Cottage Hill is a beautiful store filled with very friendly and helpful people. The selection is amazing and makes you realize how wonderful jewelry can be. There are so many things to choose from and all inventory is gorgeous. The ambiance is very tasteful and fun. My advise is to go see them immediately, and enjoy the jewels and enjoy the people who are more than happy to take care of you.

The experience I had here was like out of a movie. Before coming here I was disappointed by 2 other jewelry stores with not stellar customer service. I came in with my wife’s damaged engagement ring. I was welcomed into the store even though I did not have an appointment. The gentleman at the door welcomed me in and found someone that could help me with my emergency. He brought me to Drew Hill and Drew immediately took over the situation with such an Expertise. He laid out my options for the repair and was never pushy or judgmental. He made me feel like I was a family friend. Once we had a Soultion for the repair, I decided I was going to buy an extra gift for my wife for our anniversary. The excellence continued with Drew. Drew helped me pick an excellent present and even offered to wrap it up. This kind of service and the atmosphere is the kind you see in the movies with characters spending millions of dollars. This is a fantastic jeweler with an eye for details choosing the best gems and generations of experience handling any needed repairs or maintenance. Unlike other jewelry stores, I’m impressed with the selection of items for purchase and immediately eyed pieces that meet my taste and style. The diamonds are exquisite and they also have a great selection of other gems as well as more affordable pieces for that special gift for younger family members. If youre looking for an engagement ring, this is the place to start and finish, and I would definitely recommend asking for Malu (although Im sure the other jewelers are very capable as well!). She was able to set an exact custom ring down to the last detail of what we wanted.Of course I needed to do my due-dilligence, and wanted to shop similar prices for the same ring. Malu understood and held the stone for A WEEK! No other jeweler wouldve done that for me, especially for me to be looking at competitors for the week. I went down to Jewelers Row in Chicago and went to 4 different jewelers. In all cases, the rings, stones, and experience were higher priced and lower quality. Other jewelers seemed to try to squeeze money out, or sell you lower quality diamonds, or show you too much or too little, and just give you what they have. Other jewelers, its about them. We are thrilled with the restoration of my wedding ring set! My wonderful husband gave me this gift for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it is stunning. We went to a number of jewelery stores in the area and were told that restoring the ring is a lot of work and not worth it. After looking at many rings, I just wasnt happy as I didnt want to give up my wedding set. Then we landed at Cottage Hill and Andrew worked with us. He gave us the time and information that no one else did. While looking at all the beautiful rings they had to offer, Andrew noticed how I was trying to find something that mirrored my original set and asked why dont you consider a restoration so you can continue to enjoy this sentimental piece? We love to do restorations here and we can make this ring set stunning! And they did! I have included before and after pictures below. The bands aremarried together, crushed baquettes are replaced, the gold is polished and of course the marquette (that I always wanted) added and protected in a very strong setting. I want to say how fun the storage box is! It actually has a small spotlight in it! LOL! I love that! Ive received so many compliments and I feel like a princess when I wear it! When we picked up the ring, the staff was genuinely so happy for us. They made this extremely special for us on so many levels. Then Andrew followed up with me in a week to make sure we were happy and everything was okay! The customer service, care and knowledge is second to none! They are truly committed to making you happy and creating a strong personal/business relationship with their customers. When large sums of money are spent, a complimentary jewelry cleaner should be included with purchase. Also, before repaired jewelry is returned to customer, a thorough inspection should be done on site.

Cottage Hill Diamonds is ABSOLUTELY amazing! From the moment I picked out engagement rings until the moment I received mine. Marisa was with me for an hour and a half AT LEAST while I picked out rings that I potentially would receive. After I got proposed to my ring had to be looked at and taken in to fix one of the loose diamonds and Marisa made sure I got my ring back that same day!!! Repairs are quick and reasonably priced. Everyone on staff is super courteous and professional in explaining what they will do for the repair.

They remade my wedding ring and did a fantastic job. Marisa is awesome to work with. Shes clearly passionate about jewelry, and I love my new ring. I highly recommend them. Also, they have beautiful jewelry. I have a more artisan taste in jewelry, and they have a line in their front display cabinet that is GORGEOUS.
