is more than I can say about the rest of the house. :)I would recommend Fresh Twist for all window treatment and design needs. They are truly wonderful, professional people to work with.

The customer service has been less than desirable and the response time is lacking. We had plantation shutters installed poorly. The shutters were lopsided at the bottom and directly contacted the windowsill leading to water damage from the condensation off the windows. The Hunter Douglas brand is very nice, however I would use another retailer.

The Hunter Douglas window treatments we selected completely changed the look and feel of our main floor and we were absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Nothing but good things can be said about Fresh Twist! My fiance and I recently bought our first home and knew nothing about window treatments or what we wanted. After contacting Fresh Twist I got in touch with Chrissy who was excellent to work with! Not only was she flexible on making appointments to come out to show us samples but she was available around the clock and got back to us even late on weekends! She is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and also has great ideas on what would look good in your home. She never pressured us on getting something we didnt want and helped us every step of the way! We ended up getting wood blinds and the luminette for our sliding door and everything turned out looking fantastic!Appointments were made around our schedule and purchase/order and installation was quick! Our Hunter Douglas window treatments turned out beautiful! We were able to select a color for the plantation shutters that matched our trim perfectly. The quality of the shutters is exceptional, the Fresh Twist team was great to work with from measuring to install. We chose Honeycomb Duette shades for every bedroom (cordless and come in beautiful colors).

Betty from Fresh twist design was amazing to work with. I have a new construction house, and she helped me patiently choose the right blind/shutter for each window. She was concerned about not only aesthetics but function and offered her honest advice, and did not try to push me one way or another. While I did not hire her for design, I wish I had. Every time she came to my house she provided me with useful design advice on paint colors choices, furniture placement, rug selection etc. She has a real eye for design. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Betty and I wouldn’t hesitate hiring her again for any future projects/decorating needs.
